Hello, I made an error when adjusting the devlik heap size, after rebooting phone, it would only come up to the Black screen with Samsung Galaxy core prime, I use this phone for work, and I am in IT, just not so much with Android. I actually bought another phone exactly like it and have been trying to transfer the original build.prop from the new phone into the old one(I have 15 days to return it if I can fix it). I have searched for Rom's and anything that could help, but have been unsuccessful at this time, so I am hoping someone here may be able to point me in the right direction. There is no twrp files available either, just fyi.

I'm trying to figure this out, but I'm getting tangled up in my underpants. I just want to salvage my old Galaxy Tab 10.1 P7510. It is old and slow and stupid. I've managed to put TWRP 2.2.0 on it, but that is it. I try to find a nice new shiny ROM, but get overwhelmed quickly. I thought I found one, but it needs a newer TWRP to install it, which I can't seem to find. Can someone just point me to a working TWRP (or CM) and a ROM that will work on this old tab? I will try to install them without asking too much help. Although I'm not sure when to and when not to check USB debugging box during the process. Anyone, anyone? Thanks.

Hello!
I have a Galaxy Note 3 phone that no longer boots after I tried a hard reset. I maybe stupidly cleared that cache and it froze during the process making me remove that battery. Now it just flashes and goes dead when connected to power or when i try switching on.
The challenge is that I don't know the chip type though its MTK. I also am not sure if its Korean or Chinese clone going by the "fake" label.
I also see this "a3_mb_v1.0." on it and dont know if it has to do with the chip. I have tried flashing with the following roms mt6582 and mt6572 both keep getting the message that the scatter file does not match the chip.
Can anyone help me with link to a rom that works?:crying:

One thing is clear, however, what you have is NOT a Samsung Note 3 GT-N9000 if it has an MKT CPU, and no Note 3 ROM will work with it. I suggest that you ask your question with all relevant details in the friendly general Android Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting forum at http://forum.xda-developers.com/android/help. Hi sorry to ask such noob questions but I have just purchased my first Samsung device the Samsung Galaxy Core Prime SM-S820L Straight Talk and I am trying to figure out how to create or get a copy of a stock recovery image it is my understanding that this model is fairly new so there is not much around specific to his model of phone and I have only manged to find a handful of posts on this device, what I need to do is make a stock recovery img then root then install xposed framework so that I can change the "Rom Status" on my phone back to "official" after root changes it to "custom" so that I can still recieve the OTA lollipop update when it is sent out, but to do this I need a recovery first in case any issues arrive any help with this would be greatly appreciated as I have been researching this whole thing for days to no avail and would really like to get this done, thanks so much for your help in advance and again sorry for the noobish post.

I tried rooting it using odin and downloaded the zip file. After it passed the test. My tab rebooted and didnt continue on. Stopped at the samsung welcome design. And just hung there. Nothing happening . As if it crashed
So i downloaded a new firmware with a certain build and installed it using odin but the firmware isnt what i wanted and a lot is changed like it was rewritten. Anyways most of my apps arent working like they used ro and i still cant roor the tab.
Please how can i root my tab even after all this?

i looked and looked for my devices the archos 40 titanium and acer b1 a71 on forums but there seems to be no support on these devices, i know they are low end devices but shouldn"t there be more development on these devices because they are cheaper and therefore more people owns them? i really want to put twrp on these devices but there seems to be no support for them. i was able to put twrp on my samsung galaxy s duos 2 which is also not listed on your devices and not supported by twrp too but there was a tutorial on youtube using odin and i was able to put it and upgrade it to lollipop. i hope somebody out here can help me put twrp on these two devices. thanks a lot in advance.
