Hi guys,
I bricked my honor 6 and I don't know how fix it.
I was using developer ROM 6.2.1 not modded and not rooted
I decided to install stock rom B535 and I proceed as follow:
1 - I copyed stock rom in dload folder on my microsd card
2 - flash by fastboot stock recovery.img
3 - flash by fastboot system.img
after that i reboot the phone but it stay on Honor logo.
I tryed with 3 buttons method but the istallation start until 90% and then stop on 90%...
I tryed tho flash by fastboot also CUST, BOOT, USERDATA and CACHE (extracted by stock B535 ROM) but after 3 btn method the instalation stop again at 90%...
I don't know what I can do...
Any suggestion?

Is there any solution? I got the same problem.
The trouble I meet is similar to yours. I guess I will stay in EMUI3.1 forever

im not good!! because i wanna change my Honor 6 h60-02 rom to stock and Emui 3.1 aNdroid 5.1 B532! even i tried emui 3 B316
but I CANT!!! i tried every single ways to install the stock rom but at time it said software Installation failed!!
i dont know what should i do!
i install the system.img and Cust.img and recovery.img and boot.img with adb and fastboot! but it stop at Honor logo and doesnt turn on!
and when i press 3 Buttons to flash it says software Installation failed!!
please help... i cant do anything... my phone....
AND when i wanna flash boot.img in fastboot it doesnt worked! and it says flash write failure!
can you put here what is your actual rom?
actually. i dont have rom. i cant install stock rom.
i used the stock rom developer version emui 3 and i wanted to change it to emui 3.1 but i faced this erore !software Installation failed

i think you are facing similiar situation like me,check if dload folder is present after restarting in internal SD
It's been a year since I've been using my honor 6(h60-04). Updated to lollipop. Found too heavy for my device. So tried to roll back to emui3.0
As there was no official rollback yet I've decided to unlock bootloader and install cynogen mod for a change.
Boot loader unlock success.
Installing cwm succes.
Detecting cynogen mod in SD card NO SUCCESS..!!
Installed TWRP success.
Detecting cynogen mod success..!!
Installation failed.!! Error message this mod is for h60-04 and 02. Not for your device ( even it was download from honor 6 xda forum)
Got irritated. Decided to roll back to stock.
First time flashed recovery. IMG and system.IMG via adb and tried to boot using 3 button reset.
Did not go to recovery and Stuck in HUAWEI logo loop...!!
Tried to unbrick using multi tool. Same...!!!
Even tried manual flash using adb. Cust, boot, recovery, system userdata.
No change. Stuck in loop..:crying:
Searched Google, xda and more and tried everything. No help.
Decided to give it for repair. Technician directly said mother board problem...!!
If mother board problem how it can enter custom recovery....???!!!
Please guys.. Need help here... Please....:angel:

I really need your urgent help
I have a chinese Mate7 Gold dual SIM that I upgraded it till I reached MT7-TL10C00B357 using OTA
I have unlocked the bootloader and rooted the phone and installed TWRP 2.7.8.0 for lolipop
then I tried to install a middle east update.app by extract the file and make flashable Zip using huawei extractor
after this trial the Phone went to rescue Mode with no access to TWRP Recovery
I have tried the following with No Use
1-Install huawei suite 4 and trying system recovry ...it install the recovery and when installing the system it fails and after that the phone goes back to rescue mode with no access to rcovery
2- I extracted the Cust, Recovery, System, Boot and userdata from the Stock Rom MT7-TL10C00B357 and I flashed them using fast boot flash after putting the phone in fastboot rscue mode... the flash was OK but after the five files were flashed and trying to reboot, the phone goes back to rescue mode
3- trying the same as step 2 and trying to flash the update.app using three buttons flash... the phone stuck at Huawei Ascened Logo and nothing happens
4- trying another Update.app of Android 4.4 and extracting cust,recovery,boot, system and userdata and flash them using fast boot.. flash is ok but rescue mode is still presist
5- I have tried several times to flash TWRP again .. the flash is ok but no access to TWRP only Rescue mode or fastboot rescue mode
6- I tried to change to oeminfo and custom.bin to be eu using Huawei SRK tool 1.8 but I failed
when trying to adb devices the result is empty
I heared from one psot that this might be a problem in the sensor although I dont see a direct relation
so any one could figure out a solution to this problem
I guess I have all the tools necessary but cant find a working solution

I had tried all the methods in the globe to flash the 4 files cust,recovery,system..etc and nothing happened
till I got this program from another thread the program called DC Pheonix
the advantage of this program is that you can flash all the image files of any update.app while if you try to flash for example sensorhub.img using fastboot , you will get a message that command not allowed
so install the program and buy a 15 Euoro credit and flash the original last ROM that was on the phone
I could not wait till the morning I downloaded Phoenix DC and bought 15 credits = 15 Euoros and flashed the original update.app which was the chinese version MT7-TL10C00B357
The phone is working well nowwwwwwwwwwwwwwww Yupeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee
I am so Happy
Happened to me before, sounds wierd but actually , I thought it's a hard problrm to solve and that actually made me solve it after working for 8 hours and the solution simply was reboot in fastboot and rescue mode will be Rescue&fastboot mode , then flash

Im need and assist on how to fix my Huawei Honor 6. Here is the scenario that happened to me. I manage to unlock the bootloader and root it using multitools. But i dunno my root success or not. Because after multitools done with rooting my phone reboot and stuck at honor logo.
What i have done :
I have cleared the cache and dalvik cache using TWRP which is custom recovery. But i cannot Unbrick my honor 6 (H60-L04). I also flash the boot.img, recovery.img, cust.img and system.img. After flash these 4 item also cannot proceed to flash the update.zip because i cannot enter the huawei recovery I can enter the custom recovery only.
May i know can i flash any custom or official rom using custom recovery like we flash samsung phones.

I have a Honor 6 Plus PE-TL10 running Android M. i bought the phone from Japan so probably the stock OS was Lollipop chinese or Japanese variant (not sure). Since there was no upgrade available to marshmallow in original OS I downloaded Indian upgrade file and locally upgraded my phone to Android M india. The phone was running smooth and fine for almost one year but wasnt rooted. So i flashed TWRP 3.0.2 successfully and then tried to flash SuperSU.zip meant for my phone but it failed and phone got stuck in bootloop. Then with no option left i tried to flash stock rom by extracting System, Boot, Recovery.zip from upgrade folder using huawei upgrade extractor and flashing through fastboot. The flash failed and now it just gets stuck on huawei logo right before the booting starts. So I think it aint even on bootloop. Its probably bricked. I cant enter into fastboot or recovery as its not taking any volume+Power key commands. I waited so that the battery drains out and i charged again but still nothing changed. The service center refused to fix it as it is not bought in India.
P.S i think the flash failed cause i tried to flash Indian Rom instead of original Chinese?Japanese?what-so-ever Rom.
Please help. What shall i do?
