p.s: as i said above. if you would own a voweny myself i would check and now all about it. but it dont own a vowney. this thread i made is only for sharing the stock rom here , from elephone.hk side.

I want to ask for help. Flashed your Elephone Vowney Lite firmware that this site found a Stock ROM Elephone Vowney_Android 5.1_20160125 the result was not a brick, the phone is loaded, the computer sees it as all files in memory, but that's on the screen except green bars doesn't show anything. As a result, I even now can't it just be off to try it again to flash. The body have almost no takedown, it seems to me that you can even break when in concealment. Can someone tell me what to do and where you can get the official firmware for this model.

It's never mentioned here that this firmware is for usage on Vowney Lite. At least, there will be different display drivers -> FHD<>QHD
I've asked that at Elephone forum, but for now there are Chinese Spring Festival holidays which will last from Feb 4th to Feb 14th. Sorry to say, nothing will happen until then. We all have to wait.

Digging in the Internet I found this firmware (mt6795_y992_w9_utta_cc_256gbitp24d3_lp1_lte_3m-fdd-cs_mul(4)) and something tells me that it's probably OK to my (Vowney Laite) one More question: where in the firmware is specified for what model phone is it?
I wiped the internal storage. Although I can go into recovery, I can't flash either of the stock ROMs. Any solutions?
Edit: My phone is up and running. I followed the steps here and it's working fine now.

warning : Be careful brfore flashing... There are some chances you will not come back on 4.4.2 so be careful again
In Note 3 in Asia (qualcomm versione), this morning has received lollipop. So i think this is stable

I reset my MT7 TL10 phone today. And I installed stock recovery hoping that I will get updates but it is still not updating. I think the stock recovery doesn't belong to my version. I took it from the root and unlock thread.
I shall be much thankful if someone help in this regard.

Thanks Simona Simmy. I downloaded one from Huawei site one. I extracted according to the instructions for Huawei software extractor. But unfortunately the only recognizable file is system.img. There the other files are unknown image files. I don't know which one is recovery.

Im trying to flash twrp and root my Note 20 Ultra (N985F-D) but I cant seem to find any tutorials that give clear instructions for this specific device variant. If anyone has proper instructions with links or even a video tutorial that would be great.

I am showing you a Custom Rom, Dr.Ketan ROM which I installed through TWRP.
If you have TWRP... lmk. And your build is different from mine. So IF.... IF TWRP worked for you on your build, then I'd have to tweak it somehow for mine. But showing me this doesn't show me anything but the fact that you're rooted. And root is super easy....

I'm not an expert here... but I have years of experience flashing phones and bricking them too. So I know if it's not the same Model and software build.. there's a good chance it won't work. My phone is from Panama.... I just don't wanna brick my phone again flashing something that's not meant for my software build or exact model.
Stock firmware from Tecno smartphones. Although our smartphones are practically brothers, their firmware seemed to me more interesting than ours, and it works faster. In the firmware, all system partitions are transferred to RW.Added more fonts. Put it through a custom recovery:we make a backup, flash the file,make the data format, and rejoice in the new firmware

Yes, it is necessary to flash in the super section. A little later I will give another link, I have changed the firmware. By the way, since these smartphones are brothers, I got one interesting trick:you can make a backup of the data on the stock, and then restore it on this firmware, and everything works fine. But the backup data from this firmware, for some reason does not want to load.But it's even more convenient, it takes up less space.One backup for two firmware.

This firmware is based on a different version.I corrected and replaced something. There are new functions, such as RAM expansion, although it does not work for us, it seems that support is needed in the kernel.DTS has also appeared, it works
