Try unlock it from AT&T by code from HTC premium service and fail, so i think imei was changed before.....is it possible to find stock(factory) IMEI??? after it changed.

The only reason to change a phone IMEI is because the original one is blacklisted. If the IMEI is blacklisted then you are probably dealing with a stolen/lost phone and you should send it back to where it came from. The factory IMEI should be visible on the original box (which I guess you don't have if its a stolen/lost phone). It should also be printed in tiny characters somewhere on the SIM tray.
edit: I just read your other thread and this is a blacklisted imei phone. You should never buy blacklisted imei phones, there are a lot of reasons but the most important one: By buying a blacklisted phones on ebay you are supporting phones thieves. If the IMEI was blacklisted its for a good reason, not because the phone was apparently a demo phone...

Change IMEI Razr D1

Good afternoon!
I looked at other post before creating this, I have a Razr D1 fo the IMEI blocked, tried a few methods I found on the forum and could not, have some other specific method to change the IMEI of the same?
Isn't changing your IMEI illegal?
And your IMEI is blocked, have you stolen your phone or something?

not steal do not even have to note the same! I called the operator and not informed the reason for blocking the device, said it takes up to 3 months to unlock imei, ai wanted a method of exchange.

[Q] Sony Z2 IMEI is other phone's

Hi, I bought locked IMEI Z2 off ebay without knowing it. short story, I got my money back but there one thing that surprise me.
the my IMEI is from other phone LG L5 to be precise and I'm pretty sure it's a Legit Z2 as well, not some chinese made knock off. I also checked my other phone that I got from new (S4, and HD2) they all got the right model.
What I want to know is, is it possible to change the IMEI number? ASFAIK you can't change xperia IMEI number because it's stored somewhere in the partition. and you can't change it because it is security signed and if you change it, would make your device completely useless or hardbricked, unlike softbricked device that you can easily fix.
imei.info
you should probably return the phone because even if you could change the IMEI, you won't be able to generate a valid IMEI for it.
Well, or you could just put another phone IMEI like he did. I don't know if its possible. I'm not condoning any illegal attempt to change IMEI of stolen phone, just acted out of curiosity. I returned the phone to seller as well.
Its a stolen device.
Whether its a knockoff or not has no relevance.
IMEI can be modified, whether intentionally or accidentally. However, because of the legal implications, no one here will teach you how to.

IMEI can be modify by some sw tools. I suspect it is not a new phone.

Did you purchase the phone brand new or second hand? Is the imei there or just missing? If it's missing it doesn't matter if it's sim unlocked or not it won't work on any GSM carrier if your imei is missing or has been black listed (reported stolen or for none payment)
purchased brand new but subsidized through ATT Next
I have 3 months to get it back on
I screwed up but found another job so ill be back on track
But yeah I was thinking of doing the imei repair method
its a service where it spoofs your phone with another imei to unblacklist it

Before changing your imei which is illegal I would contact AT&T and see if there is an arrangement you guys can come to. I suggest exhausting all legitimate means before paying someone to change your imei

Scammed - IMEI Changed

I got a used oneplus 7 pro as gift my dad a while back. I have recently realized that the IMEI of the phone has been tampered with as the IMEI mentioned on back of the phone does not corresponds with the one shown inside the phone. I have searched IMEI shown by the phone and it is registered to some GFIVE phone. Due to the current tax policies of my government on imported phone, the previous owner has probably changed it's IMEI to that of cheaper phone to avoid paying tax. The phone didn't come with a box so the only IMEI that I have is the one written on the back of the phone. I have three questions
1. Is there a way to validate that the IMEI written on back is in fact the actual IMEI of the phone?
2. The phone is dual sim so why there is only one mentioned on the back? If there should be two then is there a method to determine the second IMEI number?
3. Is it possible to reset the phone to it's original IMEI?
Thanks
They even change stickers on the back.
I think you are from Pakistan as its a common practice here.
Phone will run fine whatsoever and will update fine with new softwares.

Yes i am and the IMEI i am talking about is engraved in the back of the phone
Hello
Attention it seems strange to me that you have the IMEI code on the back, no matter the country normally the IMEI code is never encrusted on the phone because it is the identity of the phone, this code in the wrong hands can cause worries, notably to use insurance or guarantees. In other words, nothing proves that this device is not directly or indirectly linked to an offense. (Counterfeiting, theft, insurance scam, etc.)
Yes maybe the back of the phone is changed, have you checked for changed back. There must be gap in the phone if back is changed

If the IMEID is engraved on the back of the phone, you might have a T-Mobile version that was obtained in the US.
In the US the T-Mobile version has that engraved on the phone back.
You should go into "Settings" -> "About Phone".
You will be able to see the model.
That is the first step to see what phone you actually have.

MODERATOR'S ANNOUNCEMENT!
XDA doesn't allow guides, tools, discussions about changing or editing the IMEI. Exceptions to this policy are sofware wise IMEI spoofing/masking and everything about restoring original IMEI/EFS.
I've cleaned this thread from posts that do not comply with above policy and e.g. suggested to contact whom-so-ever.
Stay safe and stay healthy!

If the IMEID does not match what is on the back then they have done something with the IMEID and I don't have a solution for you.

IMEI is different and showing it's a Sony Ericsson SPIRO W100 phone

Hi there,
So I recently bought a "T-Mobile" OnePlus 7 Pro second-hand. Now, the problem is, I'm in Canada and it's locked to T-Mobile. I should be able to unlock it, but the IMEI looks like it's been changed to a different phone. I'm not sure why it's been changed, but is there a way I can restore the original one? The original IMEI is on the back of the phone and I've checked it and it's not blacklisted, so I don't know the original intention of changing it.
Could someone let me know?
Thank you

Unfortunately imei changing is illegal in some form in most countries you won't find much help on here with that. We don't support imei changing on xda. Unfortunately even if it is too go back to the proper one. Thst is quite odd. T-mobile still won't unlock it. You have to follow a stringent set of rules they have in place. There are really no unlock services for this device either. I've been looking myself. Every one claims they can. But then you read from there. Even the way I tried almost ruined mine
Check eBay, there's lots of services available. Just give the seller the IMEI number listed on the back, they should be able to change it no problem. Mine cost $20 to have done.
