[Completed] Process for installing OTA android 5.1 update in moto e

I am using moto e 2014 edition and i received OTA 5.1.1 update. I rooted my mobile and i was unable to install update. can anyone help me out?

Thanks for using XDA Assist If you are rooted then you cannot update using OTA , hence to update via OTA you may have to unroot completely and then you have to try again if that doesnt work kindly post here Motorola Moto E Help and Troubleshooting so that experts using your device can help you

my Moto g x1033 is rooted and bootloader unlocked . n running on stock android 5.0.2
my device show ota lollipop 5.1 update should I download n install it . is there any problem occure due to rooted device .? also should I factory reset my phone ? help me friends ..

See this thread.You'll find the stock recovery inside the STOCK ROM zip mentioned in the thread.Flash it via fastboot.

I have moto g 2nd generation XT1068 and I have unlocked my bootloader and rooted my device. After I update to Android 6 from Android 5.0.2, will it brick my device??????

Thanks for using XDA Assist.
No,it won't.You won't be able to update via OTA since you're rooted.You can flash the stock 6.0 ROM from fastboot without issues.

It's up to you....want to flash or not

if i update it through OTA update(Without flashing or through system update) will it cause any harm to my mobile or will lock my bootloader???

moto x hard bricked ( anybudy please tell me )

This is Moto X Xt1058 ( 2013 ) At&t .. I tried to Root. But its Failed. Showing This Error , Anybudy Please Tell me can we Resolve this Error !
I Tried to Flash Rom with Rsd Lite . But its failing gpt.bin....Please tell me anybudy

Is there any solution to remove this Error

Re-flash phone's Stock ROM to get rid off of all modifications you applied so far.

If u Don't mind , I Can't Finding original stock rom Correctly, I Downloaded Lots of stock files But it's not working, Please Please Please Can u send Stock Rom Link ,

I Tried this stock roms sir , using Rsd Lite flash tool. But It's showing : flashing Fail "gpt.bin" .

Dear sir check it sir , I tired So many files. But Same error on Rsd Lite..
