Hello!
I am using Micromax Unite 2 with Official ROM (Read Back of my own phone) (ROOTED)
Recently i have Upgraded back my Firmware to Official one, before that i was using
My Phone Rio Lite Jelly Bean on my phone. Everything was fine till then.
After i revert back to official Firmware on my UNITE 2, i am not able to download any data o my phone memory.
I have Repartitioned my internal memory as to get more App storage space. in setting whether i select Internal Memory or External SD card
my data is getting downloaded on my EXTERNAL SD CARD only.
after searching on this topic over internet i came to know to switch internal memory with external modifying vold.fstab
but i cant find it in my ROOT folder.
Please help me out of this !!!
did you flashed the stock ROM or you restored the Previous Backup you had ?
Is it 4GB or 8GB version ?
If possible try to Re-partition for once using the EBR files from kiran anto, See the video in my signature for links.

I have Flashed the STOCK ROM from SP Flash Tool.
its a 8GB Version.
its certainly mis-match of blocks.
try flashing new EBR files of any size and see if it gets fixed.
There are posts elsewhere that stock ROM available elsewhere was having incorrect memory blocks mapping and even lead to a Bricked Device.
Hello mates. after a lots of guide searches i finally learnt how to repartition your Micromax A110. So i have made two flash files to partition our Micromax A110. First one is to make System partition 768 MB and Cache partition 256 MB, Fat and Data partition are stock ones. The 2nd file makes System partition 512 MB, Cache partition 55 MB, Data partition 3GB and Fat partition 2 MB. 2nd file is useful if you are upgrading your device to android KitKat as Fat partition is not mounting in Micromax A110 running on KitKat as of now. File name of both files also contains the partition size details. Plaese follow the proper procedure to avoid freezing your device.
Instruction :-
1. Take backup of your data, system and boot in recovery mode.
2. Flash the file in recovery mode ( i recommend TWRP ), don't reboot device yet.
3. Reboot the device in recovery mod again and do a wipe data factory reset.
4. Now wipe all remaining partitions manually (except sd card).
5. Now flash any rom u like to, or simply restore the backup.
6. If all goes well, you can reboot your device now.
Note :-
1. You don't need to flash both files, just flash one which u like.
2. Don't forget to backup before flashing the file.
3. Fat is referred to internal storage of device.
4. Feel free ask questions.
5. Hit thanks if i helped you.
Happy Partitioning !
do we have to do both of them???

No bro u don't need to use both files, use which one you like. Both of them partition the memory in different sizes.

I'm pretty sure this isn't due to ram, the problem is caused by low power gpu. We can't load injustice. But I found that gpu performance was a bit better on kitkat rom, so upgrading your phone to kitkat might solve the problem.
any kitkat rom which can get my external sdcard to work as well. since dragonpt rom dont support external sdccard

who says it dose'nt support external sd card. i used this rom and it works flawsless. only internal storage isn't mounting, but it also have emulated internal storage. so the rom uses data partition as apps installation and internal storage as well. so the 2nd file will partition your data as 3gb, thats good for superdragonpt's rom. it does support external sd bro.
take a look
u can confirm here http://forum.xda-developers.com/micromax-a110/development/rom-mmx-a110-t2972561
the only support of external sdcard i got was saving pictures and nothing else. the app and its large data wouldnt transfer to external sdcard. that why if i tried to install large game like spiderman or injustice it wouldnt install due to space shortage.
so which this partition i can access my external sdcard right. as i would like to use 4gb atleast of my external sdcard to install my app n its data. maybe i will later get 32gb sdcard for a newer phone.
storage swap patch
there is a storage swap patch availble, but i have not tested it on current version of rom kitkat v1.1 i mean. u can give a try to it. http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=57010440&postcount=193
thx but i need to know if i change my sdcard from 8gb to 16 or 32gb in future, what method i must do, or how to revert back as well.
and thx u for all the help
bro u don't need do any sofware changes if u want to use a new sd card. Simply just remove your old sd card and insert new one, that's it
Recently I was flashing PAC rom. To do that In recovery (TWRP) I wiped every thing. All the options in Advance Wipe in recovey except USB OTG. When I checked the available space, it was showing 12 GB available. Without flashing the ROM.
Mi4i is a device with 16 gb storage. So, there must be reserved space for ROM to install.
AOSP rom will never use 4 GB of space, So from that 4 GB reserved space, there might be 2 GB of space still available.
Is it possible to resize the partition table and increase the usable space??
Any help will be useful?
Thank you in advance.......
So i have a mt6592 device and i ported this lollipop rom.. everything was ok except that my internal memory in my stock rom was 32gb and here in the lollipop rom I only have 3gb of internal memory and I also noticed that when I go back to my recovery(philz recover) i noticed that my original files and folders is still there. but when I boot up my new lollipop rom nothing is there in the file manager, any helps anyone? thanks in advance
So I installed custom TWRP recovery and when I try to install rom there isn't internal memory, well there is external memory but since I don't have SD card I think it is correct that it shows 0 mb. But no matter what I do I can't see internal memory in custom recovery so I can't install custom rom. Any help? And if I would install rom from SD card would I recieve any errors even if it shows that there isn't internal storage? And if I install custom rom will my build.prop become like it was when i bought a phone?
