This is how you can flash CWM Recovery by Carliv on Gionee Elife S5.5, Blu Vivo 4, Qmobile Z6, Primo X3, Allview X2 Soul Pro or any other rebranded phone by Gionee S5.5
Follow these steps:
1. Download the Carliv V6 Recovery from Here
2. Download & install Mobileuncle MTK Tools from Here
3. Save the CWM_Carliv_V6_KK_2.img file on your SD Card, don't save it in file or folders, just in SD card or Internal memory
4. Open Mobileuncle MTK Tools, and go to the "Recovery Update" Section. Now on the top you will see CWM_Carliv_V6_KK_2.img file.
5. Just click on the CWM_Carliv_V6_KK_2.img file, and Mobileuncle will ask you to make sure if you want to flash that recovery. Just click ok, your phone will flash that recovery and voila! Your phone will enter the recovery mode of CWM.
Enjoy the recovery! Also, please hit the Thanks button!

Thanks to Aeonia tutorial I made the CWM recovery for the celkon a118 mt6589 phone.
ROOT REQUIRED
Steps -
1. Download the .img file attached and place it on the root of your ext. SD card. That is directly in SD card, not in any folder.
2. Download Mobileuncle tools app from play store
3. you will have to grant root permission to the app.
4. On main screen choose Recovery Update.
5.You will find the recovery image that you have download on top. Tap on it.
6. Flash Recovery.
7. Reboot in Recovery.
Done

Installation Instructions

Step 1: Download rashr from play store.
Step 2: Install it and open.
Step 3: Select recovery from sd card.
Step 4: Choose the recovery.img and flash it.

The rooting method is for the phone with above specifications
ROOTING METHOD
1)FLASHING TWRP
2)FLASH SUPERSU
TWRP FLASHING:
LAVA V23GB is a very good phone and has very good configuration but it is less popular and less used by developers because of other similar models like lava pixel v2 2gb and lava pixel v2 3gb.
So I made the twrp myself.
Inorder to flash twrp u have to install spflash tool in your pc
After installing spflash tool run flash_tool.exe select scatter file and tick on recovery (download link for twrp and scatter file below)
Then keep download only and click download button and connect your phone to pc
The flashing process will start automatically
After flashing twrp dont power on your phone. Just disconnect the usb and enter into recovery mode by clicking power + volume button and select recovery mode (If u simply power on your stock recovery would replace twrp so dont directly power on)
Now u will enter into recovery mode
Thats it u flashed twrp
2)flashing Supersu :
Download the supersu zip file and copy it to sd card
Then go to recovery mode into twrp
Click install and select storage and select sd card then select the supersu.zip file and swipe to flash
Clear cache/dalvik cache
Then reboot your phone
Your phone will be rooted. you can check using root checker app
