[Q] Youlu address book on Kitkat?

Hi,
Does anyone managed to run Youlu address book on Kitkat? It keeps crashing.
This dialer is no longer developed but I couldn't find better one.

DW Dialer Pro seems to be best alternative. Very configurable.

Gmail v5 and Note 3 (4.4.2) [Q]

Hello there
Well the reason of writting this post is the following.
I just my Note 3 back and i installed the new Gmail App.
I entered to configure my office 365 exchange email account .
Everything went well for the email but at the end where it ask what to sync there was no options for my Contacts or Calendar.
I had to setup the Samsung email client which i don't like
Has anyone had the same issue?
Does this have to do with the Exchange services needing maybe an update??

Using android without Google Apps

Hi to all!
I would like to try to use my android device without using GApps.
I have a big problem: contacts are not synced but I do not want to use my google account. I exported my contacts on Zoho, but I don't see them in Contacts and Dialer stock app. Do you have any suggestions to solve this problem?
In my opinion I can solve it by installing an alternative client to Zoho. I tried K-9 mail (very good app) but it doesn't work for my purpose.

Cannot send files using ShareIt

Hi
Has anyone tried sharing files through ShareIt app Nd had problems?
Seems like i cannot send files but only receive them.
Would love some suggestions or alternatives to ShareIt.

Official Method to register a Vivo account through your Email account

this is official method to link a vivo account with your own email adress from vivo support.
First of all, You can register a Vivo account from our official website: https://passport.vivo.com/in/#/regi...shop.vivo.com%2Fin%2F&ga_position=Header_icon
For the problem you cannot register your own Vivo account via your email since the account includes the point. In simple terms, the format like [email protected] can be recognized successfully, but [email protected] doesn't. Hope my answer makes you clear.
However, our engineers will solve this issue today. You can register your own account later to check if it works.
After registration, you need to install "vivo account" V5.0.0.0, then you can log in this account.
Download & install V5.0.0.0 on your phone: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1aW0dB-8qazl8WfAP6hjWf0U-ZRWDuc2m/view?usp=drivesdk
Then go to vivoCloud, select "Log in with your email..." to log in your Vivo account.

Yes I've communicate yesterday to Vivo customer service via messenger and give me today instructions how to log out the Public account that I had until today and create my own personal account using my email and verify with verification code via Vivo.
So everything back to normal and finally I have my own account and not needed Public Vivo account any more.

exactly the same procedure that I did, now with my own vivo account i´m more satisfied with the phone. only thing that i miss is the always on clock 3rd party support but who knows.

Does not work for me. Tried 2 different email addresses with the [email protected] format, registered on the site using the link above and each time I tried to log on to my account via the phone settings, tells me password incorrect, even though I can log on with no issues on the site itself.

Didn´t work anymore....
:crying: Vivo blocked the most Domains, like de, com, org, info, net etc.
You will get an red error Message, that Your Email Adress isn´t secure.....

Password doesn't work all of a sudden so can't log out.
This vivovivo123 clearly doesn't work and why you posted it beyond me.
How do remove the account without wiping the phone. So I can add my own ?

It worked absolute fine with me and was the official instruction given by Vivo support.
And my post above it was NOT for you IMO :silly:but for the @ sassinapoli user
So Talk with Vivo customer support IMO if can't find a solution for yourself

I'm with 2.5 moths ego rom version(1.20.5) on my phone and had older version already ,so jump ahead to 5.0. version and didin't had any issue creating my own personal account.
You should talk to customer support.

thanks, trying to talk to him. but he is away due to hang over from heavy drinking.

WTF man ,even though you can sign in but it doesn't mean you can update your personal information and Changing your nickname.Oh also I couldn't turn on my backup neither It keeps saying error in the server same as when you trying update your personal information.And Yeah,That's absolutely bullshits.
