[Q] Can't Find Stock Rom For Htc Explorer. Cid is here

My friend bought it and it had custom rom installed.
Please help me I can not find stock rom for htc explorer.
It over a week googling :-S
Tried this but model-id error:

yes it has TWRP
Tried CMW also both work.
I am in doubt of bricking the phone because the ruu gives error if the model is incorrect but CMW or TWRP won't.

Just read the thread that I've posted (install instructions are pretty simple), nothing will be bricked. This rom is flashable and it won't mess with your radio, so everything will be fine. It's just unnatural to brick your phone with this. But if by any chance you are unluckiest man in the known universe, and the phone stucks at htc logo, you can again just go to recovery and try to flash it again(again with full wipe), and if it stucks again........... it will be some kind of miracle. So report here and I'll find another stock rom somwhere. I'm just too lazy to search now.
Another question, didn't you relock bootloader while trying to install RUU? Because if you were trying with unlocked bootloader, it's pretty much normal that some error will appear.

Hey @shanicoolest, that CID is used by Iusacell or UNEFON, both are companies from Mexico (actually my A310e is just like that, and I'm from Mexico).
Just like that=same HBOOT and radio.
Unfortunately, there's no RUU for neither both of them. I mean, just like you i'm googling for it for about the last 2 months :crying:
Can I ask where are you from?

With Butterfly J HTL21 or J One HTL22 Japan,u cant unlock bootloader first
Always s-off + write super cid first and then unlock bootloader.

needed:
you should ensure that:
1.) root access is enabled for adb.
2.) pay attention to your device through the process to grant any superuser and/or adb rsa requests that pop up
no root no use(because J butterfly cant unlocked~)

I do have same problem. Segmentation fault during s-off. I even couldnot unlock bootloader from htcdev. CID related Error persists. Please somebody help.

Hi,
I was on viper rom and I wanted to go back to ruu_pyramid_htc_europe_1.50.401.1_r_radio_10.58.9035.00u_10.15.9035.02_2_release_228602_signed, but while
I was doing it this message appears [Error 152] image update error and now I don't know what to do!!!
Can someone help me on this?

the weird thing is you have 1.18 hboot version which corresponds to gingerbread firmware but your firmware is ics

Hi i flashed lineage OS 16 to my u11 , problem is now i want to sim unlock it i believe i need to revert back to stock. Ive been trying lots that appear to match but to no avail. Can I sim unlock without going back toorig firmware if not can some point in the direction of a rom , posted getvar below
