https://www.androidfilehost.com/?w=...47cc222702afe61d5dd7f746f31ec5da8bece65526137 this thing is a beast!! I was using this on very slow network speeds (0.15 MBS down) and this browser was just flying like I was on 27 MBS speeds!!
thanks for this browser, it's so perfect!
Seems to be a legit option.
It's a 6 month old version. A newer version is available in XDA Labs (the app).

here that i discover really usefull tool for my android mobile !its a online backup/storage solution and work great even with android ..
click the link to get 5 gb + free online storage :
MOD EDIT: REMOVED LINK
Ya this has been around for a while. I like the 5GB but sugarsync desktop manager sucks. Its bloated and Way too slow. Although dropbox only gives you 2GB not to mention they also just had a security breach, I think it's faster (in pretty every way too. Start up, sync, etc)
It's also nicer looking and less complicated.

ok i ll give a try ! i was really suprised when i saw adrive offer 50 gb free storage but adrive website is suck ,really worst java plugin website i have ever seennn and 10 times slower than sugarsync !!!
So I've seen a lot of benchmarks of the Sensation's stock browser and it appears to be quite slow, in fact often slower than 1Ghz single core devices. It also has microlags when scrolling on graphically intensive pages.
I managed to find a screenshot of the Sensation running pre release firmware and it actually had a higher Sunspider score of ~4500ms see:
http://www.slashgear.com/htc-sensation-benchmarks-with-sunspider-and-quadrant-12145810/
Is there something inherently wrong with the Sensation's firmware that means the browser doesn't use both cores? shouldn't it at least be twice as fast as say the Samsung Galaxy S?
I think perhaps HTC have not made a very good browser because after searching I found this:
http://onlygizmos.com/android-powered-htc-incredible-s-review/2011/04/
The Incredible S also has a terrible Sunspider score.
If you don't try Sunspider you can also try Browsermark which is a more comprehensive browser test that includes all sorts of animations.
Btw my Sensation gets the following scores:
Dolphin HD
Sunspider: 5106.4ms +/- 2.7%
Browsermark: 40735
Opera Mobile
Sunspider: 2630.2ms +/- 2.5%
Browsermark:26832
Stock Browser:
Sunspider: 5749.2ms +/- 2.4%
Browsermark:38424
Firefox Beta:
Sunspider: 2520.0ms +/- 2.7%
Browsermark: 43408
Good little insight

It's HTC's browser - look at Firefox and Opera. For reference my G2X with CM7 Stock browser get's 2300ms on Sunspider 0.9.1.
And Opera on G2X gets 2000ms
The Sensation hardware is up to the task, it's just the HTC browser
Why is the stock browser so bad?

Definitely something up with the browser, I suspect its down to something HTC did Lokhor.
If I clear the cache in the Sensation and SGSII and load the same page the SGSII is a lot faster. It would be interesting to have a pure stock Android 2.3.3 browser too, I supect it will be a bit faster than the Sensation, but not as quick as the SGSII (which Samsung improved with hardware acceleration, the reason it can play 1080p flash in the browser smoothly).
There is a serious problem with text entry in the Sensation stock browser too when its in Desktop UA mode (actually this affects all browsers I've tried).
I've switched to Opera for now, as much as anything because its easier to switch to mobile UA where text entry is required.

I also use Opera Mobile but it doesn't render all pages correctly
It's because the browser isn't hardware accelerated I believe.
Stock browser is ok for me. The only problem is its always running at back. Need to kill it every time.

Opera Mobile for sure.
Skyfire is where its at for me!

No way would the stock browser be faster. The vanilla stock browser is by far the worst browser, especially in gingerbread. It's stuttery and choppy as hell. It's the worst thing about the Nexus S, and is one of the reasons why I now own a Sensation. I'd take the HTC browser any day over vanilla.
That said, hardware acceleration in the browser like that found in the SG2 would be very welcome. I don't think you'll see a browser overhaul until ice cream sandwich though. Prove me wrong HTC.
For more speed, Opera mobile is excellent.
I dont really like Opera. Lol.
What.are other browsers that are hardware accelerated?

This was one of the most interesting tests iv'e seen so far, i had no idea that the Google Chrome beta browser performed this good!
Chrome is great! I use it as my daily driver browser and its awesome. The only drawback is not being able to play flash content. However, the instances I need to view that content, I just load up one of my standby browsers. Being, Dolphin HDand Opera Mobile.

Browser Mark looks good.
Sunspider...so and so...scored 1900 ms before on the old Atrix with 2.2 lol
Opera still better overall.
Battery was low on the ONE X which have meant it was doing the tests in power saving mode as well
Good comparision.... i will use chrome too
chrome....the most amazing browser ever...

You should use an app called Flashify if you don't already.
Chrome Beta is well beta, Safari on iOS is usually fairly behind on the WebKit updates.
I have a One X and used to have an iPhone , and I have to say Safari on iOS is fairly decent. Between Chrome Beta and Safari your not going to get major differences, since they use the same rendering engine under hood
Love Chrome Beta!

Having got fed up with Apple nonsense (even with jailbreaking) I sold my iPad 4 and got the note 12 (p900) - I should point out that this is the 3rd time I'd tried to flee Apple, my previous attempts via the original 10in note, and a windows tablet resulted in my fleeing back to Apple. This time tho I think ive finally found an android tablet that ticks all the boxes. However... I'm baffled how it is that Googles own browser chrome runs slower and less effectively on Android than IOS. Pages with gifs e.g. tumblr, senorgif are slow, to the point of not animating, and pages with videos often won't play when clicked, just buffering/spinning forever.
I found that firefox behaves much better, if still not quite as efficiently as chrome on the iPad. I checked task manager and both apps account for less than 30% max cup usage, and not a lot of memory.
It's not enough to make me jump ship - especially now I can have a 64gb sdcard filled with comics! - but it *is* disappointing. =(
I will have to agree with you on this. But Chrome is slow on my Windows 8.1 Ultra book too. But try Chrome Beta...it is a bit faster on the Note Pro

Yup, chrome is horrible yet I somehow put up with it lol. I keep a copy of Dolphin on my gallery as well which performs better on some pages. With some tweaks chrome can be improved a little (google "speed up chrome android" and experiment with flags, especially setting the max tile one to 512) but still will crumble on some pages.
A good example of poor performance on chrome is trying to scroll on Android Central before the page finishes (it's even jerky after).

OMG! Android Central sucks on Chrome! I use Tapatalk when on that site...or their app.

Yup. My wife's iPad 2 works fine for that site though using chrome... Go figure.
Hey
I'm wondering what browsers do you use on your tablets. I'm using aosp one for most of the time but it's pretty slow nowadays and I'm looking for something new. I tried chrome/chromium based browsers and they're fast but ram usage is huge and that makes them work bad with bigger pages.
What browser gives you the best experience on your tab 2?
Sleipnir is my best browser give it a go to see by yourself

I prefer UC browser-fast download.
It is pretty fast and it also has a good media player which supports all formats.
It additionally has a unique night mode which is pretty good.
It also gives us live scores of any sport if asked,Moreover it's only around 18mb in playstore for free.
