Problem with Layers Theme - HTC One A9

Hello,
I'm using Layer Themes to mod my HTC One A9. I use some Overlay-Apps to Theme for example Calculator or SystemUI. It works fine. Only if I try an Overlay for the Framework.res, many Apps get forced closes (like SuperSU, Clock, Playstore.....) The Overlay for the Framework itselfs works.
I tested this on many Layer Themes - all the same, if I aktivate a overlay for Framework, many Apps get forced close.
Somebody has an idea on what to do?
My Device: HTC One A9, US 1.56.617.1, Systemless root BETA-SuperSU-v2.67, S-Off
Thanks

[Q] Xposed Framework - Gravitybox or Xblast Tools

Hello all,
What module do you use to customize - gravitybox or xblast tools? It seems that gravitybox is more popular but I haven't tried it yet. Xblast tools seems to have a lot of options from what I've seen. Just curious as to what everyone else's preference is
Xblast is awesome. However, in my experience, many of their mods are not yet compatible with KitKat. For that reason alone I believe Gravity Box is the better option for customizing/themeing. Gravity Box has its own KitKat module, specifically for KK Roms. I use GB (KK) and XGELS to do most of my framework/system themeing. XGELS is a really cool Xposed module that lets you customize the stock GEL launcher. It has many options such as resizing icons/text, changing the color of the icon text, removing the text and removing the oh so annoying google search bar! Plus many more features. Anything beyond that I use/build Zip Themer mods. Zip Themer is one badass application that builds flashable zips that help making the modification and themeing process a lot more user friendly. If you wanna check out how affective zip themer can be, go ahead and check out the candy shop mod thread in the Nexus 5 Themes and Apps forum. It's quite possibly my favorite and most used method of themeing my phone!

[REQ] Xposed for H6X/EM3.0

Is there any link for Xposed and does it break themes? Thanks. (Hope a version without breaking themes get released).
Thanks.
Installed latest version and checked 'disable resource hooks'. I guess that not using that option would temporarily mess up the theme until I hit that checkbox and reboot. Can someone confirm this? I would like to see the problem in action without messing up my phone.
Xprivacy works fine
did somebody try AppControl?

Xposed 2.5.1 works fine but it breaks the huawei theme engine, which is fine IMO cuz huawei themes are ****.
Most modules works fine including grativybox.

[Q] Is there "Per App Font Enlarge" that will work without xposed framework

Good day dear XDA members. Since updating my Galaxy Note 4 N910C to lollipop I was unable to install xposed framework and frankly didn't want to mess with so many technical adjustments. The reality is that I only use xposed framework to accomplish one task or I should say to install one module "App Settings" so I can enlarge the font in facebook and Google+ (just too small for my eyes). I googled for apps that would work on rooted devices but without xposed and I couldn't find, and I am kindly asking you if you have come across an application that will accomplish this task and does not need to work from within xposed framework. Many many thanks.

Substratum issues

Hey all so i have pixel 2 and i have this issue with substratum where it applys some of the theme but not all of it EG: YOUTUBE is supposed to be black/purple so js playstore and gmail however only gmail is black/purple
Its applyed the theme for the ui etc so i dont get it
With some of the themes you will need to apply only 3 or 4 parts of a sub theme overlay to get it working. Doing them all at once doesn't always work for some reason... Also a reboot after applying (even though it says not required) is necessary. You can also try disabling and enabling the part of the theme that did not apply in Manager section, or disable then enable all etc. to get them working
Sent from my Pixel 2 XL using Tapatalk
In some themes, you have to select the app version as well, or it won't work. Make sure there aren't any drop down menus at the individual apps in your theme building window.

Question Is there a way to implement Good Lock on Pixel phones

Hello, tired of Samsung, I'm back to Google (I had stopped with the 5 model). I was wondering if there's any way to implement some of the modules of the Good Lock by Samsung. I found an old guide (2019) that suggested that it was possible using Fine Lock and and then installing the different modules using Split APK app.
Anyone knows anything about it or any new way to implement it? Some of the modules are nice to have (Task Changer, Clock to modify the AOD screen, Quickstar and some others).
Thanks
Luca
Good luck installing Good Lock.

None of those will be compatible on the Pixel. Samsung's OneUI is very different to Pixel's android flavor
