[Completed] Android tablet that supports pressure senstivity for drawing? - XDA Assist

HI
I am interested in buying a 8-9 inch tablet that supports pressure sensitity throught the screen or a stylus. I know about Galaxy Note. However Samsung does not seem to offer a 8inch model that supports Spen.
What Android devices are out there that supports pressure sensitivity? I tried searching web but the information is so scattered, I am kind of sick of following dead trails.
thanks

Hi
Thanks for writing to us at XDA Assist. There isn't a great deal of information available for your device, but I'd suggest you have a look through here:
Android Development and Hacking
See what you can find in that section, or you might need to venture outside of XDA.
Good luck!

[Completed] I have all three Lenovo Yoga Tablets 8 inch ( first gen and then tab 2 & tab 3) root?

I have all three Lenovo Yoga Tablets 8 inch ( first gen and then tab 2 & tab 3) root?
I have read various articles. But these tablets lag! I love the size, the feel, the shape I really want to keep them.. But they are laggy! ( not talking about internet problems) If they can be rooted can android lollipop 5.0 or higher be placed on them? Lastly.. I am horrible with electronics.. Can I pay someone to root them for me? -thanks!

Greetings,
Thank you for using XDA Assist.
First, please create an XDA account so you can post in the other forums.
Then I suggest you use the XDA Search feature and use this as your search term:
'Lenovo Yoga root" (without quotes)
You will see there are several options available. There are also specific forums for each model so perhaps narrow your search by each specific model you have.
You won't have to pay for it either.
Good luck and welcome to XDA!

[Completed] I need help to what phone should I get to my grandma

Hi xda community,
I want to get my grandma a "new" phone, running on at least android Jellybean. Price I am thinking of is between not more than 200 euros. I stumbled on some models I am thinking of buying: Samsung S4 Mini, Samsung S3 Mini, Sony XPERIA T, LG G2 mini.
Features I am looking to:
Bright, sharp display;
Good battery;
Reliable mobile signal;
not bigger than ~4.5" display size;
100-200 euros price;
And that it wouldn't crash often on low memory;
Android version not older than Jellybean, Lollipop preffered;
Anyone has an idea what model I should get, maybe has other models to recommend?
Moved to general thread sorry for disturbance. Feel free to remove this thread

[Completed] Samsung's High touch sensitivity on any touchscreen.

Can you increase the touchscreen sensitivity so that u can use any object (preferably a pen) to write/draw on the screen. I know Samsung Galaxy have this option, so that you can use it with gloves, but any pen works on it too.
Interested for Android 6.0.1, OnePlus 3.
Thanks.

[Completed] Android-based "TV Box" (Media Device) with good community support

Hello,
I am looking for an Android-based "TV Box" that has good (any?) community support. I've found some devices with great hardware specs, however none appear to have good manufacturer support (updates). I've only owned Nexus phones and tablets since the Galaxy Nexus days so I'm a bit spoiled when it comes to updates and I prefer the ASOP experience. If someone could help me find a device or point me to the correct forum to ask, I'd much appreciate it. What I'm looking for is:
HDMI Output (Prefer 4K)
8 Core CPU
2+ GB RAM
32GB+ Storage (or expandable)
Wifi (Prefer 802.11AC)
Ethernet
Bluetooth
Thanks,
Thomas
