the project is android market similar to popular markets and has also other new features
it uses a machine learning algorithm to suggest the most appropriate apps and games for u
and it supports making NFC tag for any app to let you advertise for any program using smart posters
so the user can open the app page in the market only by touching his phone to to the smart poster

Inspired by some friends' complaint about always forgetting to check in, we came up with this neat app to remind foursquare users to check in at any place they visit. To serve this need, we design a smart algorithm to detect when the user stays in a place using smartphone sensors. Our algorithm can intelligently turn on/off GPS and other sensors to maximize user's battery life. How to use:
1. Link CheckinReminder with your Foursquare account. It will run in the background afterwards.
2. If you stayed at a place, and when you are leaving, a notification will pop up. Click the notification to check in the recommended place immediately, or click the 'Search Around' button if you prefer a different place.
3. You can choose the type of alarm in the app.

Hello, can you please provide a link to the app? Even if you say its on google play its always good to provide a link, specially for new apps since they dont always show up when searched for.

There are certain scanners which you select and are most popular also. There is an option to see the most recent added scanner as well. You can listen to it on your phone or tablet with the android operating system. It varies with the device in which it can be downloaded or not. Help with S Health app

Hi Guys,
I use Runkeeper to track my joggings which is also connected to S Health app.
What is happening is when I go to S Health I can view that a new activity from Runkeeper has been added but the calculations are incorrect, mainly the Average speed.
For example today I run 5,46kms in 32m15s and its marking the Average Speed of 11,1kms/h which is wrong.
Average speed is way less than that.
So either the SHealth as some sort or calculation error or is scrambling the imported data.

I have reported the error via Samsung app but the reply looks like a copy/paste one, e.g., log off account, clear app cache, etc etc bla bla bla that doesn't solve the situation.
Any suggestions to solve this?
I was planning to buy the Samsung Gear s3 watch for daily driver but mainly to enjoy S Health at full extent, but since the app is
incoherent I'm holding horses....

Got GPS enabled while you're running?
I don't think the health app is very accurate with anything tbh, I log my meals, protein, carbs etc, when I enter what I've eaten and drank, it'll say something like 300g protein, when I click on details to see what gave me that protein it'll have numbers that don't add up to 300g
Same with distance walked, I know how far I've walked but the app doesn't get it right a lot of the time
I use it for estimates / guidelines rather than accuracy

I have GPS and data + Bluetooth as I also use the bluetooth headset to hear radio while I'm on activity.
But the SHealth is importing the data from Runkeeper which is accurate therefore this makes no sense...

Hi,
I don't know if this is the right place to post this, but I want to share some website & Android app I made.
Last year I thought about how it would be fun to just speak to my laptop/phone and get animations in return.
When I looked for such a website, I couldn't find it, so I made it myself:

My nephews and nieces love it , I hope other people will also enjoy my website & app.
I made it just for fun, it has no ads, or anything else that will bring me profit.
The website only works on Google chrome, because it uses Chrome's built in speech recognition.
This was the first time I ever made an Android app, so there might be some bugs
If something doesn't work, please let me know, and I will look into fixing it

To save battery, VoiceFlick only records while you hold the mic-button.
All returned animations are appropriate for all ages.
The animations are rated G: General Audiences – all ages admitted.
VoiceFlick uses Google App for speech recognition.
So if something doesn't work, please check if Google App is installed and working:

The voice records are not send to VoiceFlick, it is processed by Google App, (Google App can be configured to use offline speech recognition).
