I was looking for a new ROM to play with and stumbled upon hashbang173's PureNexus Rom. It is not officially posted yet but I found a post about it in the AICP thread. I was leery since there isn't much info regarding it but it is running flawlessly on my phone with ZERO issues.
I def recommend it if you want to give it a go.
Mod Edit: link removed
:good: :good: hashbang173
I'm not sure you should've posted this. If he wanted it on here, he probably would have posted it himself.
Closed - as pointed out, Originator can post if desired.

I found that there are so many custom roms on development part.
CyanogenMod 9 (unofficial)][TeamChopsticks][Alpha 4
Team Wafflehouse AOKP Update M4 6/03/12
SKYICS 4.2E-12.5(ULCE2) 6/6/12--- Amazing battery.CRT OFF!!!!!
these are all great Roms , however , I only found CM9 has a known issue list. anyone has a known list for AOKP or SKYICS 4.2E 12.5(ULCE2), let me know first. thanks in advance
You may want to read in more detail:
From this thread on AOKP:
Bugs
*Same Issues as cm9 (alpha 4)

As far as the ICS Roms available there is a thread that details the problems in the various leaks. These will be in the Roms based on them - unless the dev(s) state otherwise.
For ROMs based on CM or AOKP you can check the project pages for each to see more details.
Edit: BTW - I just noticed that I am replying to your first post. You really need to check out this section and this video.
Welcome to XDA.
thanks

You may have watched it but didn't get the message.
As mentioned in the video if a post helps you or provides useful info - hit the thanks button on that post. If you are using the XDA app, tap the message to see the button. Adding a new post to says thanks with no other content just clutters up the threads.
I am confused. I cannot add a thread or email on the Kang Cyanogen mod because I haven't posted enough here. I cannot find the download for the ROM and have no idea what to do without being able to post on the thread. A rock and a hard place I believe it is called.:silly:

Thanks for the reply, but I tried that, which is how I have been downloading the ROM up until today. The 2012 10 01 ROM is not listed when you click I AGREE. The previous ones ares.
I can do the searches ok, I am not allowed to reply or start a new thread so can't ask Bruce 2728 if he took the ROM down or why I can't see it on the list of downloaded ROMs

And you are locked out of reading the thread too? I assume you must be because the answers to all your questions are in the most recent couple of pages. You certainly don't seem like the kind of horrible evil person who would choose not to read a thread before making new threads to ask questions that are answered repeatedly in an existing thread, so perhaps your account is broken since you can't read the thread. Anyway since you're clearly not that kind of a person I'll help you out.
The10/1 builds are only available on the goo mirror site for now until Bruce gets home and can upload them to the regular download site. The link to that goo mirror is given about 15 times in the last few pages of the thread.
Mabye you'll get lucky and your ability to read that thread will be fixed when you go back to find that link. I'm rooting for you! :good:
Hey all. I just got my galaxy s3 yesterday and rooted and flashed liquidsmooth v2.3. Its a really awesome ROM and I haven't had any problems with it.
I did want to mess around with the tablet mode views for some apps that I had seen in previous videos and reviews. However, in this build there seems to be no xposed dpi installer or per app dpi setting options under the interfaces section in the settings. Did they just take it out from this build for some reason? Or do I have to do any additional steps to get it to work? I think I saw one other person mention this on the liquidsmooth thread, but no one seemed to have answered it yet.
Thanks!
your best bet would be to search or ask liquidsmooth thread, check the OP or look at the changelog.
sorry its not a better answer but i dont run the rom. youll probably find your answer by checking any of those three though.

No problem. I just asked here because I am new to the forums and can't post in the dev threads yet.
What is the best full functioning custom Rom for desire s? I currently have cm7.2, but it's got problems with the Wi-Fi, it's good, but it's boring I would like an Android 4 based rom like cm10.1, but yet again that has bugs, I looked into the pac man rom looks great wanted it, but download was corrupted couldn't find another file for the desire s
Please help me find a good rom that's as great as stock but better and stable. Would like a jellybean look.

Hi, old quote from a mod.....
"Best" ROM/kernel threads are not allowed on XDA.
Please test these things for yourself.
This is the only way you will get an unbiased opinion, and then, you can decide for yourself if it meets YOUR needs.
ps: pacman link is there, search..
Sorry for butting in, as @jmcclue said there are links in the PAC thread (mirrors) to the ROM. The link in the first post is corrupted (well, just not working when trying to flash). I think on page 180 or so of the thread there are alternate links that work.
Just as I downloaded that one and it worked fine. Even (fingers crossed) the random reboot problem I was getting initially has stopped!
I've moved from this, to CM10.2, to Carbon, back to this. It's such an amazing sturdy ROM (battery life). Ok, I've yet to tinker with the performance issues (slight lag...but doesn't impede progress or detract from it overall).
I suppose as an aside I tried the CM11 nightlies and was getting the Status 7 when trying to install. But I'm guessing that's just a recovery issue (I hope). Found a 'cheat' video where you can edit a file in the rom to bypass recovery checks...but not advisable.
Going to continue to use PAC and wait patiently for an update.
Thank you, I have been looking around I did eventually find the link earlier today for the pacRom file that works, I did't think that there was another download link until I went to the end of the thread, the very end and people had posted saying it was corrupted and people were referring to use a link previously posted, now I know that people have put links in threads I will look harder and think better. I have the rom now, yet to flash it though, hope it works out fine. I hate being new to things this is the first forum I signed up too, still getting used to the rules I will eventually get the hang of it been told off for posting to many threads searching more now. Well thanks again.

No harm done. Another little tip for ya, if u want a rom, and the op download links r down then at the top of the page ul see a box "search this thread" type mirror and then press search, usually (if there is a mirror) ul find easy.
I'm new to the forum.
Used the search function on marshmallow and android 6 but nothing that made sense came up.
I joined the forum as my wife's TF101 is sluggish. Android 4.03. Kernel 2.6.39.4 [email protected] #1 Build IML74K.US_epad-9.2.1.27-20120615
I came across:-
android-rom.com/upgrade-update-asus-transformer-tf101
I came here to check the 'bone fide' of this as it seems pretty advanced as most posts here are talking about Android 5.x
The site for the split ROM's wants tons of information, full addreess, DOB, email etc. which I don't give out.
So is this for real ?
If it is, is there a site where I can download the ROM without giving out info for surveys and products.
If this thread is deened to be inappropriate, please request to have it deleted and PM me the answer, although, I am sure other 'newbies' will come here looking for the same answer so it might be worth leaving so they can find the answers, official or otherwise.
Thanks for all the info and advice you are all provided. I have had a good, but short, read of quite a few threads.
Don't do it! Definitely fake.
If you are comfortable with the whole process of getting a custom ROM onto your device, go with KatKiss here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/eee-pad-transformer/development/rom-t2942560
The other option is to wait, as timduru, the expert behind KatKiss, is reportedly working on Marshmallow for our old TF101.
Welcome to the forums!
Go with Tim, abandon Data-Leecher

Spare your data and give a f*ck about that site. Go with Timdurus ROMs. The fastest was 4.4.4, I just switched to 6.0.1, from Lollipop 5.1.1 since Marshmallow is faster than the Lollipop version.
You find the latest Marshmallow ROM here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/eee-pad-transformer/development/rom-t3318496. You should go with that one. I tested 'em all, and Timdurus ROMs are far out the best. That simple.
If you need any further help in considering, you might want to consider having a look here: http://meandmykatkiss.blogspot.de/. There will be a performance comparison on later. I haven't come to make the Bench-Screens on Marshmallow yet.
@moderation: I don't know why, but the TO 1st post seems "odd". I might at least remove the link. Anyway, if it is real:
Cheers

I didn't see the posts. Not subscribed I guess.
Anyway, I tried searching again a couple of days ago, and found out about rooting etc. and KatKiss 6.0.1.
Here is my experience.
