i got this mobile lg tribute 2 from friend from usa.Im from india.it was hard reset when i got so due to FRP i cant access phone. My friend dont know the gogle account previously used on this phone. i tried 3-4 methods from youtube.But this phone doesnt have duel window and otg support so its useless method.Any know any other method please let me know. any help plz.

HTC Arrive stuck demo mode..
It does have a Clean ESN... just stuck on demo mode. i tried factory reset and it comes back to demo after a few minutes... plz plz plz plz plz help..
Sucks you're in that situation. Sadly, I think you are lost unless some people on here have the ROM and flashing tools for you to flash that Arrive you bought.

Just rooted it myself...
Yeah I ran good old motochopper and then ran a root verification tool, I was able to root this phone in two minutes.. haven't found a rom for it, or a way to get it into GSM mode yet I would love some help if someone knows how to do this... I am trying to switch the phone from Verizon to Metro PcS (I have a sim card for metro activated and the verizon sim non activated)
The phone is rooted and I have it currently running Mo+ and Talkatone, however that leaves it not running when not connected via wifi and that is just not good

I am a newbie at rooting phones....I have encrypted my lucid 2, phone only not the sd card, is this going to cause a problem when I root my phone? and I could really use some help or step by step instructions....Thanks
My phone does not turn on.....and i think its been bricked!!.........i was flashing a new rom using AIO Flasher when the power went off.....the UPS couldn't hold it.......it was half way through the flashing process.......now it wont turn on!!!!...............

Sooo I got this LG G Stylo about a month ago from MetroPCS and I decided that a one click root would be quite simple... but once I shut it down and then turned it on it prompted me with the LG logo and "Secure Booting Error 1003" I was baffled and kinda freaked out I just upgraded to Marshmallow 6.0 like a week before i rooted it (yesterday) the one click root website i used was kingroot which led me to an apk which would allow a one click root I dont really know too much about phones soo plz try and make the answers simple PLZZ HELPP
Which carrier are you on? Kingroot should work fine. I am on Metro/Tmo. I can most likely help you if you are on Metro/Tmo

Did you oem unlock
