[q] root permission smartpad mediacom 810c

Hello,
I bought the new Tablet MEDIACOM 810C. I tried all the methods used to obtain root permissions I could find but to no avail ...
Can anyone find a valid and working for this Tablet?

I've also found on an italian forum this thread:

(I'm new here and i can't post direct links due to the spam rules, erase the '-' char between http and www )
It contains few firmware and mods for the mediacom smartcom 810c, full root and the ability to connect with some huawei's 3g internet keys, and some more functions (android market, yay!).
IMHO the best one is the "Samdroid Versione 1.11 (11/11/2011)"
It's the latest.
Please, feel free to ask if you need some help translating the italian pages.
And if someone of you could improve that work, i'll be happy to be a beta tester

can you help me i have a problem with my smartpad MEDIACOM 810C it does not start
when i pres the buton to turn on the device it starts and stays on the screen only the android picture and does not go further,
how can i do hard reset,or re install the room? thank you..

Do you know if that rom supports english? Getting 2 soon and would like to improve the factory FW. Thx in advance for any replies.

all android have multilanguage pre-installed, just use google translate to read the webpage in your language and then istall the rom! just did it for Greek!!!

External keyboard layout problem on multiuser environment

Hi all,
I have a TF300T with android 4.2.1 and I'm occuring in a strange problem with a bluetooth keyboard layout.
On the primary user the bluetooth keyboard work correctly, if I use it with the secondary user profile the layout is wrong (US). For both the users the settings are the same, Asus keyboard as been set with Italian layout.
Any ideas? Can someone of you test if it has the same problem on multiuser?

Same problem here, installed 4.2.1 with two users, first on is ok "azerty" mode, second one is in "qwerty" mode, but same settings !!
Tried several reboot with dock installed.

I just bought a TF300T tomorrow because of Android 4.2.1 release so my wife and I could have separate settings and apps but having QWERTY layout is not very user friendly
Did you try Custom ROM ?

Oppo Find X2 Pro CPH2025 Demo removal/Flash

Hi guys,
I bought an Ex-demo phone last week and it is working fine like a normal phone, the Oppo Code has been entered and the Display mode has been disabled but there are some display features are still within the phone, such as it will only let you set up a pin code like 12345! & Ad starts running if i keep the phone idle for few minutes.
Can someone help me remove or flash it with stock rom to change it to normal version?!

You need to go to service center

Had it too, paid a remote flash service 50eur and it's now a fully functional normal phone.

It costs 50 to 80$, I don't know if it's still avaliable. The person connects to your computer, downloads the files and flashes the phone with msmdownloadtools with his login credentials.

How about demo removal progress?

After update to Android 12 and reset device to factory condition try this method

Hi,
I know this is very late however I just encountered the same issue and fixed it.
Here are the steps I used:
Reset the device for use with factory reset APK (though it sounds like you have already done this) Here is the tool I used: https://www.martview-forum.com/threads/oppo-all-model-demo-live-remove-gift-for-all-oppo-user.2519/
After phone has been setup, install a custom launcher. I used Hyperion Launcher, however any launcher should work.
Uninstall the demo app on the phone with the custom launcher. The stock oppo launcher won't allow you to do this, but a custom launcher will.
Install the factory reset APK again and factory reset the phone once more.
Setup the phone and enjoy the phone!
NOTE: between steps 3 and 4, it should be noted that I updated my X2 pro to android 12. This shouldn't make a difference however I have no way to know.
