I have read where the Samsung Gear S2 Classic 3G is in South Korea. Does anyone know if it will be released in the US?

No, no one knows.
Mods, could you combine this with the other Classic 3G thread so we can keep the discussion in one place and no one misses anything?
Thanks!

I'm going to be using it with AT&T(US) and SK Telecomm(Korea)
I want to know what the differences are. Also, what is TD LTE? Does this matter in US or S. Korea?
If you want to know differences in LTE bands use GOOGLE...its so easy there

I use my FD with Olleh and T-Mobile and it works great. It should be fine with SK and AT&T
Does anyone know when the Gear S2 3G Classic will be released?

There isn't a Gear Classic S2 3G. The 3G model is only made in the Sport Config. I would buy a classic with 3G without hesitation. Well, actually, since they dropped the speaker phone option I'm not going to get a 3G watch. Anyway 3G is only iwth the Sport.

There have been a few articles around mentioning a Classic 3G version, but even if they are true it could possibly be for a limited market only, such as South Korea. No dates that I know of though, and as much as I would love a Classic 3G I personally doubt it will actually happen so i wouldnt hold my breath waiting... Maybe a Gear S3 Classic 3G if anything next year.

Pretty sure the 3G version still has the speakerphone; it's just not on the bluetooth-only models. If they ever made a Classic 3G it would likely be with a speaker too.
Looking to buy one off the used market but I'm not sure if I'm getting the latest gear s2 sport? Is there a version 3G and a 4g different model on Verizon?
I know they just announced it but does anyone know when or about when the gear s3 classic 4g version is going to be released for tmobile? I'm thinking about waiting for the 4g version or should I just get the Bluetooth one?
Hey guys,
I've managed to get my hands on a Gear S2 Classic 3G version with model number SM-R735, but I'm unsure if it will work in the UK has anyone else tried this and if so on which network since I am on EE.
Thanks
