Hello,
Thanks for using XDA Assist.
No,it won't.You won't be able to update via OTA since you're rooted. You can flash the stock 6.0 ROM from fastboot without issues.

I have moto g (xt 1032) which i have converted to gpe version (first 4.4.4. gpe and than to 5.0.1 gpe) but than I reverted back to 4.4.4. stock rom. Considering that Motorola update to lollipop is approaching , can I update my phone to stock lollipop via OTA or is there possibility to brick my phone?
Thnx ....

I think both GPE and regular Moto G's use the bootloaders so that shouldn't cause a problem either. Glad i could help

Bootloader locked or unlocked?
I think locked.
You must downgrade to KK to root and then flash a pre-rooted Lollipop.
With an unlocked bootloader is more easy, but you will lose warranty.
Downgrade to KK firmware earlier than October 2014 then use "giefroot" rooting tool.

Hi and thank you for using XDA Assist
Android M is not released yet. it will be available on Nexus 5,6,7.9 on the 5th of October, so you will need to wait a bit till Motorola will make the update.
