I have downloaded some games from andropalace and some other pages, but my tablet don't install it.It's say: "App don't installed"
But only the games don't installed, any kind of apps yes.
Please help me
games and apps from the play store and amazon are checked so you know that they are safe (for the most part) but when you download them from the net then anyone could have tampered with them and could infect you device

Play store is ok, i ticked unknown sources and i downloaded games from other pages or may be nexus 5 can't run it??

If it's ok from the Play Store, why would you install the apk alone, I mean from another site Use these games downloaded from the Play Store.
Maybe your apk's are messed up or incompatibles because cracked, and this is not allowed here on XDA...
Or they are older versions, the Nexus 5 can play these games (at least from the Play Store)...

I want to download Splashtop THD from the Play store, but it isn't compatible with any of my devices according to the play store. Other than my shield, I have an Xperia play running 4.1, and a Doubleshot running 4.4. I tried using the Play Store Fixes Xposed module, but they come up with "The item you are attempting to purchase cannot be found."
Does anyone have a working combination of Xposed or build.prop settings that would allow me to buy the app, move it to my SD, and then sideload it to my Shield?
I have never ran it myself, I have a compatible card in my laptop but spaceghost created a thread here in the Q and A and from the looks of it he has it running on his shield. Might ask him, or look in the thread in the general section on splashtop.
Alternatively-you can add mstsc to your "games list" on the PC. On the shield, pick the mstsc and you now have MS Terminal control of your PC
It may have just been me, but I had no idea there were unlisted games in the play store. I accidentally do a search in there and up pops 3 to 5 games that aren't among the regular dozen. They're seemingly not android tv optimized, but they're there none the less.

You can install any app that otherwise wouldn't be blocked due to lack of a feature (such as touchscreen)
All the tv store does is not give an easy way to navigate to an app not whitelisted on the tv store.
Just go to the web site, and tell it to install chrome, it should install but it doesnt actually work with the remote (i've tested this on my ADT1, the NP should be no different)
Yeah i've already got chrome and side loaded a few apps. I was still just surprised to find hidden apps. I would buy modern combat 5 but mc4 controls lag.
hi guys, i play pokemon go and i cant use the ar+ photo mode, i need to install AR Core or Google Play Services for AR like is know right now, but the app says it cant be installed on this phone.
Any ideias when this might be possible?
I installed the Google Play Services for AR apk and the game says that need a more recent version. have to wait until the apk mirror app is updated.
