[Completed] how can i install a custom recovery on sgh-i337 running 4.4.4 **NOOB HERE**

Okay. so ive been looking everywhere because i want to install some sick roms on my galaxy s4 (att, sgh-i337) but everyone has a custom recovery mode that i do not know how to get...i tried something called the loki method and it said that aboot versions didnt match my devise...i tryed other thinkgs with odin but also failed..
DEVICE:
Galaxy S4 SGH-i337
rooted with towel root and supersu
android version 4.4.4
Baseband version I337UCUFNJ4
BUILD NUMBER KTU84P.I337UCUFNJ4

[Completed] [Q] rooting SM-G900F European

I am a bit confused since theres thousands of ways and most are obsolete.
What is the best and safest way to root this ? do I need disable knox 2.3 first ? (how) Will it trip the knox flag?
will it run good on android 4.4.2 would you recomend this ? what 4.4.2 rom should i use and how to flash this ,
odin ? any special settings ? I apreciate any hints to get the most out of this baby.

Thanx for the info, I do not think any of this will work on my phone. from june 2015
Backup is not listed as option unless i use a custom recovery like cwm
installing custom recovery will trigger knox flag and void warranty and knox will wipe it on the next reboot (can be gotten around by disable auto-reboot and booting directly to recovery)
Towelroot says its not supported (only work on older versions from last year ?)
most ways to disable knox requires root , knox will disable any root files one tryes to use

[Completed] My s6 edge is bricked and odin keeps failing to restore stock firmware

I have a galaxy s6 edge its sprint and it was originally running 5.1.1 I tried to flash twrp recovery and it bricked ive use Odin to too reinstall the stock recovery and firmware the stock recovery passes but the stock firmware always fails please help.

Is there an easy way to temporarily disable root in a Galaxy J700M ?

Hello how are you. As a new member , I have a specific query . I have a Galaxy J7 SM- J700M , which is rooted, and that is why I can not use Samsung updates via OTA. I wonder if there is any app or a procedure to " temporarily suspend" the root mode , pra able to download updates and then restore it to continue using the "benefits " given by having the terminal rooted .

Nope, your only way is to flash stock ROM via Odin

Hi everyone ! I have heard about xtrestolite rom for samsung s6 model that its very de-bloated and teweaked and best rom. I have downloaded all required files e.g the rom and aroma add on package. i have also installed twrp recovery on my phone but at the last step when i was going to install xtrestolite rom zip through twrp it stated that this rom is for all s6 variants except S6-G920P Sprint Model. It disappointed me alot. Just need to ask can i flashthis rom in G920P model will it be ok or not or may i can run in some issue. I am new to xda but i heard alot about this forum so please anyone out there please guide me will it be fine if i install this rom on my phone ? Ignoring that promt that this is not for Sprint model or i should not go for this rom ? Thanxx in advance
