previously I had degraded my Lolipop to Kitkat due to low battery backup in lolipop. After few months, I tried installing cynogenmod 12.1, everything was installed fine. When I rebooted my phone, I was stuck at the boot animation. I left it for hours but still no change.
Lator I flashed stock rom of Kitkat from motorola, my phone got started.
I don't know why I am not able to run CynogenMod 12.1
please help.

First of all I was on 4.4.2.
I unlocked my Moto G XT1032,Rooted and flash custom recovery.img.I flashed all the 3 custom recoveries.
Everything went ok but i tried to flash cm11 and stuck on bootanimation.I leave it 15 minutes and nothing.I tried to redownload the rom again but the same.I tried Lego rom and PA but always stucks on bootanimation.
What i'm doing wrong?Please help because i don't have phone.I didn't take a backup...
I'm trying to flash the rroms threw usb otg,i didn't copy them to the internal storage.Stupid...
So I got a Moto G today. Went through the motorola process of unlocking bootloader. Upgraded bootloader to lollipop bootloader with philz touch recovery. Cleaned to install new ROM. Ive now tried to flash BlissPop and AICP, both go to boot animation, and get stuck there. Ive waited 20+ minutes on both ROMs........any ideas or suggestions as to why I can't get past the boot animation?

My problem is that i tried to flash epilson when i had cm 13 installed.
It did not work and now i am in a boot loop.
I was not thinking right and delete everything on my Phone including twrp and /system
Now i cant even use fastboot to flash the stock firmware because it will only give me errors or it will work and continue in the boot loop.
My boot loop goes like this: Motorola logo -> erasing.....(it goes in like a recovery and is erasing media and chache)
and then it will start all over again pls help
btw i also tried to install cm13 with no succes
I have been trying to root my phone which is a moto z2 play, i unlocked the bootloader, flashed twrp but while flashing any ROM on the device i get a updater process ended with error:255, I thought the ROM wasn't compatible with my devices (which according to the pages were) and tried other ROMs too. I tried viper OS first, same error then i tried Pixel Experience same problem. This is when my phone got stuck in twrp mode, now i tried installing Resurrection Remix and still same probem. (error 255) and i'm stuck on twrp mode also can someone please help me..

I can't find a way out. I installed stock rom many times, it works well in stock rom but when I install custom rom it stuck in Boot Loop.
