hello, im trying to unlock my bootloader but cannot use volume up / down or power key on the confirmation screen once i have sent the unlock.bin accross... any suggestions please?

My HTC One M8 is fairly new. 3 months old. An attampt to run an HTC update caused it to be stuck in recovery mode. nothing helps. I've tried reset to menufacture preset but it keeps going back to recovery mode.
Here are a few getvar all details:

yeap i cant find your firmware on the google doc provided from here. also it doesnt exist on 4pda. one solution is to flash twrp and flash a custom rom. i think thats your best bet!
Seeking some urgent help for my HTC U 11 BS_US001 and 2PCZ50000, I was trying some new roms and i think i messed up. below I have manged to show the getvar result. however on actual screen in download mode OS is saying 2.33.401.10. I tried flashing a few . . 617. RRU but I wont get pass the welcome screen with a little lock to the top left hand corner and cannot connect to wifi or find a network. I am able to change CID and MID with the use of HTC DEv info tool and I can access TWRP. All help would be appreciated. Any further info needed I am available 24/7 missing my phone badly
