I'm wondering if there's is a way to pull the power control widget from CM6 and use it in other roms? I like the look and flexibility of it. I thought maybe it was as easy as pulling the apk and installing it into another rom. I was mistaken, I can't seem to locate it in CM6. Anybody have any suggestions or is anybody able to do this?

That's part of the built, if you want something similar, there's one in the Market called Switched Pro Widget.
The dump has been posted here

I tried deodexing myself and signing the apks, could get them to install but would crash when trying to load. Mainly interested in the new livewallpapers and touchwiz launcher, anyone care to try?
I got the live wallpapers working here if you are still interested....

Good find and good work! Thanks! +1
I wish I could get Write and Go ported to the Inc. Anybody know how one would go about that if it's possible?
Hello everyone, i got a problem:
Currently, i'm using MIUI 11.12 rom on my nexus one.
All works good except scrolling behavior - chinese guys have mod it and now it works like iphone one.
Looks great, but it makes some incompatibility with some 3rd party apps (3D drawer in launcherPro for example).
Also i just dont like it, it's too bouncy and overshooting makes uncomfortable usability in some apps
So i want to revert it back to original one.
The problem is i have no idea where and how its stored. Does anyone knows it?
I have found some "Acceleration, bounce, overshooting" xml's in framework-res.apk, so i have changed "anim" folder to original one, but have no luck, scrolling behavior didnt change. Wiped both cache and dalvik-cache.
Any help?
No one knows?
I'm wondering if there is an app I can install that will give me the text selection like iOS has? I've never liked the way android does text selection, so much harder to use.
Serious?
Looks like the wrong place i reported the thread for moving.
thanks, hope someone knows an app that can do this.
I know the sony xperias have this feature and it's been ported to newer sony android phones

I just got my One A9 and I love it. However HTC took away the emoji's I've grown to love and personally think look way better than stock android emoji's. Is there any way to get the old emoji's back?
UPDATE:
After looking around I found a temporary fix if anyone else is interested. Just install this app and change your Font to it in settings and you will have "iOS" emoji's.

If only we could keep the HTC font, but change the emojis.

Yeah that's a downside of it
ORIGINAL HTC SENSE & EMOJI
If you are rooted and want sense 6.0 emoji here is a flashable zip that works perfectly
Sense_6_Emoji
I'm also unrooted and have very little desire to root my A9. I've been using this one https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.monotype.android.font.free.emoji.color.htc but I don't like the font either; I use Helvetica. I'm trying to create my own emoji font with Helvetica included but I can't find an application that will let me edit fonts with emoji.
I've emailed the devs that published those apps to see if they can give any insight.

I was just about to post to another thread about this problem. The stock Andriod emojis suck big time! I have an M8 and the emojis are the standard look similar to the Xda ones on the right of screen.
Thanks, I will give this a go!

Does that zip work on a device running CyanogenMod 11? I can't find any other way to get Sense's emojis, so if this won't work, could you, if possible, recommend a functional option?
EDIT! The zip works on CyanogenMod11
