Galaxy s7 - unlock network code - Samsung Galaxy S7 Questions and Answers

I bought mine Galaxy S7 from Paris,
I live in Egypt and i tried to insert the sim but there is a error message says:
UNLOCK NETWORK CODE
What should i do now?
Thank you

Your phone is locked to the first sim that you put in the phone, so if you were in paris and put in a local sim its locked to that sim.
Now you need an unlock code, you can try ebay.

You can try to purchase an unlock code for samsung s7 from unlockradar.com

Have a quick question, I have a boost mobile samsung galaxy s5 and want to unlock it. when i activated it it it gave me a Sim unlock pin and PUK number. Would these be able to unlock my device to use on another carrier or just to unlock my the SIM that comes with the phone? Thanks you

please help sim unlock s6

Hello everyone,
This is my first post I am stumped and need your help. I have a Samsung s6 (t-mobile 920t), my phone came with the t-mobile loaded app which allows the phone to be unlocked via t-mobile.
I know under the factory rom ( I have marshmallow 6.0.1) a sim unlock code is no good as there is no prompt for the code to be entered.... So, I rooted and installed 2 different roms: (carHDrom v.25-4dpJ2 and also XtreStoLite-ROM-3.3.1-DPDP) both roms rune beautifully. I AM PROMPTED the sim unlock screen, however I in put the sim unlock code which I bought yesterday via ebay and I get a error message saying " sim network unlock request unsuccessful". I bought this phone used it works fine on t-mobile. I am putting my At&t sim card in it, my sim card works perfectly in my rooted s5 from t-mobile however that phone gave me the option to put in a sim unlock code. The only thing is my at&t sim card was cut by me asit was a larger sim card to fit my s5, upon entering it into the s6 it is a bit smaller but still the phone detects a sim card is inside.
I have been racking my brain trying to figure out what the issue, is and I dont know what to do, I am reaching out to everyone for help.

Galaxy A50 ( SM-520W) Network Pin blocked

Hello friends,
I got Galaxy A50 network locked from foreign Country ( Canada ) , Firstly, It was asking to enter network unlock code but i didn't had any unlock code. Then, i gave it to one shop for unlock network code. They took 2 weeks but could't fix it. Then, I contacted back Canada to carrier with which my mobile was locked. I explained them everything. They said that your contract is over now and they can provide me network unlock code for free. I have given them my IMEI number and they replied me back with unlock code. I was very happy. But, When i turned my mobile on with new sim card then it was telling " Sim Network PIN blocked, Please Enter sim PUK code. I believe that shop people entered wrong network PIN too many times. So my question is , Which Sim network PUK code my mobile is asking??? The SIM that shop people used or the original carrier back from Canada or the sim i am inserting in current situation?? I have tried to put PUK code of my current situation and original carrier back from Canada but no success. What will be next possible way to fix it??
Please help me out
Thanks
Inder

Activating service on S7

I am trying to move my existing service to a S7 but not having any luck.
My daughter updated her phone a long time ago and this S7 was sitting around unused. She had purchased used and unlocked but when she was upgrading she deleted her files by doing a factory reboot. Will this take the phone back to being locked to the original carriers network?
Asking because I have been trying to move my SIM card over but it won't accept the PUK code that I got from my service provider.
When I startup with the active SIM card in it all I get is a message asking for the PUK code but doesn't accept the PUK code I have. Could this be the way it asks for the network unlocking code?
Trying to move my service to a Galaxy S7 that was passed on to me from my daughter. Installing SIM prompts for PUK code. Have received 2 different PUK codes from my carrier and neither is accepted!
Daughter had purchased this phone used but was unlocked and it worked fine for her. When she gave it to me she did a factory reboot to clear all of her stuff.
1) If a phone had been unlocked does it return to a locked phone when a factory reboot is done?
2) If the phone has returned to be locked to a carrier and the Sim from an alternate carrier is installed, will it ask for the PUK code but not accept it like this phone is doing?
3) How do I determine which carrier the phone is locked to?
