I bought the new Tablet MEDIACOM 810C. I tried all the methods used to obtain root permissions I could find but to no avail ...
Can anyone find a valid and working for this Tablet?

It contains few firmware and mods for the mediacom smartcom 810c, full root and the ability to connect with some huawei's 3g internet keys, and some more functions (android market, yay!).
IMHO the best one is the "Samdroid Versione 1.11 (11/11/2011)"
It's the latest.
Please, feel free to ask if you need some help translating the italian pages.
And if someone of you could improve that work, i'll be happy to be a beta tester

when i pres the buton to turn on the device it starts and stays on the screen only the android picture and does not go further,

Do you know if that rom supports english? Getting 2 soon and would like to improve the factory FW. Thx in advance for any replies.
all android have multilanguage pre-installed, just use google translate to read the webpage in your language and then istall the rom! just did it for Greek!!!

Hi! I have a new tab, Intenso Intab 8", and I'd like to use the android market on it (not only android pit as already installed). Can anybody tell me how to do that? I found a downloadlink through the Internet. Can´t remember where but it is working. With this link you get the Google Market APK. Just install it with the APK Installer that is allready on the Intab. Works fine!

Hello, excuse my English, I'm French..... after a lot of reserch, the 8" intenso is sold in France like Smart'Tab 8008 and in Italia like MediaCom m810c. The Italian have made a custom rom with Market 3.4.4, full rooted, laucher HoneyComb, ext4, Gmail, Gtalk, Maps,.....

But you can Google "rom M810c Fintadroid v3.0"
The flash is very simple, but the tuto is in Italian...

It worked for me I have google play on my Intenso Intab love xda thanks to all...

I have a goophone N2 which is Galaxy Note 2 clone. It has the MK6577 chipset and the model number listed in the device information is GT-N7100.
I really would like to flash it so i can have Google play store and get rid of the horrendous Chinese spam. Also the GPS doesn't work at all despite replacing the gps.conf file with a couple of different ones from the forum...
I have rooted it, but i get the message 'unfortunately Google play has stopped working' when i try and put the store on there. What's strange is it'll let me put Amazon market place on there but Google Play won't work.
Anyway - I am looking for a ROM which will be compatible with my handset, I don't really wanna brick it byt just trying randomly, so thought i'd ask here as I've flashed a couple of handsets using advice from members.
Can anyone help?

Ok a few more details might help.
The main question is will one of the GT-N7100 roms work?
I've ran vellamo and the device info says
model number gt-n7100
board: gt-n7100
cpu: ABI - armeabi v7a
device name: n7100
basedband version: n7100zcalh3
Kernel version:
3.0.13-93991 [email protected]#1
build number jro03c.n7100calh40

Seen as I seem to be talking to myself I will update for everyone.
I have rooted and installed super user. I then installed Google Play using the method in the nursing-now.blogspot post (cannot post link sorry)
I then manually deleted all the Chinese system apps using root explorer.
This then caused permission issues so I downloaded CMW and used the fix permission function to re allocate the permissions.
I now have google play and am able to install various apps.
The GPS still will not work at all - not a sausage - despite copying gps.conf from the xda thread...

I did flash rom with any rom found on the net, now I have google play store but is not working wi-fi, bluetooth and gps....help me please!!!
P.S. the phone is the same (goophone N2 N7100)

I am in need of backup this ROM, made the device itself, I'll only be able to recover my through it, because I'm not having access to the usb device.
If anyone has the Goophone N2PRO and can do this backup and send me I appreciate it.

I looked for a method to root it but it was all Turkish and unreadable even after the translate!
And I want to install a custom rom on it and some of the turkish forums point to a second device named Micromax A117, maybe it's close to it's specs.
All I want is to customize it and restore my apps from TB and stuff

This is very easy, you can only install a separate android launcher and then install apks later on. Rooting is not really helpful
