Hi, this image is dumped from working device (because i could not find it anywhere) to rescue my dead one.
So here we go:

P.S.
might not work on all devices, use for recovery only, YOU MIGHT BRICK YOUR DEVICE, but works fine on mine (german room too)
to enter bootloader menu: (middle button (joystick) down + power button)
also i found SDHC driver in this forum, and it works on my mio A201 (tested with 16GB and 8GB SDHC cards)

put that file in to card, card in to device and press button combination to get in to bood loader (power button, cant remember other button and reset at the same time) try to google.

please let me know how to enter in the boot loader menu. i have tried all the possible combinations (power+....+ reset) and it's just loading..and nothing after (just black screen) with a red led flashing (the right led).

dear all,
i succeded to enter bootloader menu: (middle button (JOISTICK) down + power button)
1. flash rom upgrade
2. CE by SDMMC
3. READING IMAGE, flashing, writing OK, verifying OK...Upgrade OK,
iMAGE checksum: 0xf7cacce, restart your device....
after that none of the buttons works (power, reset, ......), nothing.
so if i'm removeing the baterry, put it back, press the power and it is the same dead device (still loading....and nothing after - black screen and red led flashing)
what am i doing wrong ?
is there any other method to flash this thing?
how did you all succeded to instal and make it run again?
please help me and i will thank you for that,

the battery cover has a pin, wich is correspondent with a microswitch.

try german rom maybe it will work, then try english again
and make sure that downloaded file is not damaged, and (it may sound stupid) is your device is Mitac Mio A201?

strange, mine works fine, try german version of rom

same probleme with german and english rom....my old os was in polish ....greetings

Hold down volume down+home+Power until device boots to screen with few options. Then power down device. Press and hold in this order. Volume up+home+Power until in download mode. Now use verizon software or smartswitch to restore device.

I've done that, but its the same thing, at blue screen of the update says "erasing" :S

What technique did you use to update the OS?

Mine did the same. Verizon replaced the phone at no charge

I have same problem.... Stuck on samsung logo sorry for bad english

use the key combination [ vol up + vol down + power ] to go to recovery

Press and hold the key combination till u see "volume up --> recovery". Then press vol up to enter into recovery mode. Since u r pressing the power key, the device will turn off no matter its in bootloop or stuck at boot logo. Since u r pressing the vol up+down, the device will turn on to recovery. [ if u just want to turn off the device while in bootloop, just press n hold the power key till the device is off ]. So dont b afraid if u r facing such situation, its quiet common in rooted phones especially running on custom roms.

i am afraid because its my first phone that does't have removable battery, in normal phone my practice is to just put battery out and boot into recovery mod thats it

Yep, you can use miui8 patch1. It contains all the sufficient /system files for miui. Patch2 contains the boot.img for miui8, dont know it will work for miui7, but you could try and let me know.

Phone Bricked | Come in plz

a couple of days ago i was trying to install a rom with https://forum.xda-developers.com/honor-4x/how-to/install-emui-4-1-4x-4c-g-play-g-play-t3515702 method
but i got error 7
then i shut it down from recovery and i was preparing another rom to write but when i wanted to power my phone on it didn't react at all
now my phone is off and not working because there is no file to work with in storage
and when i connect it to computer i get a message says : New Device Connected
and the name is a combo of Chinese and digits
is there anyone can help me?

Okay , i seems you got a big problem to your device.
Before I can help you I need few details from you.
1.What is the model and installed firmware build number and android version .
2.Have you got your bootloader unlocked?
3.can you access fastboot.
4.what actually you did before you got into this state.
5. Is TWRP/CWM installed on you phone?
6.Post a screen shot of error you got.

3 : no i don't
4 : as i said i was installing a rom with mentioned method in OP and i got error 7 then i shut my phone down and it didn't turn on again
5 : i had TWRP but now i can't load it because my phone doesn't power on

Okay first let your phone charge for 4-5 hours and check whether it can power on.
1.By pressing only power button.
2.By pressing power + Vol+ buttons.
3.By pressing Power vol- vol+ buttons simultaneously.
Post the result and later we can proceed further.
Before B511 what rom and version was present.

Check clearly if the screen is on it displays in a grey colour if it doesn't.then it's better to take it to service centre.

Try to charge the phone for 2 hrs and see if it powers On

Tern off phone with hold press vol down and power and when turned of connect charging cable and press vol down with vol up in the same time you will go to bootloader then flash stock
I such you have that issues with twrp of you fixed it tell me

Dont say dont work im such you im have serched for this issues fixs more than 4 haur
Serch in youtube how to openA7 2018 bootloader
And dont lost you need to tern off phone then go to bootloader
If you pressed down vol with power in first 7 second it will be restart dont stop of pressing if the screen blacked for second time press vol up & down in some time
-Without power!!
And need your phone change with cable when you do all of thise↑

Hey,
I have the same problem with the bootloop and the corrupted locking screen. I'm able to boot into download mode, but I can't figure out which system to flash. I tried several ones, but none of them worked... and I can't get back to the factory recovery. If somebody has an idea which recovery system could work I would be very pleased to know.
Software used to Flash: Odin
Device: a750fnxxu4ctc4

Hey , you gotta help me out here please !! i am not able to boot into download mode.

press all buttons at once (volume down + volume up + power button) until the screen turns black. Than immeadiatly press volume up and volume down button and insert cable connected to pc.
