[Q] Moto g stuck on moto logo, help on a mac?

Hi,
my moto g is stuck on the motorola logo, no root or attempted to do it.
Only have a mac and so far got adb to work and downloaded the tesco uk firmware that is .xml.zip
When i run the command ./fastboot devices i get "????????? fastboot"
What should i do next?

Hello. Please help to repair the bootloader. Smartphone does not turn on at all, we can also enter into flash mode. I was in the rom 5.0.1.

I have a moto g 1st gen (xt1033) android 5.1 (lollipop).My device is stucked in bootloader mode, when I select an option (normal powerup, recovery ...) it failed boot up.
its only shows
* Invalid boot image and
*failed to validate boot image ...and
* lastly fastboot reason: fall-though from mot-charger boot mode

Moto g xt 1033 stuck in boot screen

My Moto G XT 1033 is stuck in bootscreen.
It runs on stock Moto G (India) firmware. Bootloader is not unlocked and is not rooted. I am able to boot to fastboot and stock recovery. USB Debugging is also not enabled. Please help

if your in fastboot mode then reflash the stock rom.
