[Completed] huawei g610 keeps rebooting itself - XDA Assist

Hi everybody,
I have huawei g610 running android 4.2.1
Yesterday, the device starts to restart itself endlessly as soon as it starts up.
I removed the sim and memory cards, I went to recovery mode, restore factory settings and wiped cash partition then restarted the device . I found that factory settings were not restored !!!!!!!!
I repeated the previous steps but I got the same results. Now my phone keeps restarting endlessly.
Can anyone helps me as I have very important contacts on the phone.

Hello,
Welcome to XDA.
Is your device rooted? Are you on stock firmware or do you have a custom recovery and custom ROM installed on the device?
You can try flashing your stock firmware to restore the device by whatever PC flashing tool the Ascend uses.

Hello, and thank you for using XDA Assist!
A factory reset would wipe the phone (except system related info), making the encryption null and void (only affects userdata). Odd that it has no effect.
At any rate, I am connecting this thread to the forum where your device experts can be found:

Hope this helps, and good luck!

Hi,
I can't find anything relevant on XDA for you. I would suggest you contact the manufacturer about stock firmware and flashing instructions. You could also ask for other ideas here,

[Completed] Boot loop, no recovery after ID change with Titanium Backup.

Hello everyone, I'm having a problem with my Android. It's stuck in a boot loop, I can't get into recovery mode to wipe data or cache. If I put it to charge the "charge icon" always is like if the battery is completly empty, it appears to never get some charge. It's an EKT-5040, that's why I cannot find a ROM for this device.
All this problem appeared when used Titanium Backup to put a random ID, reset and boot loop. My computer doesn't recognize the device, so I can't install the drivers.
If someone can please help me with this.
Thank you.
PD: Sorry for my english, I keep working on it.
