Please help my phone is confused like it is blinking lg logo but not getting on. In charge it gets on but in few seconds it gets off.
I think you are in soft brick state for some reason.. Did you try to do anything prior to this situation?
How did that happened? Similar issue happened to me, heres my post from other thread:
My H955 suddenly rebooted and it keeps on bootloop. It turns on fully and after 10-30 seconds (the hotter it gets, the less time it stays booted up) reboots again. After I left it to cooldown, there was error that root is gone or smth like that, and I had to agree to EULA and terms&conditions but the phone rebooted again. Maybe some kind of update was pushed in or whatever. This is the first time for me to happen. I have not installed new apps or mods on my phone like in two weeks.
Btw, seems like this is soft reboot, because there is no sounds and it didn't asked for SIMs PIN. I guess it has something to do with xposed..
I have used this method http://www.hard-reset.mobi/lg-g-flex-2-hard-reset/#to do factory reset. It seems to work, however phone still reboots. @mnshkpr8 try this to do factory reset, maybe this will help you.
Later I will try this http://forum.xda-developers.com/g-flex2/help/to-unbrick-g-flex-2-ls996-t3286105

My phone runs perfectly fine until I enable Gps location. Once I enable GPS location, it freezes, then it reboots my phone and it slowly do a system check, then it continuously rebooting the lg logo screen. I tried taking out the battery and put it back in, even took out my battery for a day and it still does the same. I'm not sure if it's the hardware problem, but it's a pretty rare case, since I read most of the threads in forums, people said it can be fix once you pull out the battery, but somehow it's not working for me. Anyone knows the reason why? Btw, my phone is not rooted or used any 3rd party program.
Ah. Posted too soon. There's a master reset that I believe is Power and Volume Up. Try that.
Unfortunately, it's still not working. Is there any other possible way? Or else I have to call in and return it.
Try turning off the phone, then press power + vol down and hold it until you see the word android. This should do the factory reset.

It sounds like the permissions are not correct, or perhaps that your ROM was not flashed correctly. I have seem this problem happen numerous times due to bad firmware flashes or ROM issues. I would just download a new copy of the latest CM 7 ROM or whatever your favorite ROM is and flash it through CWM.
Thanks guys for the help. I found out that you have to hold down first then power button for around 30 second and then the droid animation comes out. I was so close to returning it. Thanks!
Hello all,
Today my Verizon S6 (on CleanRom 1.5) started to keep rebooting. After it boots, I can use the phone for less than a minute until it reboots again.
Here's how it began to happen today, if it helps.
- I didn't plug my phone to a charger last night, and when I woke up the phone had like 0%~1% battery. The phone died soon after I picked up the phone.
- At the same time I turned on the phone, I connected it to the stock charger.
- I used it for like 1-2 minutes, and the phone seemed to get confused whether it should die again or not (at 0% battery level)
- Then the phone decided to die again, and keeps rebooting itself.
My guess is something related to booting, initializing, or battery might have gone wrong. Also the soft button lights get never turn on.
Now I cannot use the phone really, as it dies like 30 seconds after I swipe the lockscreen.
- I tried to boot into safe mode, it didn't help.
- I wiped cache partition, it didn't help either.
The last thing I would like to try is to odin CleanRom again (or factory reset) but I would like to try other things first because I cannot even backup the data as it keeps rebooting. Odin will wipe all the data in my phone.
Any help or suggestions guys?

The OE2 tar file shouldn't wipe your phone as it is not a full wipe tar. I don't know if your phone would do it with it's reboot problem but a dirty flash of clean rom shouldn't wipe your phone either. However, a reboot during the middle of either of those would not be good. Flashfire does seem to be able to keep a phone from rebooting once it gets going or at least it has for me when I have been caught in a bad way before.
Problem Solved!!!
Thank you Tulsadiver for your suggestions. But is it okay to do odin without wiping anything?
I almost gave up after struggling several hours and thought about doing a factory reset, but the problem is solved now.
I found it weird that the soft key lights never turn on, so I thought that there might have been something wrong with the power management. So I turned the ultra power saving mode on (fortunately the phone didn't reboot before I did that), and it didn't reboot itself. I turned it back off then now the problem is gone!
I am happy with it now, and this might be one of the things to try if you experience a random reboot.
Hello
I'm having problem with my Nexus 5 .
It started when I wanted to replace the battery. I have been replacing it in another nexus 5, done it gently, with plastic tools. And that's what happened - constant boot loop. Only thing that appear are battery charging image and white Google text, restart and over and over... nothing more (android colorful text/logo) doesn't appear.
Firstly I've read that it might be a problem with a power button, that it's stuck inside and making these constant loops. I tried to gently make a taps and flicks on the phone but it wasn't helpful. I accessed motherboard, took it off and checked the button, it seemed fine. But I took it to a mobile service place, and they replaced the button. But that didn't help.
I can't power it on when it's not connected to the charger or PC. It doesn't even start looping when not connected via cable to anything. On the bootloader screen I can go up and down using volume keys, but when i try to access "Recovery menu" it turns off and start looping. Even trying to use "power off" option makes it loop.
So I flashed it using factory image from google: 6.0.1 (M4B30Z, Dec 2016) (hammerhead-m4b30z-factory-625c027b).
I did it manually, on bootloader screen, entering all these fastboot commands. one by one. Everything seemed fine, all flashed with success. Already was happy! But after rebooting, it's still bootlooping
I installed TWRP recovery img to it, (successfully), and tried to access recovery menu, but also started looping.
I don't know what to do anymore. I've read so many threads and I think everywhere problem disappeared after successful flashing. I tried also this method:
https://forum.xda-developers.com/google-nexus-5/help/nexus-5-stuck-boot-loop-lollipop-t3098632 But after flashing to 4.4.4 firmware, it was bootlooping..
Since it doesn't even react to power button on both batteries, is there some bigger hardware problem with a motherboard? A battery connector socket on motherboard is broken or something?

Have you tried putting the original battery back in it? Does it not correctly only when plugged in to a charger cable? Idk how but it seems either something bad happened to your emmc or there's something not plugged in correctly to the motherboard and something may have happened to whatever piece(s) that is. I'd just take everything out and put it back together, I had to do that when I replaced my screen, it's a pain in the ass but it worked again. Hopefully I could help you, or even give u a clue as to what it is
Try flashing 4.4.2 or an older stock ROM.

I did it now. On both batteries it doesn't even power on. Only on a cable plugged it it starts bootlooping, when disconnecting, it powers off.
I checked all the connectors and sockets on mainboard, especially the one connecting battery and they doesn't seem anyhow broken (but I'm not any tech specialist so..)

I used now 4.4 (KRT16M). No result, still boot looping
I noticed a strange problem with my Nexus 5. It starts to hang or restarts on its own. Sometimes go in to continuous boot loop. I could not differentiate why it would do that. Sometimes it worked flawlessly for hours. Then I realized that when it's charged off my computer USB power it works smooth. It works fine for sometime. But after few minutes of idle time or quick usage session freezes the phone and it re starts and keep going to boot loop, even after wiping cache. After a few attempt to wipe sometimes it starts without external power help. However, when attached to USB power it just starts without any issue.
I have done factory reset a few times. Unlocked my phone and also installed TWRP with Pure Nexus. The behavior hasn't changed much.
I think this is hardware issue. Could be a battery.
Can anyone provide a detail on how I can find issue?

Sounds like the battery is failing.
I DO NOT PROVIDE HELP IN PM, KEEP IT IN THE THREADS WHERE EVERYONE CAN SHARE
1.
First, the current situation is that the screen does not come on while the power is turned on.
If you look closely, the light of the screen comes out, but it is a black screen.
So when I press the power button several times, I sometimes see the screen once, and when it is bad, the screen keeps blinking only on the black desktop.
No matter what I did, it was not restored, I disassembled it, pushed the battery part for a while, then contacted me again, and the screen started to come out again! However, after about three hours, the symptoms began to appear again. Now I keep repeating this phenomenon and just use my cell phone.
2. ((First things I did.))
I used the flashtool to update my stock firmware. Soon after I knew the wrong thing, I put the firmware over again. I tried to get the firmware for my country. Then I was disappointed to see that the TTA-VOLTE I wanted was still not working. So I decided to install Android 9.0 (Pie) and install TWRP and install it as WIPE. It was the beginning of all these.
Since then the above symptoms have been manifested and the stock firmware does not work even if you do anything
please... save me... :crying::crying:
