Micromax A110 Bricked Need HELP! :,( - General Questions and Answers

I just Got my New Phone and I got this Build.prop file edited by mistake and then when i reboot i got the screen hang logo :,( so called Bootloop i tried connecting to my Pc but My pc didnt detect it not even a PoP! Sound comes i can access Stock Recovery only (default recovery) is there a way i can recover it please help me developers :crying::crying::crying::crying:

There are 2 methods both will wipe your app data either
1 flash a custom recovery via fastboot method and then custom rom
2 if you dont want custom rom and want stock rom then download the stock rom zip and flash via sp flash tools

How i am gonna flash my phone is not connecting to pc :/
P.S My device manager also dont show my device

I am assuming you can get into fastboot mode
1 download twrp/cwm or any recovery
2 go into cmd (assuming you have adb) type "fastboot devices" and a device would show up
3 next "fastboot flash recovery recovery.img"
4 "fastboot reboot" and enter recovery
5 now flash the stock rom zip if you dont have downloaded then download it before in your memory card
6 if by any chance you are unable to use memory card then while in recovery connect your phone to pc and type "adb devices" then "adb sideload rom.zip"
if you dont have adb download it
there is another method still if you have problem PM me

HTC ONE S forgot to s off

hey guys i have a question.. i made a total n00b mistake and now i am not sure what to do..
I have a htc one s
-i rooted the phone and put twrp 2.8 the newest one then i tried to load a custom rom.. i read somewhere on line that you did not need s off to do this so i tried and now everytime the phone boots it loads the htc screen but goes to a black screen which is kind of dim .. anyway my bootloader is unlocked its version 2.15 and i can get back in to my recovery and mount it i tried several roms but none work.. i was wondering if someone here has a stock rom or something that can get my phone to boot in to a os.. i have tried using fastboot to try and s off but everywhere i read it says u need debugging on my drivers are installed correctly but when u do adb devices it shows empty space.. ive tried many drivers even the google generic i cannot get it to work for the life of me... any help will be appriciated
cheers
Sam
Well let's take it easy. There were some things you've missed when reading so that's why you run into problems.
First thing you missed is that YOU MUST FLASH THE KERNEL IN FASTBOOT if you're S-On. That is EVERYTIME you flash a ROM.
Second, when you're in fastboot, you won't have "ADB devices" command working, you'll have to use "fastboot devices" command instead, ADB does not work while in fastboot.
What you'll have to do is like this:
1. Take any ROM you'd like to flash, place it on your sdcard (while you're in recovery you can mount sdcard to be accessible from pc)
2. Extract from the rom and save it on your pc (in the same folder where adb/fastboot commands are, usually /android-sdk/platform-tools) the "boot.img" file that's in the root of the ROM zip. That'll be called generic "the kernel".
3. Flash the ROM in recovery
4. Reboot to bootloader then while still connected to pc via USB, select fastboot mode. On your screen the "fastboot USB" will be shown.
5. Check if fastboot drivers are installed and fastboot commands are working by issuing "fastboot devices" command. If it'll not return your device then check if drivers are installed properly and you are not using an USB 3.0 port on windows 8.1 (were reported some issues with this configuration).
6. Having fastboot working, open command prompt in the location where fastboot is (and where you have saved the boot.img file) and issue the command: "fastboot flash boot boot.img"
7. Reboot
Now your new ROM should boot and work. Pay attention to choose the right ROM for your hboot and don't forget to do these steps EVERYTIME you're flashing a ROM.
If you're still looking for a stock ROM to flash, there's a thread with all RUUs linked, choose the one for your carrier or model type and run that one but I guess you won't need that
Good luck

3-once the files are located in c:\adb go to start menu then search for cmd
4-Type in cd c:\adb then click enter
5-Type in "adb devices" it will show the connected devices it should be bunch of numbers

Thread re edited please check if u have doubts.
Hi
sorry about my poor English.
I am sure that I flashed magictricks.zip and ticked "OEM unlock"
and the phone is in fastboot mode.
And I typed in "fastboot oem unlock", it showed "Okay, finished",
then I typed in "fastboot flash recovery twrp.img", it also showed "Okay, finished".
Then nothing happen, my phone is still with stock recovery, and my data is stilled there, can someone give me a help?
I attached my cmd picture.
Thank you!
^^ I've read from other thread that right after you flashed the TWRP recovery image, you must start-up the phone in TWRP recovery first before eventually booting to Android.
I haven't unlock my phone yet though but I will once I see some custom ROMs available.

All your steps are perfectly right but once u flash the recovery disconnect the phone and switch off from the fastboot then u should boot the twrp recovery first otherwise system will reflash the stock recovery...
Do the recovery flash again and boot to twrp first...
It is not necessary that oem unlock will wipe your data so no worry.
Me too I'm waiting for available alternative roms to install twrp recovery ....I just flashed magictrick and it said that I have update the build.... Thanks sure it will be functional....

TWRP recovery menu not showing

hi, im new in this android arena and this is my first time using smartphone so please forgive my noobness.
i want to root my phone Xiaomi Redmi 5A and i follow some tutorial on youtube where he told to use Minimal ADB & fastboot, TWRP, lazyflasher noverity and lastly Magisk.
im flashing my phone using this command on ADB:
fastboot devices
fastboot flash recovery twrp.img
fastboot reboot
i guess this is it so im rebooting my phone to get into twrp recovery mode by pressing volume up+power but it showed xiaomi stock recovery instead not twrp recovery.
so what i do wrong that i cannot get into twrp recovery menu?
please help me
Don't type fastboot reboot command after flashing, reboot to recovery manually

i type that command after the first try not working (without fastboot reboot command)
it still gave me the same problem even not typing fastboot reboot command
Is the TWRP flash successful?
Ensure that your mobile drivers are installed properly on your pc and that you've enabled USB debugging.
Now after connecting your device to the computer :
1)open adb
2)type adb devices, if it shows a serial number then proceed
3)adb reboot bootloader
4)fastboot flash recovery xxxx.img
After this, remove the USB and reboot to recovery by Holding the appropriate combination of keys.
If you reboot your device first, and then power off and reboot to recovery, you will still get stock recovery.

hello
you cant flash fastboot rom in twrp . download one that is not fastboot . links in this thread : https://forum.xda-developers.com/oneplus-6/how-to/oneplus-6-mirrors-official-oxygen-os-t3792244
about not recognized as an internal ... . make sure you installed adb and fastboot drivers .
lalala
i can't get a recovery flashable zip to the phone now anyway.
i did reload adb and oneplus drivers this morning and then again after your reply to make sure.
i did notice the phone shows as a oneplus6 in devices while in twrp but when i switch to bootloader it changes to just android device?
So still stuck.
Between last night and this morning have many hours trying to get it working somehow.
no twrp just bootloader now
rebooted the phone and lost twrp.
tried to flash it and it says failed remote failed to load authenticate boot image :load error
i need to start fresh somehow
*I can't even turn the phone off now, it reboots to bootloader instead!!!!
Try this tool https://forum.xda-developers.com/oneplus-6/how-to/tool-msmdownloadtool-v4-0-international-t3798892

Phone can't enter bootloader

Hello.
I have bricked my phone(I edited build.prop). Now it can only enter recovery mode. I can access the phone by using adb, but I can't get root access in shell(but my phone is rooted), it just says connection to ui timed out, so I can't replace build.prop. I wanted to flash custom recovery on my phone, but when I reboot in bootloader mode using adb, phone just stuck at the logo(and when I tried to reboot in fastboot mode, the same thing happened, but at this time logo just disappeared after some time). After trying to enter fastboot or bootloader adb don't see the device. I have installed all drivers, enabled usb debugging(just in case), Phone model is Micromax Canvas Elanza 2(or Micromax Canvas A121).
So, my questions are:
How can I get root access in adb shell?
How can I load my phone in bootloader/fastboot?
And is there any another way to unbrick this device?
P.S. Sorry for my English and thanks in advance.
from recovery mode there should be a option "reboot to bootlader" this will bring you in download mode. while in download mode install the drivers (these are different from adb devices) and make sure "fastboot devices" does recognize the phone. now you can boot into custom recovery without flashing it "fastboot boot recovery.img". once in custom recovery again install drivers and then check "adb devices" while in custom recovery. "adb shell" will give you root access while in custom recovery
