I recently bought a Qmobile A500 Noir, but wanted to flash it with a Custom ROM. Not paying much attention to the model of my cell phone I by mistake rooted it with Noir A900 procedure as defined in one of the posts, instead of A500 and also tried flashing CWM recovery. Identifying that I have used the wrong procedure of a different model, I instantly searched for A500 and got the procedure in of the the posts. Now the issue is that when I try to go in Recovery Mode, my cell phone screen goes complete White, and after a min it auto restarts and boots normally. I am hating the fact that I cant go back in the Recovery Mode, nor in Stock Recovery because I suppose I have replaced it with a CWM Recovery of a wrong version . I want to reset and get back to Stock Recovery so that I can reset my phone and bring it back to its original state as I have found that there is no CWM Recovery or a Custom ROM present for A500 Noir currently. If anybody could please help me in this regard as I am clueless.

As posted by by one the member, whom i am highly obliged and grateful to, the Stock Recovery.img and Boot.img have been exteacted and posted in one of the post. Now how to Flash them using SP Flash tools is what I need the guidelines for. I do have the Scatter Recovery file, but I guess VCOM driver files, and Info files for Stock recovery are not present. If anyone who could please shed some light on it, would save me from trashing my phone. Providing the link for Stock Recovery and Boot files. http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=44351797

dude remember i told you about my wifi not working after creating the backup of my a500, I decided to flash the stock boot.img with recovery.img also using the flash tool, and now its working fine.
The purpose of mine mentioning this is that those files really worked for me.
In my opinion your problem should be easily solved by flashing the stock recovery.img bcoz u messed with this only by flashing anothers mobile recovery. :victory:
I just wish i can upload the whole backup of my A500 for you so you can get back ROM in working condition but I can't bcoz I have a slow internet speed. :crying:

Great.. Good to know atleast someone is back in action. Would be great if you could guide me on Flashing the Boot and Stock Recovery. i checked my device status. My Boot Loader is UNKNOWN and Radio has no path.. probabaly that is the reason my Sim cards are not being detected and due to Boot i cant get in my recovery mode.

Dude Finally I flashed the stock recovery.img using the sp flash tool. it has become as your. I lost my stock recovery also and Unable to get back, i flashed it usning the Mobile Uncle tools but no vain.... :crying: :crying: :crying:
But still able to boot up normally and both sim working properly!
I think we had to work on our stock recovery.img or we are flashing it in wrong manner. Or there may be a chance I extracted it in wrong way. Searching the XDA Forum for possible answers and waiting for a more senior member to help us in this case!

Malik Sb, I am sorry to hear about you loosing the Stock Recovery. I also took the backup, just in case... but now I am stuck at exactly the same condition where you are. Additionally i tried flashing G520 Huwawaii recovery.img, which took away my Sim card Detection too. Now the screen has gone blank. After alot of research and deleting files from the device Internal memory and SD card, I downloaded an app called Discovery something, its a turkish app. It downloaded the Original Recovery for me, I then flashed it using MobileUncle and now i am back to the White Recovery screen, which automatically restarts and boots my phone, but I still done have any luck with my Sim cards. going to Qmobile Service Centre to try luck.

Beware your warranty will be void! last time i mistakenly flashed the Wrong stock ROM on my Noir A5 using the SP flash tool due to which i bricked my device and I was having no option rather than going to service center where they scoldED me and said " WHO HAS GIVEN YOU THE PERMISSION TO MESS UP WITH THE STOCK FIRMWARE OF QMOBILE???" And i replied "DUDE PLZ FIX IT I WON'T DO IT AGAIN"
and they fix it for free but put a huge stamp on my digicom warranty card written WARRANTY VOID :crying:

Havent used such kinda app. The only best thing to create the nandroid backup is by using a CWM/TWRP recovery bcoz it is easy to restore also and helps you unbricked your device if you are soft bricked! :fingers-crossed:

Unfortunately there is no full backup of our Qmobile Noir A500 through MTK Droid Tool. But xda user hamsam has uploaded his nandroid backup which would of great use for you.
1) Download this nandroid backup by hamsam, from this thread: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2444089
2) Place the downloaded files in SD card. {Note: Place them in correct folder otherwise CWM wont detect it}
3) Get CWM recovery for A500 and flash it through SP flash tool.
3) Boot into recovery and restore the backup you dowloaded.
4) Reboot. :victory:
Now if you want you can backup your ROM through MTK Droid Tools for the safe side or always kept the nandroid backup in your SDcard and PC aswell.
unbricked but lost imei+network both sim

Consider the following options:
1) Try to flash stock boot.img through SP flash tool.
2) If still problem remains then try to write original IMEI using MTK Droid Tool
I never used these method but i think it should work for you.
From where else i can get other files of a500 like ebr1, uboot, preloader etc

Hi there guys @ xda.
I need help with my mtk6572 phone which i bricked in a noob way.
I need help flashing it with SP Flash Tool which gives an error as described in title.
Here is how i bricked it.
Today i decided that i want to flash a custom recovery on my phone, so i did and it worked.
I experienced a bug on the recovery and decided i wanted to put the stoc recovery back.
I flashed it back and the recovery booted fine, wiped chache and did factory reset.
After i did that my phone got stuck on boot animation.
I then decided that it was a good idea to flash to complete stock rom back to my phone,
but chose the forma all + download option, so that the changes the custom recovery made
were deleted. Well, so i thought...
Right after the format i got an error that said that my firmware is not for my phone and failed.
Now if i try to format or download the stock rom (which i backed up from my device before flashing)
i get the error code in the title.
I tried uninstalling all the mtk drivers from my pc. When i connect my device it is picked up in device manager
as "unknown device", i then updated the drivers with mediatek preloader driver (and tried all the mtk drivers out there)
but the flash tool still gives the same error.
After i press the download button, and connect my phone, the bar at the bottom goes to 100%(red colour) then stays like that for 41 seconds.
Then it gives the error code and fails to flash.
I tried everything, from removing the battery, pressing vol+, vol-, power and all the combos in between, nothing.
If someone could help me unbrick my phone, i would be very greatfull.
P.S I have the stock rom backed up from my device and prepared with mtk droid tools for flash tool.
Hi,

Hi there!
Because lack of the development at this device. I try to make a little work for this infamous device.
This is a custom recovery for Infinix Zero 4 based on PhilZ Touch Recovery version 6.59.0. You can use this recovery to flash custom ROMs, root using Magisk or SuperSU and other flashable ZIPs.
[Really] Important - read before flashing
I am not responsible for anything that goes wrong. You are agreed to flash this recovery that will break XOS OTA update, lose warranty and may break your device.
However, I've included stock recovery if you change your mind and want to back to original one.
Instructions:
1. Go to Settings, About Phone, and then tap Software version 10 times. It should now say that you are a developer.
2. Go to Settings, Developer Options. Turn on USB Debugging and Enable OEM Unlock.
3. Install MTK Preloader USB driver, skip if you've already installed this one.
4. Extract PhilZ recovery zip file, and extract
5. Turn off your device.
6. Open SP Flash Tools, locate scatter file to your downloaded zip recovery.
7. Click download, and press VOL DOWN on your device.
8. Turn on your device, press POWER and VOL UP.
9. Your custom recovery has been installed.
Back To Stock
If you decided change your mind by restore stock recovery for reasons such as want to keep your warranty, continue receive OTA update and maybe want to be back on the track, I've also provided stock recovery both Nougat and Marshmallow version.

because the boot isn't patched. you can use Magisk to patch your boot.img and flash it again and it will work.
you can get your boot.img either from your stock ROM where is available at infinixmobility.com or you can use miracle box to extract it from your current installed ROM
Hello, I have an X27 PLUS chinese phone with MT6572 processor and kitkat 442. I rooted him with Kingroot. Then I wanted to flash twrp. Аnd here I made a mistake. Since I didn't have a sd card, I decided to flash the TWRP directly on the phone with "Easy Magic TWRP" 2.8.1.0.
After the flash, it showed me that the installation was completed successfully. But the phone is already in boot loop. The only thing that works is Fast Boot. But I can't flash the stock image recovery file, it tells me that the flash sector can't be flashed (or doesn't support flash). I have a backup made with the help of Droid Tool and SP Flash Tool. The problem is that the flash tool cannot connect to the phone.
I have all the drivers installed, and before flashing the TWRP, the phone was recognized by the software.
Is there any way to solve this problem?
Ps:I am writing in the forum for the first time and I apologize if I am not in the right topic.
