Seems nobody can answere this in here,, wow..

Identifying that error is pretty different as it's very new to us!
You can simply type "because an app is obscuring a person request, settings can't verify your response" and search in Google

Maybe....
I had the same issue and i did some digging but couldnt find anything.... i did how ever reboot my phone, and it solved the issue...
The "obvious" worked for me, hopefully it does for you.

Hi, I solved my issue. I had an application called Night mode which allows you to control the screen brightness. Once I disabled this applications option for draw over other apps I was able to get Lastpass to work correctly. Please disabled screen brightness control kinda apps

Hi, try temporarily switching back to the stock launcher if you're on a custom one like Nova and clear all foreground and background apps. After this, you should now be able toggle the accessibility services. This worked for me at least.

Yes it happened because of the night mode app installed. Open the night mode app, turn off to normal mode, go to your accessibility settings and permission will be granted.

Now this is how I found the error. Its definitely and app you have installed recently which doesn't allow us to change the accessibility settings. What I did was keep uninstalling or turning off apps I recently installed. OFF or Disable the last app your install and try toggling the settings, if it won't work keep disabling the previous app and try. keep going backwards. At one time you will find which app is problematic. Turn of that app temporarily and change the accessibility settings. You can use the problematic app after toggling the settings. (Till you find the problem sorry you may have to uninstall some apps)

Most probably because of brightness control apps.

Apps such as Blue light filter apps constantly appear on the top of your screen thus breaking some of the functionalities. Try disabling display over other apps permission of such apps and you should be fine.
Also, if you have custom ROM installed such as Resurrection Remix(which was my case) who provides Smart Pixels feature under Settings ->Configurations -> Interface -> Smart Pixels , try disabling that too and you will be able to toggle device admins as well as accessiblity of apps.
Hope it works.

Disable Google Improve Location Accuracy dialog

Google is pretty persistent in wanting to improve on my Location accuracy when I turn on the GPS, and doesn't take "never" for an answer to the question to record "anonymous" location data. Annoying, very annoying, NO WANT ?
Is there a way of shutting Google up forever?
+1 also wanna know how this notification can be disabled. is there a service that can be blocked or something?
this is so stupidly, angreringly, frustratingly upsetting. there should be a box that says "disagree forever". they obviously have their own interests in mind because this isn't an oversight. sounds like a conspiracy? then do what I did:
1. agree to high accuracy mode
2. go into setting and change it to "gps" only
3. disable location
4. enable location
5. watch as you're forced back into "high accuracy" mode even though you've taken the steps to manually change to "gps only"
this is fucking stupid and it shows that it's for google's benefit, not mine.
Wifi auto connecting even when on mobile data
sorry for posting here but i have recently had problem with my OPO. I have my home wifi as a network as my remebered network but the problem is that the phone auto on wifi even when i have mobile data turned on. it tries to connect to a open wifi network even when i dont want tp
easily solved by turning wifi off
as an update, i realize now why every time you turn on GPS, this message appears. the reason is that when you first turn on GPS, IT IMMEDIATELY TURNS ITSELF TO "high accuracy" mode! and every time you turn to this mode, it prompts you to agree.
IF THEY JUST MADE IT FUCKING STAY AT THE SETTING YOU SELECT, THIS WOUDLN'T BE A PROBLEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! BUT OBVIOUSLY, THEY'RE DOING THIS ON PURPOSE FOR THEIR PURPOSES! IT DOESN'T NEED TO BE FIXED, IT NEEDS TO NOT BE INTENTIONALLY SET THIS WAY!

there's an xposed module that automatically disables the dialog and changes your setting back to GPS only:
http://repo.xposed.info/module/org.brainkiller.xposed.denylocationconsent
I was seeking and suggesting Mohammad to choose both options - yes or no.
Finally found this module but it doesn't work on my phone.
Seems like giving folk choice to choose permanently this option is not desired by someone up there ...
just in case someone will looking for option how to disagree again after you click once on agree
on my Lollipop (HTC one M7) with google play service 9.6.83
to disable improve location accuracy:
Settings > Apps > Google Play services
click on [Manage space]
and then click on [Clear all data]
be aware that it will clear your google play services settings of course...
also it will start to ask you again if you want to help google to collect anonymous data, but it will turn on location in Device Only mode and then you can just ignore that question about disagree / agree and go back to your application / home screen without answering. Or you can use that Xposed module Deny Location Consent to disagree always

Was there a solution to this infuriating "Improve location accuracy?" popup that doesn't require Xposed?
I'm using a custom Oreo ROM on my Moto G4 Plus and started using e-Robot to switch on/off my GPS with screen on/off, but everytime I switch the screen on, I get this annoying popup. I do NOT want WiFi used to "improve location accuracy"! it's GPS or nothing!
I used Magisk on Oreo but can't use Xposed as it causes issues with the custom ROM.

That popup has been added since nougat iirc, it's annoying af but never liked for a way to remove it since I don't use GPS that often.
But anyways now I have xposed on my OnePlus 5t running Android 8.1 so if you had a working module that you know you can try.
xposed for N is official since october....

I've had this problem on my LG v20 driving me nuts for the last month or so ever since it updated to Oreo it is a stock h910 unlocked.
But here's what I just did that appears to be working I went into settings applications and disabled Google Play Store and the services application. I then find Gmail doesn't work Hangouts doesn't work so I reabled the service but I have yet to enable the Play Store and I have yet to have gotten the pop up.
I realized that every time I turn on my phone WiFi - GPS turns on itself too.
Could never avoid it whatever I tried, pls advise?
Whenever I manually turn it off - it turns on again by itself.

In a samsung forum it has been the wifi setting.
Maybe it could be the same here: setting/network&internet/wi-fi/wi-fi preference/turn on wifi automatically (switch it off).
So you could have a look in your wifi settings- should be similar - more or less.
Sent from my [device_name] using XDA-Developers Legacy app
I got probably misunderstood - it is not the WiFi that turns on itself, but it is phone's GPS that does automatically ON when I activate my WiFi.
And there is no such setting for GPS (auto on) in my settings.
So my problem is still pending solution.
It could be an app or a system proccess that relates my GPS with my WiFi, just no idea how to pinpoint the bastardo.

App notifications + Wifi? Some answers some questions

So I have stumbled across a bug that is rather frustrating. This bug was that I could not receive notifications in "real time"( if that makes sense) basically I mean very delayed. A fellow XDA member pointed me out to a thread that has a solution for this which goes as follows:
Settings-> Additional settings->Battery& performance -> Manage apps battery use->chose apps.
After that its pretty straight forward.
My current problem is that I still get delayed notifications in Wi-Fi. I have tested this out on about 10 different Wi-Fi networks. I am sure this is some stupid MiUi setting hidden somewhere making the phone go in a deep sleep state or a battery mode or something..
Before people start recommending installing CM, I am not interested in it, until CM bugs are fixed, Also this is not a solution that answers my question.
I hope the solution above has helped other people as it has for me, for the Wi-Fi issue any thoughts or suggestions are more than welcome.. (Haven't tried the IPV4 thingie I read in XDA but that doesnt seem like a solution that I can apply when I am at someone elses house or out =/ )
About the notifications problem
I don't know if we are talking about the same issue, but I have seen delayed notifications on many phones and Android versions in the past. Also, the web is full of forums and sites where people complain about this. I think this is more a Google Cloud Messaging bug than a Xiaomi or Miui bug.
Maybe the people here suffering from this issue can try this app
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.andqlimax.pushfixer
Helped me in the past. You can chance the heartbeat of your internet connection to keep it alive.
I can't say if i have this issue because i didn't got much notifications in the last days. At least i didn't noticed something. Also my banking app notifies me immediately when i do banking stuff or pay somewhere.
Also, the people who gets disconnected when they turn off the screen on Miui, there is a setting in the security app under battery profiles which says by default "clear on lockscreen". Maybe making an own profile with a different setting helps here

You can read about it in the projects XDA-thread: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2142503
I read about "heartbeat interval", but if the problem is it, notification should not work correctly even when screen is on. While it seems here we are speaking when the screen is off, right?

I made some research, and i wrote all settings that could be interesting. I write them here just to be sure all settings was checked.
These settings should be adjusted, besides your pushing apps (wapp, facebook, etc.), even for:
- Google Services Framework
- Google Account Manager
- Google Play services
- Google Play Store
Code:
1.Goto Security->Permissions->Autostart and give autostart permissions to the Google Services Framework,Google Account Manager and your Messaging apps like whatsapp, hike, etc.
2.Goto Security folder>permissions> and give permissions to each apps.
3.Goto Security->Data Usage->Data Usage Stats and Select your app . After that check if background data is enabled. If it is not enabled, enable it
4.Goto Security->Data Usage->Data Saver->Manage Apps and turn off optimization for the messaging apps.
5.Goto Settings>Additional Settings>Battery>Manage app battery usage, now disable/turn off the following options.
- Manage app battery usage
- Restrict apps when battery is low
Or
- Select "Choose apps to restrict" and unselect/untick the apps from the list
6.Goto security folder and click the check button.
7.If you have already opened these apps you will see these apps in the memory tab.
Click on the memory tab and uncheck these apps and any other apps you desire or you can simply go to recents panel and lock this app by swiping down.
8.Goto settings<security<locatIon<location acces<permissions<messenger<display pop up....
Finally reboot the device and check.
Do you hav adjuested all these checks? If yes, it is clear there is a GREAT bug in MIUI rom, or better miui kernel.
People, don't try nothing, this is simply a MIUI bug!!!

I don't even have any of these options on my Mi4C. For me it looks like all those Google apps are hidden? I can only change permissions or power settings for WhatsApp, can't find Google Services Framework etc
I only get WhatsApp messages reliably if my phone is unlocked and WhatsApp is open. And can only connect to WhatsApp Web if my phone unlocked and WhatsApp open.... Really frustrating.
Keep finding I've missed messages from hours ago cause they never showed up in notifications.
I've done everything here: https://www.whatsapp.com/faq/en/android/20887936

Possible Solution For Notifications

I think that the notifications that don't appear when screen off is caused by the restricted background data that lenovo has pre-checked. Just untick the option shown in the picture to allow background data for the application you want. Tell me if this will work for you

I have done this also :crying:. Upon re-opening Messenger while on data, it shows 'Waiting for Network' then 'Connected' and all the notifications come through. Ive also tried disabling Doze to no avail. Notifications work fine when on Wifi so not sure what the problem is, looks like a software design problem made by Lenovo. I might try Lineage in the future.
I find that when I return home and phone gets WiFi while pulling in drive I suddenly get Gmail notifications so seems mine is same.
The only way to fix notifications I've found that actually works is to disable doze via adb shell.
Sadly this fix needs to be reapplied every time you restart the phone making it a bandaid for a gunshot wound.
It feels like the OnePlus 3 all over again...
Install this app...
This app should work very well...

Notification problems? (I already turned on the setting in iManager and Setting)

I bought my Nex in China, and I already turned on the settings like autostart in iManager and settings like the emergency priority in Manage Status and Notification. However, a lot of times notifications for apps like Gmail still don't show up on time; they are delayed for anywhere between an hour to hours. Anyone know the solution? Really like the phone but am thinking about going back to OnePlus 5T stock android because of this (one time I even missed Google Voice incoming call, had to go into the app and refresh to know I got a call). Thanks!

maybe you need to whitelist your 3rd party apps for speedup. start first the app you want to whitelist, swipe from the left bottom up to get in the control center, there you see your apps. swipe the app down and you will see a lock, click on that and you whitelist your app for speedup. i include some pics. hope that help you solve your problem, the software is very terrible on this phone but i love it too much i can´t sell it.

Google Pay - Apps drawing over the screen stopping me adding a card

I'm on Havok Rom, and I've got magisk installed, and it passes all safety checks and is hidden from google pay. Google pay works fine until i go to confirm the card details, then i get a pop up saying "looks like another app is blocking access to the wallet, Turn off any apps that might be drawing over the screen and try again"
I've disabled all apps from Displaying over other apps in the settings, but this error keeps popping up.
Does anyone know solution to this?
Did you find a solution to this? I am on stock and have the same issue.
I don't get the same error message, but I can't use my credit card with Google Pay anymore... I get the error message "Couldn't finish setup to pay in stores. This phone can't be used to pay in stores. This may be because it is rooted or altered in some other way".
It is rooted. Of course it is.
I'm using a OnePlus 6 with the latest firmware. My Recovery or Kernel aren't modified. Google Pay is hidden in Magisk and passes the SafetyNet test.
What gives? Google increased it's root detection? Is it happening to someone else?
Thank you!

OK, I started thinking maybe this is something to do with the gesture area at the bottom of the screen, and I think I'm right as I have a solution that works (at least for me).
Go to Settings->Buttons & Gestures->Navigation Bar & Gestures
Under 'Choose Navigation Bar' select 'Back, Home, Recents'
Now go into 'Navigation Bar Customisation' and turn on 'Hide the navigation bar' - this will add an icon on the left of the nav bar allowing you to pin or unpin (autohide) it.
Now go back into the Google Pay app and start setting up your card. When you get to the point where the 'Continue' button is missing pin or unpin the navigation bar, depending on what state its in currently. The 'Continue' button will appear.
Doesn't work for me unfortunately, continue button has always been there but I can't click it in the confirming card details section due to the app drawing over the screen notification, and unfortunately removing the nav bar didn't change anything.

Had a similar issue. The only way I got it to work is go to settings: Apps -> Google Play Services ->Permissions -> Disable phone/telephone. Try again.
For me BLue light filter app was blocking the wallet to pay after recent update on wallet. By turning off filter app, wallet worked.
This is not working for me as well. Any possible fix? The fixes mentioned in the comments do not work for me. I have disabled drawing over apps for all apps
Possible solution
Make sure you arent using an app to dull your screen resolution. Turn it off in settings.
I don't know if this will work or not but I would suggest going through all of your apps yes I know it's probably a lot. Turning off the permission to draw over other apps one by one. Reboot your device and check to see if it's working

Try turning off smart pixels or any such thing
Try turning off battery saver. It worked for me.
Got the resolution
Just turn off the smart pixel if it's enabled
I found the solution guys. App notifications are the culprits here. You have to clear the notifications by dragging down the notification bar from top. It resolved the issue for me. Please try and comment.
The Problem I have also face, but I have resolved the issue by uninstalling the blue lite app, the screen will impact on the google pay and Irctc app
Sorry for posting in the wrong section. I am using Oneplus 5 with the crdroid pie based rom. For me the issue was fixed by turning off the smart pixels option in crdroid settings.
Developer options
The only thing that helped me was disabling developer options. I think Google Pay assumes that since the developer options are enable the device isn't safe.
Hope it helps.
(I have an ASUS Zenfone 4)
I had the same issue on android. Turned out it was the facebook messenger app. Force close it in app settings and should work
