Device: Android one
I was on CM13.1 and then flashed CM12.1 after that i flashed samsung dropbox promotion app and when i restart my device it says
"To start android,enter your password"
But i never encrypted my device
But i enter any password it says"to password you entered is correct but unfortunately your data is corrupt"
It says me to do a factory reset.
So i went to TWRP and wiped sys, data, cache and flashed new CM13 & also CM12 but still it shows the same.
I also tried to restore a backup still nothing happens.
I am getting the same.
Please someone tell me what the hell has happened.

Hello there... If you don't tell us your device model... we can't help...
First register an XDA account... then...
Search on XDA for your device model... (for the proper thread)
If there is no Forum for your device on XDA...
then try asking here:

or here:

Good Luck!

Hello, and thank you for using XDA Assist!
A factory reset would wipe the phone (except system related info), making the encryption null and void (only affects userdata). Odd that it has no effect.
At any rate, I am connecting this thread to the forum where your device experts can be found:
> HTC Butterfly > Butterfly Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting
Please note, in order to respond to replies, you will need to be registered for an XDA account.
Hope this helps, and good luck!
Hello, i have an serioux x501 , and when phone starts from begining it displays an error: Sytem.tool has stoped , if i click ok, the error is displayed again.
I tried factory reset,
I wiped all data and cache , but after restart the error is still showing.
How can i put a new android rom on it since i can't access any menu?
Hi,
I can't find anything relevant on XDA for you. I would suggest you contact the manufacturer about stock firmware and flashing instructions. You could also ask for other ideas here,

Good luck!
Hi everybody,
I have huawei g610 running android 4.2.1
Yesterday, the device starts to restart itself endlessly as soon as it starts up.
I removed the sim and memory cards, I went to recovery mode, restore factory settings and wiped cash partition then restarted the device . I found that factory settings were not restored !!!!!!!!
I repeated the previous steps but I got the same results. Now my phone keeps restarting endlessly.
Can anyone helps me as I have very important contacts on the phone.

Hi there and welcome to assist,
Unfortunately there is nothing about your question/device on XDA forum. Try a Google search first or contact the manufacturer for stock firmware and flashing instructions.
You'll have to create an account to post in the main forums if you have any other questions.
Good luck
