Hey I had my HTC desire 610 rooted but when I got a new phone my mom wanted my desire so I tried Togo into settings and do a factory reset but now my phone only boots to the white HTC loading screen and it goes no further beyond that point. Is it bricked? Can someone please help me fix this so I can get it setup for her? Thanks in advance.

Hi all,
my HTC ONE M8 is stuck on the htc logo and I can't turn it off, the only thing that i'ved tried and works is holding the power button and volume up but the phone just goes back to the htc logo screen!
it has TWRP installed and unlocked bootloader but S-ON
im from australia if that helps, it was where the phone was purchased
can anyone please suggest something?

I really need your help. I do not know anything about root, boot loader or anything. I just recently got an official refurbished HTC One M7 from Ebay and when I got it, I could update it because after the file downloaded from the software update menu it said a message of Variant system version. I searched all the threads for something but nothing. The bad thing is that a do not have a PC nor a one to borrow, I have a Mac :s , and I am limited to what I can do. Please can someone help, I am loosing my mind over this. Thanks.

Have a HTC 616 Dual SIm.
The phone stuck the booting screen.
had done soft reset-Not working
had done hard reset- not working
now when trying to hard reset its showing error - data mount/error
pl help if i can resolve it by myself

i am new to this rooting phones thing and i need ur help. i have an htc desire 820u phone which i rooted through the kingoroot and it was successful and running fine until i restarted it. after restarting the phone is stuck on the htc logo and doesnot boot. i havent tried to install any custom rom. so plz help me. i did the factory reset in the bootloader menu

QUESTION! how do i unroot it? it came looking like it was unrooted (like they tried and failed) it has no software on it no branding and does the whole fastboot mode i cant "factory reset it"
