We need to get these Bootloaders Unlocked & start Rooting these babies now. I just picked mine up @ T-Mobile and checked Bootloader, it is Ship S-ON. Tried going into Recovery and it gave me that dirty Triangle with Exclamation Point.
Lets get this Party Started Everone!! DEVS PLEASE HELP
I'm with you, hope to see some work get done in this device! I just ordered mine by phone and very excited to get it .

Congratulations on your purchase, hope you enjoy it, there was a thread about t mobile stores already and sensation coming on 15th june.
btw device has already been rooted, and bootloader unlock hasn't officially been released but one or two users have been picked to test it before we all get it here.

Is there any more info on the Sensation already being rooted? I'm not seeing anything on the Development section about it already being rooted.

I just received my prizes from the Androidfourms contest that I won. I now have a Galaxy Nexus, so I will be retiring my Doubleshot. I just wanted to say goodbye to everyone, and thank all the developers that made my doubleshot awesome. I hope to see you guys in the Galaxy Nexus forum, or the Nexus 7 forum. I also got a Nexus Q, but have no idea what to do with it, because I don't have a newer TV to hook it to.

Congrats again Miss Yellowjacket! It looks like 1981 AND 2012 are very good years for you. You WILL be missed around here but not forgotten. There's no doubt that you certainly deserve this ray of sunshine in your life & we hope you enjoy your new "toys" to the fullest. Have you checked your thread again? A couple of folks weighed in with possible solutions as well as a way to finish bricking your device beyond TMobile being able to declare anything BUT a simple hardware meltdown.

Yeah, I completely bricked it before I took it in. While flashing SYSTEM from the PG59IMG.zip file, I just pulled the battery. Now it won't charge or turn on.
Awe man... the only chick we had here is leaving It's gonna be a geeky sausage fest here now lol!

And, although we didn't know each other, at least few of your posts on this forum caught my attention, so I can honestly say I will miss you.

Thanks everyone. I really will miss you guys too. I love getting new gadgets, but it is sad leaving the forums of an old device when you move on to something new. I will still be around from time to time. Maybe now I can try out some of the ICS roms, since this phone will no longer be my primary device. I am sure there might me more girls lurking....perhaps they will come out and play if you guys are nice. I still can't believe I won this stuff! I won a Galaxy Nexus, a Nexus 7, a Nexus Q, and a Chromebox! I went from almost nothing to gadget overload. I really am loving Jelly Bean! I do catch myself constantly trying to slide out a keyboard on my Galaxy Nexus. I do miss the keyboard, but the big beautiful screen keeps me coming back.
The Nexus Q is epic. Kornyone is the biggest reason why it is so. So if you put CM9 on your Q, you can always have a little bit of Team DS with you.
How Would Dr.Pepper Handle This?
Haven't been around much recently but here and there, it saddens me this thread slipped my notice.
We'll miss you over here, thanks for all the help and patience you provided while you hung out with us over here.

I just ordered the HTC DNA should be in by Friday. I just want to thank all the talented people in the TB forums. You guys have really made me into a FLASHING Junkie.. I may not have posted allot but it was not hard to find my answers. Because of you guys I have learned so much that my co-workers and friends called me the "Thunderbolt Tech Support Guy" You guys made me look good. :laugh:

I have the Xperia TL lt30at, I LOVE it . Sadly though, it cannot be rooted because bootloader unlock allowed is set to no. I was given 2 weeks to try this phone out which will be up this friday and I would like to get a phone that can be rooted and is on par or better than the TL. I also have this thing called "trade up" which allows me to trade in my phone for 75% (300$) of its value (400$) credit towards a new phone at any time. So I can trade in for the Z if/when it comes out for AT&T if/when it comes out in the US. What on AT&T market right now for 400$-500$ should I grab? I'm new to Android from iOS and jailbreaking and the TL is my first android and I have loved it. So XDA, please help me out a bit and toss your opinions around. I will give thanks to all who give informative and helpful replies and none to those just being dicks .

I been reading the new HTC one m8 section of xda daily.
We see some topics for bounty.
Also the java one for paying the 30 bucks and mailing your device away to someone.
Just very curious to hear if anyone knows if we have actual devs working on the s-off process for our m8's.
It would be very cool to see a we are getting close to a crack for s-off.
How many of you are sending your phone's to that java unlock guy?
This is no eta question.
Just is anyone working on s-off for verizon M8.

jcase and beaups are working on it. With those 2 guys, I have no doubt they will find an S-Off exploit.
As for Sonic's S-Off service, I trust Sonic 100% with my phone. I do not trust the USPS or any other carrier with my phone. Just will not send it away. We have root and Xposed and that will hold me for now.
