As tittle explains, every time I reboot, there is less 2KB in internal storage.
Im using the CM11 RC2, cm-11-20140708-UNOFFICIAL-pico . Cleaning cache doesnt help.
I dont know if this is just an issue in this rom build, or in all cm11, but I can only use this one
How can I fix this?

Recently i have decided to change roms due to slight stability issues (i need a more stable rom for medical reasons), i decided to opt for JediX14, it looks nice, seems to have everything i would like in a rom and from what reviews ive read, seems like a near perfect rom.
However, I have tried repeatedly to install this Rom, using both Team Win and the Clockwork Mod Recoveries. Every time i install the rom, regardless of wether i select to switch the internal memory and SD card or not. When i check the storage, internal memory is always 0.00B
I'm currently working my way through the (nearly 700 pages) of replies from the JediX14 thread.
Using the search option, i've only found solutions for other mobiles.
My SD Card is currently FAT32, 32GB
Here are my exact steps i take, im typing this as i flash again, so i don't miss any important information, right now:
Reboot into recovery.
Factory Reset.
Wipe Internal Storage.
Wipe System.
Wipe Dalvik Cache.
Wipe Cache.
Install JediX14_Full.zip from SD card.
Wipe Dalvik Cache (again).
Fix Permissions.
Boot and leave for quater of an hour or so...
Re-boot.
If i run a restore via TWRP, my internal memory shows as normal (a little over 10 GB free).
How can i fix this?
Any help is very much appreciated, thanks in advance, again, thank you!.
Try to format it from the settings.

Hi there have a i have a sloution look at my video on youtube my channel is namz123uk i have 2 videos check both like comment n subscribe
I wiped everything on my wife's phone in recovery, including internal sdcard, and flashed BeanStalk from external sdcard. It experienced a lot of sudden reboots in seemingly any situation--updating apps, recording video, answering a call, or even just waking. I wiped and flashed again later with the same results. I didn't have time to learn how to log with ADB, so I just went with a different ROM (Dirty Unicorns) to try to get her a stable phone ASAP and it's been completely stable. The only thing I did differently was, instead of wiping the sdcard in Recovery before flash, I erased it with BeanStalk before going into recovery.
I'm wondering if it's possible the internal sdcard partition wasn't set up right the first time since I just did a wipe?
Now that, I think about it, I didn't check the BS's md5 once it was on the card since the phone's USB connection is limited to MTP. Later with DU, I had the idea to put the card in a USB card reader and check md5 that way. So there's a chance the BS zip might have been broken.
Recently, I flashed the CM11 ROM. After that, I couldn't access the Internal storage (sdcard0) from Inbuilt file manager or from ES File Explorer.
I was running CM10.1 Alpha 9 before this. I flahsed DDLF2, then CF-ROOT and then went to recovery, used wipe data/factory reset and wipe dalvik cache. Then, I flashed CM11.
Did I make a mistake while flashing?
I can still install apps and access both sdcard0 and sdcard1 from the recovery.
How can I access sdcard0 from the ROM? If I can't access it, the Camera, the Gallery and Bluetooth receiving don't work.....
Will re-flashing solve the problem?
Any help would be appreciated.
Ok. So since I'm not a Samsung expert forgive if I make a few mistakes lol. But assuming this is the CM11 you got right?

This is weird......
An update was released just a day ago. I will download it, flash it and then see if the problem still persists.
Anyway, I am on this ROM, even though I am not on the latest build.
It seems there was a problem with the SD Card. Recently, it became unmountable. When I removed it, the storage was suddenly fine. No problems at all. Hence, I have found out that the problem was a faulty SD card.
I've posted this on /r/cyanogenmod, but I haven't gotten any help. Please don't let me down, XDA.
So I updated to 2014/11/6 nightly on my Sprint Samsung Galaxy S5 (kltespr) and now my phone doesn't have access to its internal storage/emulated storage card. Spotify, Snapchat, Gallery (pictures), and all other apps that rely on the storage don't work and some even force close on opening. The CM Updater won't even download any update files anymore because the CMUpdater folder lived on my internal storage.
However, when I go to Settings > Storage. It shows all my internal storage and how much of each is being used and whatnot. So it definitely see it's there and none of my data is affected, the apps just can't use the internal storage anymore it seems. Not even root or system apps.
When I'm in my recovery (TWRP 2.8), the File Manager is able to show all the contents of my internal storage from the folder "/sdcard" but all file managers, and terminal, when I'm booted up say that "/sdcard" doesn't exist when I try to browse to it or it just isn't there.
Any suggestions? A lot of the apps I use daily aren't working now, and updating to the 2014/11/07 nightly and all subsequent updates didn't fix anything. I haven't tried going back to previous nightlies, but I don't really want to downgrade unless this just isn't fixable until a fixed nightly release.
Same issue here on KLTEUSC
Looked here http://forum.cyanogenmod.org/topic/97378-sd-card-is-mounted-all-over-the-fs/ and checked the mount command. It looks like the sdcard just isn't mounted anywhere...
You can dirty flash the old CM that has internal storage working. I have no idea what the fix is yet
I'll be working on a new build soon but it will be CM12, not CM11.
I will make sure to test this.
CM12 works fine. CM11 is the issue. I'd stick to CM12 but Xposed does not work there, while a bummer I guess I can get over it for awhile for the rest of the phone to function -_-
It would be nice of CM11 was fixed though, doesn't make sense for this bug to drag on this long (Almost a month) without any mention or fix being planned.
Hello. I have problems with my phone. My supersu app tells that cant install binary. I havnt updated that app and it was working well for a certain time. And the biggist problem is dalvik cache. Size of d cache is approximately 800MB but after some day my internal storage is full because of cache. Can anyone tell why the size is changing? I dont understand....

Don't know about supersu, maybe you could just flash latest version in TWRP.
About dalvik-cache filling space, I don't know why it takes so much space but here is one way to fix it https://forum.xda-developers.com/honor-4x/how-to/discussion-guide-dalvik-cache-filling-t3773882
Also dalvik-cache won't rise unexpectedly large when it's placed like in the thread, though no idea why.
Problem with supersu I have recently solved. However, problem with dalvik cache is still there and its still getting worse and worse because my internal storage is full every morning. Thanks for your answer and your help. Ill try it and write if it works.
