The phone stuck the booting screen.
had done soft reset-Not working
had done hard reset- not working
now when trying to hard reset its showing error - data mount/error
pl help if i can resolve it by myself

Looks like you are not the only one:

I would get set up for an XDA account (if not done already) and post there, someone may have figured out the problem by now.

Hey I had my HTC desire 610 rooted but when I got a new phone my mom wanted my desire so I tried Togo into settings and do a factory reset but now my phone only boots to the white HTC loading screen and it goes no further beyond that point. Is it bricked? Can someone please help me fix this so I can get it setup for her? Thanks in advance.

hi guys,
i am new to this rooting phones thing and i need ur help. i have an htc desire 820u phone which i rooted through the kingoroot and it was successful and running fine until i restarted it. after restarting the phone is stuck on the htc logo and doesnot boot. i havent tried to install any custom rom. so plz help me. i did the factory reset in the bootloader menu

Hello guys so i have an htc desire 620g dual sim and as i watched Youtube it stuck so i removed the battery and when i putted the battery again it just stuck in the logo without going into recovery... What can i do i searched here in XDA but i didnt found nothing can sb help plz
