[Q] Nothing is mounting and bootloop

I tried to flash the latest CM10 on my phone I was running Pure stock int'l with the latest updates. I unlocked the bootloader, installed TWRP , wiped data/fac reset and got a boot loop. I went back to recovery and wiped everything under Advanced .I realized i needed to flash the boot.img I did that to no avail. Now no matter what I try to do I get (now running clockwork) :

Error mounting /sdcard!
Error mounting /data!
Error can't mount /cache recovery/log
.....and other mount errors (pretty much only /system mounts in the options)
I tried installing the rom again in recovery and the fallowing commands:

adb push rom.zip /sdcard/rom.zip
fastboot flash zip rom.zip
I am stuck with a bootloop and a useless phone ! Please Help !

HELP!! Half-Bricked Phone

I did something stupid and installed rom manager, it corrupted my recovery. I restored to stock rom i found online using odin but it says you need to wipe factory settings to make it boot. The recovery is now the stock one but it displays error messages and when I choosed a command it does nothing. What should I do?
EDIT: I flashed another stock rom this time i could boot into the phone. Some of my apps went missing and superuser went missing. It was a little weird. The recovery still shows errors and no command. It says
"can't access to '/system/csc/VAU/system". I don't think I can root it again and install a custom rom. I dont know what is the right thing to do now. I just want to root it and install a rom
EDIT2: I installed another recovery called Amon-RA recovery and I still get errors. I am thinking maybe the recovery partition is corrupted. I get these errors.

could you please download below files and install with odin.also you need samsung usb driver

I downloaded it and flashed it..AND I REALIZED THAT I WAS STUPID....
YOU DONT PRESS THE POWER BUTTON TO SELECT YOU PRESS HOME BUTTON.... LOL

[Completed] Unable to Mount Preload

i was using belkota rom.
after that i install pure agni kernel.
now i was getting error of unable to mount preload in twrp while installing any other rom than this and i was stuck on samsung logo.

i found the solution for this:
i back upped my rom using twrp
now i install zip file of re partition from this link using twrp:

then i was getting error of unable to mount efs
again i restored my back upped rom and everything goes right.
now i am not getting any error and can install any rom.

Cannot install custom rom (5.1)

Hi!
I have a big problem.. I spent whole day, and I can't resolve it.

Only way to run 5.1 is this app: http://forum.xda-developers.com/moto-g/general/gpe-lollipop-5-1-1click-installer-t3075522
After fresh install of 5.1 im rebooting to recovery (newest twrp, also I had newest bootloader), and flashing minimal os zip...
Then I got:

Ofc. before flashing /system is mounted and working (im able to run Lolipop)... What can I do? Flashing with CWM also isn't succesful...
Please, please help me...

İf you use 5.1 gpe rom on your phone you should use twrp for gpe.img
İ either to facing this problem then i solve this way
But then, when i try install custom rom like cm12.1 does not progress. İt is stuck patching system image unconditionly

Stuck In TWRP Rrecovery Please Help..

So I wanted to install a rom and to do that I started by installing TRWP. Now in TWRP I wanted to make a backup if I wanted to go back but then It gave me an error saying "could not mount /data and unable to find crypto folder.".
Then I tried getting out of the recovery only to be presented by a loop of the boot animation...
What can I do in this situation? Thank you in advance.
