Why must flash F variant rom? You need to look for unified S6 rom or rom specific your P variant.
Enjoying Exynos 7420
Because mobile hotspot dosnt exist.

Root your device and you can get hotspot app that can allow you to stream network ... And btw you cannot flash F rom to your P device

Im in iran too and i have that problem either,
I am working in samsung customers service in saftware, i have the :: Z3X Pro :: box,
There are 4 g920p that when we bought them, there was g920F on them and but the download mode was P,
So we hade problem and i flashed them with the P firmware,
After that it comes with a yellow sprint bootloader.....,
So heres the problem,
No wifi hotspot
And the worst one, is no 4G and 3G...,these G920Ps have mobile network only on GSM, not even the internert, even the network will gone....,
I have the same problemcthe G900P......,
So XDA..., can u please help me how to bring 4g or even the G920F on this phones???

It is a Samsung "official" ROM and ONLY choice of you want to stay stock. Flashing other model official firmware will fail.
If you root and install CWM recovery, you are able to flash a couple of slightly modified "custom" ROMs for Exynos. For example, my SkyHigh ROM has optional bloat removal during installation.
If you want to proceed this way, all can be found by searching and reading the forums.
True but i am going to use this fone that is the reason.. i am planning to switch to official rom without operation modifications.. just plan sammy rom with all sammy features. Thats it

This is the only official Samsung ROM. The device is built for specific provider and will have bloat ware included.
If you don't root or flash custom ROM, then better get used to it.

I am also using same career device. I suggest you to root your device and flash any developer rom.
I am using career rom like olleh. I replaced olleh boot animation and removed some bloatwear from my device. You can do this only after root.
Oh.. what about the gsm option.. this rom has only 3g and lte.. how do you use gsm/edge?

You've been told before you need to ROOT.
If you change your CSC to have options available , you may have options like my SkyHigh ROM with Thai CSC

I don't know but I think it may be possible but requires a lot of work and customizing the files that you flash and you would need flash.........and could depend on, if there are available compatible firmware
From what I have read, G20F is related to G20V.........which is supposed to be related to the G20R us cellular

I'm using a galaxy s6 sm-g920f bought from UAE in India. Here there is a new network operator called Rjio started operation and I managed to get a sim. The problem is that they support only LTE network and Volte calls. I cannot make calls from my Sm-g920f.
I tried searching all over Internet and couldnt find a solution. I tried going to Phone>more>setting but couldnt find any volte setting.
Can someone here help me out??

The problem is with the firmware. Earlier some one had this problem and members told him to flash Indian firmware. So that the bands allotted shall work. So either you can wait for the reliance jio to add the devices or you can just simply flash the Indian firmware.
Thats the problem.. G920F model does not have an indian firmware. Indian firmware only available for G920I

I could not even find my country in the list , so I am guessing the carrier is not compatible and I suppose there is no way to fix my mobile data issues therefore my question would be , is selling the phone my best move at the moment ?

you have a G935W8 which makes it a little more difficult.. but not imposible
You are already rooted ..you need a custom recovery (TWRP)
then you flash this utility:

And select INS Indian multi csc , now you have the correct CSC
But to make work VoLTE with JIO you need another app

INDIAN csc work on my exynos?
With jio app i can call very Easly but low quality

As far as I know the only way to use VoLTE in India is thru that app , anyhow better check locally
