Encryption Phone GEM-703L/GEM-702L - Huawei MediaPad X2

Hi there!
I've recently bought this great phone and I've successfully installed 703L rom to 702L. I'm now on B111 with TWRP (english for 5.1.1), UNIVERSAL-CUST-B111 and rooted.
I've tried to encrypt the phone as usual (Security > Encrypt Phone) but the phone simply reboots and stuck on huawei logo...
I get out from boot through a manual poweroff (keeping power button pressed > 5 seconds) and the phone restarts normally.
Now, has anyone encrypted successfully the phone? Is it a problem of 703L rom backporting to 702L or a problem (like others) of partitioning and missing sectors to store encryption data?
Thank you all!

[Q] how to decrypt/reset my android device (4.4.2)

Hi.
Some time ago i bought Lenovo K910 with android 4.4.2 and I encrypted it.
Currently I have some problems with Baranyi ROM (v11) and i want to upgrade it to newest version (v12.3).
The one problem I have is encryption. I cannot decrypt my phone nor reset it to factory default.
After I successfully do the factory reset from Power+Vol UP menu I do not see any changes, still my phone is encrypted, my data is there.
I cannot decrypt it from Settings menu – I can choose Encrypt device (this function is not greyed out) but it looks there is nothing under this button.
Is there any other method to decrypt/format/etc my phone because currently I cannot room encrypted device 

MT7-L09 on bootloop help!

Hello guys,
recently i was experimenting on my Huawei Ascend Mate 7, i was trying to root it but without result.
then yesterday i want to reset my phone but it didn't work, (btw bootloader is unlocked.)
i tried it with 2 methods:
1. System reset (trough settings -> backup & reset -> reset all data on phone, didn't work)
2. 3btn reset (also didn't work, i can't even get to the menu where you can choose stuff like reset etc.., it's just restart evertime)
Then i though maybe i can flash something, and i did (bad idea!) i was on 5.1 stock, i tried flashing to 4.4.2 didn't work.

I had a similar problem when I messed up an update to 145. The trick was to do a hard reset vol + and -, then power. Have your rollback software on the SD and push the SD card into the slot when the phone logo appears. I got the fw back to an earlier version then upated using sw updater. This phone is a pain in the ass!!!!
You will have to look about as to the correct rollback fw for your phone dependent on your location.

Even better. Just done this myself and it works:

[SOLVED] Soft bricked GEM-703L after rooting. Stuck on Honor logo

So I've been running into problems every step of my rooting process. First I couldn't get fastboot to recognize my device [solved], then I couldn't boot into TWRP [solved], then I couldn't use my phone as a storage device in windows [solved]. Now that I've finally installed SuperSu from TWRP, I soft bricked my device. Booting just hangs on the Honor logo. What can I do to fix this? I don't have a micro sd card, so I can't put another rom on my device AFAIK. I can still boot into TWRP, but wiping didn't fix anything and I'm out of ideas.
When my phone was last working it said it was GEM-703L B211
EDIT: So I've taken some extra steps. I went out and bought an SD card. I've tried installing KangVIP Slim B211, B112 Rooted With GAPPS (1.3gb), and B112 Rooted Debloated With GAPPS (968mb), respectively. Obviously I did a factory reset before each attempt, but I'm still hanging on boot. After installing KangVIP, it switched to the fancy Huawei logo, but still hung. Then when going back to the other roms, it switched back to Honor, but it still hangs. After a few boot loops now, it goes straight into TWRP.
I've been at this all night now. I just wanted to get rid of all the Chinese characters on my phone, and now I have no phone. Any help would be super appreciated. :/
Have you waited up to 50 minutes, after wipe dalvic? It takes about 40 minutes on honor screen on my device on first boot.
My device: 701->703 B211 xposed 86

It goes straight to TWRP after about 1 minute of looping. I'm going to try the back to stockrom recovery guide and come back with my results.
EDIT: It worked! I got back to the stock firmware.

When you plug your phone into your pc, slide the notifications slider down and note the "usb connection" there. You have to tap files to enable mass storage on your pc. I don't know why it's set up that way, but it fixed it for me.

Huawei Ascend 540-U01 must reinstall from scratch

Hi there!
I have this Huawei Ascend 540-U01, from Portugal, running (or not running) its original rom. It was working find until it start to run slow. At boot it was blinking a half screen wite square, from time to time it shows "process com.android.play stoped" and some other times "com.android.google stoped". At this point I decided to enter in recovery mode and wipe cache and reset to factory defaults. The problem ware not fixed with this action and I decided to "scan system" from the recovery mode too. It showed lots of files corrupted. Knowing it woldn't solve nothing I tryed again for a reset. Now, the system simply don't boot, but I'm able to reach the recovery mode.
May anyone guide me (or point me) to re-install the stock rom for this device? It was not rooted and I can't boot on normal mode.
Thanks
UPDATE - 03/11/2016
- Fastboot says: "Warning: App has root actions first in 2015-01-01"

Mi4 stuck on bootloop following installation of Gravity Box module

Hello all,
Yesterday I rooted my Xiaomi Mi4 (running MIUI 7, Android Kit Kat) using Kingroot and changed the recovery to TWRP 3.0. I then installed Xposed framework, not before I created a backup (I only backed up the system and boot partition, no data which is technically on the cloud). I installed two modules (youtube related) and all worked fine, then tried my luck and installed Gravity Box for Kit Kat. Since then, the device is constantly on boot animation. Access to the recovery is possible and the backup is recognised, however when I restore it seems to complete the action yet the phone remains on boot loop. At this point I don't mind giving up the backup if I can only get the system to load back again. How do I proceed?
p.s. after turning off the phone at night, the phone started booting itself again around the time my alarm clock was supposed to go off (my phone can start the alarm even when it is turned off).
Thanks in advance for your help
Wipe everything, without internal storage. Recover from the zip file (backup).
