Look like we are going to get another major update, maybe the last one.

A browser update isn't a major update

Pretty much a given that we will get it, but it will have to go through Samsung first (and a carrier/network provider if your device is a variant). Although it could drop anytime, it doesn't appear to actually be rolling out just yet for the Nexus 5, if you check the forum there is a thread full of anxious users waiting. Overall as much as updates are always good, the majority of changes seem to be fixes for the Nexus 5, so don't expect a big change.

Yes May be there will not be a big change but every good change has value either big or small.

Of course, I will still be looking out for it and updating when I can.
Just hoping that Samsung includes a fix for the GPS issue with Glonass satellites that seems to affect users in the UK.
Maybe we get Samsung knox 2.0

Well, that would be a blessing, wouldn't it
If experience had taught us anything, it is that Samsung will take it's sweet time before releasing a 4.4.3 update, and it will still be buggy like S***

Update to Android 4.4.3 is around the corner

Samsung is apparently getting closer and closer to releasing its first software versions based on Android 4.4.3.
The first devices to get an Android 4.4.3 build from the Korean company are going to be the Galaxy S5 and the Galaxy Note 3, it seems. That would make perfect sense, given how these are right now Samsung's flagships in their respective market segments.
According to a purportedly leaked internal document, the Android 4.4.3 updates for both Snapdragon and Exynos versions of the Galaxy S5 have been finalized and are due out before the end of this month.
In the case of the Galaxy Note 3, development has reached the final testing stage. If all goes well, the new bits should be ready to roll out to users sometime in July.
Previous such leaked documents surfaced last month, when the Galaxy S5's update was still being worked on. Now that it's finalized, the guessing game begins - which will be the first territory (or carrier) to get Android 4.4.3?
One thing to note is that the document pictured above has some odd font differences in it, which may indicate a bad Photoshop job. So do take this with a pinch of salt.
Further complicating things is the fact that Google has just released Android 4.4.4 to its Nexus devices, a version that seems to contain a pretty important security fix.
That leads us to wonder: will Samsung first release 4.4.3 for its devices only to then start working on what is now the latest version of the OS? Or will it choose to skip 4.4.3 altogether and simply come out with a 4.4.4 build, even if that means delaying the release for a short while?
Since the newest iteration of Android isn't bringing new things to the table, just fixing bugs, the latter hypothesis isn't completely implausible.

good news !
Wonder if this update will contain the new TW theme (S5). It looks very nice on a note 3, running a S5 port now on my device
I bet it will be on note 4 only

Samsung should migrate the Note 3 to the S5 Touchwiz and not keep it where it is. They have no reason not to and hopefully they do it by September/October.
LOL! i remember seeing that picture like a month ago even before 4.4.3 was officially released with S4 on top and S5 at the bottom, that's obvious photoshop job to the image to add Note 3 there
I'd rather they didn't. The Android 5.0 announcement is today, and if we get 4.4.3 now, it means we probably won't get 5.0 (the 2 version-number changing updates maximum policy in the contracts with Google.)

Someone who works for t mobile (Raziel) has said that the note 3 will receive 4.4.3 and android L update. He's been right before and I'm betting he'll be right again when the time comes.

Oh I know. I'm just saying I'd rather they skipped the middle update, because there's a limit as to how many larger updates a device will get.
And he's not the only one working for T-Mobile (Except I'm not with T-Mobile USA, but rather T-Mobile NL & it's mother company, Deutsche Telekom, as their Samsung expert.)
The point is that the US Branded devices have an entirely different schedule, since their devices also have their own device codes. The N900T has nothing to do with the N9005. And as such, the S3 in the US will get KitKAt, where the EU S3 will not, even the identical-to-the-NA-version 4G variant.

Where is Android 4.4.4

Hello I read a few times about Note 3 4.4.4 Update from Samsung.
On this Site, they say it´s already completed and they startet to roll out in USA.

Does anyone got more informations? Does it look like the S4/Note 4 ROM?
Just be patient, it will come sooner or later.
And I am pretty sure Note 3 will not get Note 4 UI, but who knows.

You're right, They won't make anything exclusive for the note 3 since they want to sell the note 4, not the note 3.
If the Note 3 gets 4.4.4, it'll be somewhere late december, early januari.
However, since Android L is being released late November, there is every chance Samsung will skip 4.4.4 entirely and move to L. Especially since it's been out for the Sprint edition for a month, and no other devices since, including the newer S5. (The Note 4 needed to come with the newest OS, and L wasn't out yet, or it would've come with L)
So expect them to skip it, like they did with 4.2 for the Note 2.

NOPE.
Samsung will start rolling out 4.4.4 this month and probably via Sprint first...
Then, there is no calendar telling which pays/regions will be next and when we will receive...
Still 2 weeks before we know...

You do realise sprint already has it? As the only one. Something caused them to stop the roll-out. (They won't tell me what, just 'issues').
Perhaps you don't know this, but Poland gets every version first. It's where Samsung has its test center. There's not even a Polish test build. Samsung NL doesn't even know anything about 4.4.4...
Add to that the fact that there is no 4.4.4 for the S5 either(which is a newer device), not even a test build, and it starts looking very much like you're a tad too optimistic.
And keep in mind, if Samsung counts 4.4.4 as a major update, we won't be getting L. As that would make it the second major update.

I am not completely familiar with the update schedules, but many other regions received NG1 firmware far before Poland (XEO, ND3 was previous).
We're getting it this month

Why troll? People can be gullible on here
L has officially been released about 40 minutes ago by Google. (Google. Not Samsung. This is the point where Samsung is now allowed to start adapting L to their devices, which will take about 2-4 months.)

Retracted.
He said it was android L but since it was the latest update he got he thought it was L.
I am not trolling just went by his misunderstanding

General March has come and went with no security patch update....😟

First time since I've owned the A52 4G that Samsung didn't make the update in the same month. Guess it was bound to happen since it is a year old and the new A53 is out... Still sad though

Actually I think the March update was delayed because it included OneUI 4.1
It is now available to download in some countries.
