I have seen many users asking how to keep stock icons with custom theme from theme store or some users don't want to theme keyboard or messaging or settings etc.
So here made small tool with which you can remove different up to 16 parts of themes and can use those stuff from stock.
What you can prevent theming
Clock
Calendar
Contacts
Email
Gallery
Icons
Keyboard
Message
Memo
Music
MyFiles
Phone
Settings(Including framework part)
Wallpaper
Weather
UI
How to use :
Instruction already there in tool itself. Simply select application from box with scrolling and tap on it to remove theme part of that application. for example you select keyboard and tap on it, keyboard theme will be removed. you have to do same for all apps you require.
Keep in mind you need to reboot device after using tool and have to re apply theme.
Download & Installation :
Download and Install Partial Theme *.apk and install as regular app. Requires ROOTED device

Nothnig on the box to select and i already select stock theme.

May be you are doing something wrong. When you scroll over box you will see different options, select one and tap on it. On successful applying you will see notification like " ** theme removed"
Now restart device - apply themes and see selected part will remain stock.

this is the problem with my device, there's nothing on the box, when i'm clicking on it, i still have only ''none''.

I would love an app to compine themes.. Eg to have settings from one theme, and dialer from another.
I read somewhere here how this can been done, but it is a real pain. If an app could been done for doing this easier it would be fantastic.

It's not in this app, so you have to do it manually (untested):
1. Using a file explorer, go to data/overlays/jsonfiles/userjson and find the theme you want to keep stock lock
2. Make a backup in a sub folder
3. Open file and hit the edit button!
4. Look for this line a little ways down:
"lock": "com.*.lock",
and delete it!
5. Save file and reboot!

And so do I, I was thinking to asking about that. That would be awesome. There are many beautiful themes here and some themes are very beautiful but the phone, dialer, contact apps don't have good look. Please Dr. Ketan is it possible to do that ? Thank you

Got it installed, looks great. I'd love to see a red version. It matches my phone better (red back + the speaker grille of course). I've been running Red Remix and practically everything is themed.

Not sure what the problem is. I reverted back to stock CM7 and applied the theme again. Everything went fine.
What isn't getting themed excactly?

try it again, i modified the .zip file to work better this time. link here. OP also updated.
or use zipthemer from the market for the MM file,,, then flash it.
added an addon that removes the stupid lock tab text. requires some testing. works on my phone, but my phone tricks me sometimes. lol

How to use zip themer
1. Install ZipThemer from the market if you haven't already.
2. Download the morph packages you want to use, do not extract them, leave them in .zip form.
3. Move all the morph zips for a theme that you want to use to /sdcard/ZipThemer.
4. Make sure USB Debugging is enabled.
5. Open ZipThemer and hit the +Theme button to select the .zip you want to use.
6. Repeat Step 5 until all the .zips you want are selected.
7. (Optional) Select *Output to rename the zip whatever you want, just make sure it still says .zip at the end.
8. Hit the Build It! button. It will ask if you also want to create an undo.zip. I suggest you do.
9. Reboot into recovery, select - install zip from sdcard, then select - choose zip from sdcard, then pick the .zip you made.
10. Reboot. Done.

Great theme. One of my favs. One suggestion and also kind of a gripe... could you make the apps in the app drawer the same color as the rest of the theme. Like the apps are green instead of matching.

i left them stock since people usually like them either all themed, or none themed. might make some addons once i finish the rest of the ports.

I ported these to a Universal Flash Tool zip, to cleanly morph/mod AOSP, GE and TW roms.
the zip will create a UNDO zip on your sdcard

I put it in a UFT zip and edited file names to be compatible with more than just one single TW rom for a single device. Now thanks to my help with his original work, it is compatible with AOSP, TW and GE roms for any device. not to mention VRthemes (like the other guy posted) are only good for CWM or TWRP. there are separate VRtheme templates for each. eww. my UFT is compatible with both cwm and twrp, and all 3 rom types on any xxhdpi device.

yeah battery icon might not work depending on rom, due to their personal battery mods, but i see the smart stay didnt work for you either... hmm.

yeah heavy battery mods in that rom, possibly this battery icon might be found through Crash mod settings > battery > Stock.
Smart stay could be interferance from wannam, question.. did your bluetooth icon change?
I was thinking to restore bettary icon to default but there is no option for stock just too many models about smart stay didnt try any theme in wanam xposed to change and my bluetooth as u can see idk I see no difference

First thanks to TRusselo for its nice work.
I see some people have problems with this theme. I think that coming from the fact that the MOD is a VR themes, and some mods are not possible with this kind of project. The advantage of it is that they are universal, but they can only patch resources like icons/pictures and sometime its not enough.
If you study the original MOD, you will see that the author also work on layout XML files (signal_cluster_view) which are compiled for a particular ROM so they cannot be used in a VR mod. You won't be able to have the "stacked" signal icons that way from original SystemUI.
The problem of the battery is the same : some systemUi have been changed by ROM makers to extend the original behaviour (animated charge battery ...). We can see in the icons directory that the icons are patched in the drawable-xhdpi resource directory while most of the SystemUi use drawable-xxhdpi directory and tw_stat_sys_battery_xxxx file names.
For all those reasons I'm afraid that the only way to achieve the original MOD with all its feature is to rebuild the original files and to replace them on ROMS. I've done it for me, I will try to share a version for latest TW roms.

Also I'm unable to have the battery icon. Think it is caused by gravity box

its not a VRtheme zip, its a Universal Flasher Theme zip. 2 different but similar methods. and with both, it doesnt work with ANY rom but, also can..
there are some TW roms that this does work on, others not, works better with AOSP and GE roms, but there's one or 2 they dont. Subtle differences break functionality. Some custom TW roms have the stacked icons incorporated already, and allows this to work. other roms have no send/receive icons at all, and yes some xposed modules take over icons.

If you are using an AllianceROM you know that there are many options and colors that can be changed to suit your taste. Some people found this daunting and others asked for a way to reset everything back to default colors etc.
I am new to Java but after some trial and error and a whole load of testing by the team I have created my first App - Alliance Manager
Alliance Manager is a one stop shop to create, install and backup your styles and settings. Users can create their own styles to upload for everyone to use. If you want your style including in the app or available for others please upload it and post it in this thread!! The app will show no preview for your style unless you include a screenshot png named preview.png.
NOTE: The backup and inclusion of dropdown, statusbar and system wallpapers needs changes to your ROMs. These will be included in the next released versions so at present these wallpapers will NOT be included until you get an update for your device

- Create Theme - This will create a theme.zip of all your custom settings that relate to theme options with a name of your choice. This will add all colors and theme settings along with dropdown, statusbar and system wallpapers to a zip that can be restored by you or uploaded for others to use. They are saved in the Alliance/Themer folder on your internal SD.
- Choose Theme - Choosing this option will display a list of all Theme.zips in the Themer folder. It will show you a preview image of the style and on pressing install will change all your options to create the style in the preview and restart SystemUI and Dialer etc
- Create Custom Settings Backup - This will create a backup zip of all your options in custom settings which will be saved in Alliance/Backup. This includes lockscreen options, general mods etc as well as all the theme stuff that is included in the theme zips.
- Restore Custom Settings Backup - Obvious really....restores all of your options
The app will create all necessary folders on its first opening and there are 5 preloaded styles for you to choose from:
Alliance Gold:
Stock Samsung:
S5 Style:
The Driller:
KitKat:
Please report any issues in this thread rather than your ROM threads.

It was available for 4.1.2 roms btw a 2g/3g toggle for stock roms, also if im not mistaken jkay framework had it. But now 4.3 roms i dont find it anywhere

So is this only for those running "Alliance ROM" or will it work on any ROM? I'm on a Sprint Galaxy S4 running Sacs Custom ROM (Android 4.4.2; TouchWiz based).

I can't seem to get it to install. The install button won't do anything. Cancel works. Downloaded 3 times and same on all 3 tries. Install is just not responding. I have allow unknown sources checked and verified that installing other non-market apps work. Any ideas on what I screwed up?
EDIT: Nevermind, I was clicking on the dl from notification panel without luck. Opened from root Explorer and installed fine. Awesome work Goldie.

another thing I found out after I installed your All in one mod, where is the mini apps section?
also when I go to personalization and go in the Xperia Themes, it crashed
my phone is Xperia Z1 C6903 HongKong version

What U Mean By Mini App Section ?
Will Fix Later For Themes Crashes. If Themes From Desktop Is Working ? I Mean From Home ?

Mini Apps section mean of the place when you press on the multi-task bar, it will show different small apps
not working even select it from Home
also could you possible to make 2 different versions of black color version and white color version(at least we have options)

Also the Update Center crashed while I am trying to turn it on

I just found out that the phone apps also got some problem, the icon became so big, and if I want to switch to speaker mode, it crashed again

Here straight of the art simple tool to activate missing quick panel toggles in one click.
How to use :
Requires rooted device.
First Uninstall existing older version if you have installed)
1.Download Attached App and Install as regular apk.
2.Open application from drawer.
3.Install resource - Grant SU (requires one time Only)
4.Once it finish, reboot device
Above steps requires first time only untill you re flash ROM.
5.Open App and select 'Activate Toggles (Common 25 - See screenshot above)
6.Once you finish It will open Notification Panel and you just needs to select RESET
7.Done !
Now you will have common 25 Toggles (Some toggles may not appear/Work) depending on ROM features.
PRO Version
PRO version is nearly same but user will have option to select desired Toggle only.You can choose any number of toggles (0 to 40 see screenshot above for choice of toggles.)
Get Pro Version
PS : Make 'Setting storage' backup in case you want to undo changes.
What can be done about TW LOLLIPOP removing the ability we had with KitKat to gesture (or button) expand notification and quick toggle screens from launcher home screens?
This worked well with Nova Launcher to expand notification with second click of home button (default home screen then expand), Nova Prime to one finger swipe down to expand notification screen on home screen, and one finger swipe up to expand quick toggles on home screen.
Lollipop limits the gesture to top of screen.
For those interested, Nova Launcher is fixing this soon. Just ran the beta version; it's good.

It will work on kitkat too. I have tested on my N4 kitkat and working fine.
But remember this will activate Toggle. Functionality of Toggle depends on rom features.

Just open supersu and confirm you have granted supersu permission to this tool.

Is there any other issues I can FIX ???
Okay I installed, I had 23 toggles now after this I only have 18 + 2 new toggles, download booster and personal page which I don't think will work. How can I undo and get my lost toggles back?

Check supersu - setting - mount namespace separation option
Enable it if you have disabled and then try to download resource again.

If you have titanium then simply clear data from setting storage. (not settings)
