That depends, do you use a rom based on a themeable source? You could also try an alternative launcher and theme that.
I would recommend flashing a Cyanogenmod rom or a miui rom.
They are the most theme-able roms available

Not so different bro. Really, Only about 10MB. Just some little changes in there. But it will boot properly, so don't worry
