[Q] Nexus 5 uninstalling Cyanogenmod problem

I'm trying to uninstall Cyanogenmod 11 from my Nexus 5, but I'm very confused right now.
I have downloaded the Factory image (Headhammer-ktu84p) and the SDK manager (and installed USB driver, SDK tools and so on). My phone is in developer mode, and debugging is on. Both fastboot driver and original driver is installed.
I took my factory image folder and placed it inside the android-sdk/platform-tools folder.
Now, I can't get what to do. Some tutorials tell me to run flash-all, but it gives me this error:
"Fastboot is not recognized as an internal or external command."
Other tutorials tell me to run fastboot.exe inside platform-tools, but it all it does is giving me different commands to try out.
I'm very confused, and don't have a clue what to do. Don't feel like any tutorials are working. Can somebody please help me?
What i did
I extracted all 6 files of the factory image directly into platform-tools folder
Then i connect my phone wid usb debugging enabled..
Go into platform-tools folder
Shift+right click
Open command prompt here
Now type
Adb reboot bootloader
Once phone boots into bootloader
Just double click on flashall

So, that resolution didn't solve my problem either.
I'm unable to instal the fastboot on my phone.
The problem is that Cyanogenmod has changed my "Recovery mode" and I just can edit some things through the "adb" commands. I don't have any possibilities to install things by the "flash" commands. And nothing about that icons like "flash-all.bat" is helping me to have my Android back or install the fastboot.
What can I do?
Make sure fastboot.exe file is inside the factory image folder. and drivers are installed. Then rebot phone into bootloader, by holding power and Volume down buttons. It will show you android image with open belly and some text on the bottom. Open CMD by holsing shift and rigth click on empty space in factory image folder.
Execute these commands:
Fastboot devices (If it will show up in CMD as connected, proceed)
Fastboot flash radio radio.img (file name may vary)
fastboot flash bootloader bootloader.img (File name may vary)
Fastboot reboot-bootloader
fastboot -w update (Here drag the zip file with factory image. the one that was in folder woth bootlaoder and radio images)
Fastboot reboot
That's it. To restore it to full stock, run command fastboot oem lock afterwards.
If i helped press that thanks button
Try using wugfresh nrt as well.

[Q] Total Brick H60-L02

Hi guys,
I totally bricked my H60-L02. Phone is in boot loop and can't start up. When i try to connect to my computer, it doesn't recognize it.
I can't get connection to the phone using ADB or Multi-tool. It said "no device found".
When i use three buttons, i get to stock recovery. Phone tries to download an update, but it fails.
I put update.app on my external sd card, but it won't work eighter.
Anyone have any ideas to get the phone to work?
I think i screwed up by installing system.img on my rom with ADB.
Thanks...
can you turn it in fastboot? (vol - and power button or vol + and power button)

Yes i can, but i get the official huawei option menu. Only thing i can do is update from sd card.
I have put update.app in map dload, but my device does nothing...
if you can go to fastboot menu, then you should have ADB in your PC, open RUN, write CMD, in cmd write cd "path to adb folder" (should be on C disk), press enter and then write FASTBOOT DEVICES and post here screenshot

Cannot root my mobile

I am using the root kit v3 the by magdag....
When I enable USB debugging and connect to the pc....
I have disabled the Mi pc suite....
Then opened the root toolkit..... And pressed 1....
Then my mobile doesn't ask for any permission.... And the toolkit doesn't detect the device.....
What should I do????
- Reboot the phone to fastboot manually
- Do the following command along with the boot.img in the toolkit:
"fastboot boot boot.img"
And wait
- Then the phone will be rooted and restart to system.

Check whether ADB Driver installed properly or not,
Try killing Adb.exe from task manger.
If still not working then do manually as suggested by above post
Enable fastboot mode in developer option, and make sure you have entered fastboot mode.

First you have to enable developer options. Then in developer options under debugging section turn on USB debugging and Fastboot Mode.
Then download TWRP. Rename it to twrp.img for ease.
https://dl.twrp.me/ferrari/twrp-3.0....rrari.img.html
Install fastboot and adb drivers.
http://forum.xda-developers.com/show...8#post48915118
Download root zip file, and place it on internal storage.
https://download.chainfire.eu/696/supersu/
Open the folder on PC where twrp image is downloaded. Hold shift and right click on the window(not the file or folder). Then select open command window here. CMD will open.
Long press power button and volume down to boot into fastboot mode, connect it by USB.
Type in CMD: fastboot devices
If it shows a device is connected you are good to go! If not verify if the drivers are properly installed.
To just root and preserve Mi Recovery for OTA:
Type in CMD: fastboot boot twrp.img
this will boot into twrp to flash supersu.zip file and reboot.
To flash TWRP permanently:
type: fastboot flash recovery twrp.img
then reboot by long pressing power button then open TWRP by power button + vol up. Then flash supersu.zip

Adb fails to recognise device only when in fastboot

Hi all,
I've seen I haven't been the only one with this problem, but I haven't seen a clear solution yet. My Poco F2 pro miui global gets recognised by adb, and by the unlocking software when in fastboot, but not by adb in fastboot. I am trying to install TWRP. I have tried various drivers (currently running one from the official mi forum), running the command prompt, powershell and terminal with admin rights, killing and starting the adb server, using a windows or linux system to do it, made sure to enable USB debugging, file exchange and permanently accepting fingerprints after connecting. But to no avail. Any suggestions on what to try next?
Thanks in advance.

Adb use Adb.exe and fastboot fasboot.exe (differente programs)
For Twrp you must use this command " .\fastboot flash recovery twrp.img "with CMD or Powershell.
download sdk Platform tools https://developer.android.com/studio/releases/platform-tools.
extract platform-tools folder.
Put this twrp https://androidfilehost.com/?fid=17248734326145679747 into platform tools folder
Phone in fastboot mode power and volume - (Obviously the phone must be detected on the pc)
use this command " .\fastboot flash recovery twrp.img "with CMD or Powershell.
Solved thanks, I used fastboot for fastboot mode and adb for in twrp/booted in system. I must have mistyped because I could flash the twrp.img file but it then gave me an error when trying to boot into it.
