1)just try to pass it on as fast as you can.
2)if it stops working don't worry give it some time,a message will appear like
a)com.process.android has stopped...
b) settings not responding...
all you have to do is simply press ok to force close them as this will result in restarting of these processes which in turn provide you a boost to the next page.
3)After you successfully enter your system launcher, please don't forget to enable "skip lockscreen feature" provided in Settings/Additional Settings/Developer Options(unlock it by continous tapping on MIUI version info present in Settings/About Phone)
That's all enjoy and have a happy new year
People who have installed it correctly but unable to skip last stage of MIUI then please factory reset device in recovery and after rebooting, fast skip it like the way in this short video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Sc-nlsDAY0U

What Is ClockworkMod Recovery And How To Use It On Android
ClockworkMod – also known as Clockwork or CWM – is a custom recovery for Android phones and tablets that allows you to perform several advanced recovery, restoration, installation and maintenance operations on your Android device that aren’t possible with the stock recovery. In what follows, we will cover all that this recovery is capable of doing, and how to do it. We do not discuss about TWRP (TeamWin Recovery Project) in this thread.
1.All About Android Recovery
All Android devices ship with a recovery console that is basically a partition on the device’s internal memory and can be booted into. The stock recovery of almost all Android devices provides a few basic yet handy options that allow you to factory reset your device and also to recover its operating system using an official ROM in zip format, but that’s all you can do with it. That’s where a custom recovery comes handy.
A custom Android recovery basically replaces the stock recovery with one that lets you do all you can do with the stock recovery, plus a plethora of more options to give you a lot more control on your device. With a custom recovery, you can install official and unofficial ROMs as well as other updates including apps, themes, kernels etc. using zip files, wipe not just user data but pretty much every partition on your device, mount the storage card for USB mass storage access without leaving recovery, partition your SD card, wipe Dalvik cache and battery stats, fix permissions, perform, manage and restore backups and so on.
2.Introduction to ClockworkMod
ClockworkMod recovery is one of the most widely used custom Android recoveries that is available for most mainstream Android devices. It is the needed recovery for AOKP, AOSP, CM. ClockworkMod recovery has been developed by Koushik Dutta (also known as Koush) – the same guy who brought us the Android ROM Manager.
3.Booting into ClockworkMod
On most Android devices including ones by Samsung, you can enter recovery by powering your device off and then powering it back on while keeping either the Volume Up+Home+Power buttons pressed in the same time. This will enter the bootloader from where you can select the ‘RECOVERY’ option by navigating to it with the Volume key and entering it with the ‘Power’ key.
Tour
1. reboot system now
Reboot/restart your phone.
2. apply update from sdcard
This can be used for installation of any official or unofficial update, ROM, kernel, theme etc. That is in a zip format installable from recovery, as long as the file is named update.zip and it has been placed on the root of your SD card (i.e. not in any sub-folder). Selecting this option (and most of the options featured below) will bring up a rather annoying confirmation prompt but this has saved us on multiple occasions from a lot of trouble we would have been into due to accidental key presses. This is what we are talking about:
3. wipe data/factory reset
This option wipes all user data on the device as well as cache. Doing this will leave your phone in the state it was in when you bought it or when any custom ROM was first installed. It will also wipe any sd-ext partition that you might have setup (more on this later).
4. wipe cache partition
Wipes the cache partition of the device to clear all the data accumulated there over use. This is often used before installing a new ROM, app, kernel or any similar mod via recovery.
5. install zip from sdcard
This option brings up the following sub-menu:
a. apply /sdcard/update.zip
This one is essentially the same as the ‘apply update from sdcard’ option of the main menu.
b. choose zip from sdcard
Lets you install any zip file (with any name) from any location on your SD card. The file can be for a ROM, a kernel, an application, a theme or any mod as long as it is in recovery-flashable zip format. This is the most widely used option for installing a ROM that you have downloaded and copied to your SD card.
c. toggle signature verification
Turns the signature verification on and off. When signature verification is on, you will not be able to install any custom ROMs that haven’t been signed by the developers (most custom ROMs aren’t signed). Switching it off skips the signature verification check and proceeds with the installation.
d. toggle script asserts
Seldom-used option for a vast majority of users. It simply turns script asserts on or off. If you don’t know about these (we don’t), it’s best not to change this option.
e. +++++Go Back+++++
Takes you back to the main recovery menu, obviously!
6. backup and restore
Undoubtedly one of the most important features provided by a custom recovery, the backup and restore feature – also known as Nandroid backup – allows you to take a snapshot of your phone’s entire internal memory including all partitions, and save it on the SD card.
a. Backup
Takes a Nandroid backup, as explained above.
b. Restore
Lets you restore a previously taken backup. Entering this option presents you with a list of existing backups from the SD card that you can choose from for restoration.
c. Advanced Restore
This option is similar to the Restore option but once a backup has been selected to be restored, this option allows you to choose what parts of it to restore. You can choose to restore the boot, system, data, cache and sd-ext partitions.
7. mounts and storage
Allows you to perform maintenance tasks on all the internal and external partitions of your android device
a. mount/unmount /system, /data, /cache, /sdcard or /sd-ext
These options let you toggle between mounting or unmounting these respective partitions. Most users don’t need to change these options.
b. format boot, system, data, cache, sdcard or sd-ext
These let you directly format any of these partitions. Take extreme care with this option as formatting any of these partitions will result in losing all data on them, especially the boot and system partitions. Formatting the system partition will remove your ROM and leave your phone without an operating system while wiping the boot partition may brick your phone unless you restore or flash another one before rebooting your device.
c. mount USB storage
Lets you enable USB mass storage mode for your SD card right from recovery so that you can connect it to your computer via USB and transfer any files to/from it without having to leave recovery.
8. advanced
This section contains a few options most users will not require, though these can come handy quite often, especially wiping Dalvik cache, which is required before most ROM installations.
1. Reboot Recovery
Lets you directly and very conveniently reboot from recovery right back into recovery. This is useful option for certain back-to-back installations that require the device to at least boot once between them.
2. Wipe Dalvik Cache
Allows you to wipe the cache for the Dalvik virtual machine (the custom-built Java virtual machine for Android). This is required before most ROM installations and at other occasions too, for fixing some problems.
3. Wipe Battery Stats
Wipes the saved battery usage statistics and effectively recalibrates the battery. Useful in various scenarios when Android isn’t showing correct battery levels.
4. Report Error
In case of errors, this feature can be used to save a log of recent ClockworkMod recovery operations on the SD card that you can later report from Android using ROM Manager.
5. Key Test
Lets you press any of the hardware keys to see if they are properly functioning, and to see their key codes.
6. Partition SD Card
This option gives you a no-frills way to partition your SD card properly for use with ROMs that support data2ext (a very handy hack for low internal memory devices that enables an /sd-ext partition on the SD card to be used as the internal user data storage i.e. as the /data partition). Once this option is selected, you will be given options to choose the sizes for the /sd-ext partition as well as an optional /swap partition on the SD card, and will then automatically format it for you, leaving the remaining space for normal SD card usage. This option will wipe all data from your SD card so use it with caution!
7. Fix Permissions
Fixes the file permissions for the internal memory partitions back to default. This is very useful as a fix for several errors and Force-Closes that start appearing after you or an application you installed and provided root access end up messing up the permissions of important files.
4.Using ClockworkMod for ROM, kernel, apps, theme or mod installation
While in the complete feature tour we have already shown you how to install a ROM, kernel, app, theme or any similar mod from a recovery-flashable zip file using the recovery options, those of you who jumped straight to this section expecting to get just this information quickly are at the right place!
This guide is primary focused on a full feature tour of CWM but in our previously written guide on how to flash a ROM or app from a zip to an Android device file from recovery, we have already covered in detail how to use ClockworkMod for installing any ROM, kernel, app, theme or mod using a recovery-flashable zip file. While that guide is based on an older version of ClockworkMod recovery, everything in it still applies to the latest versions and should work flawlessly.
5.How To Install A ROM or App from zip file to Android device from recovery
Please note that the terms ‘installing’ and ‘flashing’ can be used interchangeably here and will mean the same thing.
Rooting your device renders its warranty void.
ALWAYS take backups before rooting or flashing a custom ROM or app to your phone.
Flashing a defective ROM or app to your phone might brick it so choose the ROMs and software that you flash wisely and never install a ROM or application from an untrusted source.
AddictiveTips will not be liable if your device gets damaged or bricked during the process.
Official ROM updates from device manufacturers or carriers are released in conveniently packaged installation files that you can run on your computer while your Android device is connected to it, and they automatically take care of updating your phone’s system. Similarly, most applications are available directly in the Android Market for easy installation, or come packaged as convenient ‘.apk’ files that you can just run on your Android phone to install. The case is not the same with most custom ROMs and several custom applications, which come in .zip files rather than PC installers or .apk files.
The idea of installing a customized operating system to their smartphone can be quite intimidating for inexperienced users. Though once they get used to it, some of them end up trying out different ROMs for their devices several times a day. While I don’t exactly recommend that you flash every new ROM that is made available for your Android phone, we are here to help you get over the fear of flashing a ROM that enhances the capabilities of your device so that you can use it to its fullest potential.
Here is a quick look at what we will be covering in this guide. Feel free to skip to the real deal if you already meet the prerequisites.
• Before We Begin: Battery Check
• Before We Begin: Unlocking the Bootloader (Stock Android Devices Only)
• Before We Begin: Rooting
• Before We Proceed: Installing a Custom Recovery
• The Real Deal: Installing a Custom ROM to your Phone
• The Real Deal: Installing an App From a Zip File to your Phone
There are certain steps that you might not require, and we shall be mentioning them in each section.
Before We Begin: Battery Check
Before you proceed with any of the following steps, make sure your phone’s battery level is not too low. It is recommended to have it at 50% or more. Do NOT take this lightly. If your phone’s battery runs out while you are attempting to flash a custom ROM, there is a significant chance of your phone getting bricked and becoming unusable PERMANENTLY.
Before We Begin:Unlocking the Bootloader (Stock Android Devices Only)
Note: This step applies only to Android devices with stock version of Android installed. At the moment, Google Nexus One and Nexus S are the only two such devices available. You may skip this step if you are using any other Android device.
Users of stock Android devices such as the Google Nexus One or Nexus S also need to unlock its bootloader before they can proceed. Once you have done this, you may proceed to the next step.
Before We Begin: Rooting
Note: You may skip this step if your device is already rooted, or if you already know how to root it.
Before you can install a custom ROM to your device, your phone needs to be rooted. Rooting is basically administrator or root level access required to perform administrative tasks on your Android device. Once you are done with the rooting process, you may proceed to the next step.
Before We Proceed: Installing A Custom Recovery
Note: You may skip this step if you already have a custom recovery installed on your device.
Rooting grants you the necessary access level to execute administrative tasks on your Android device but it is the recovery that provides the tools necessary to actually perform those tasks. While every Android device ships with a recovery, the stock recovery is quite limited in what it lets you do, and you need a custom recovery image to perform advanced operations on your device. Once you have a custom recovery installed on your phone, you will be ready to proceed to the next step.
The Real Deal: Installing a Custom ROM to your Phone
Now that you have a custom recovery installed on your phone, you can perform all sorts of wonderful advanced operations on your device and this includes the ability to flash a ROM or application from a zip file. The procedure is pretty standard for most ROMs, though there are certain ROMs which require additional steps for their installation. Since those steps differ from ROM to ROM, pay attention to instructions and this includes only the standard instructions here.
• Manually
1. Download the ROM from the link given in the article featuring that ROM. It should be a zip file.
2. Connect your phone to your computer via USB and mount its storage card.
3. Copy the downloaded ROM to the root of the storage card.
4. Power your phone off and reboot it into recovery. This will involve using a combination of your device’s hardware keys. Once in recovery, you can navigate its menu using the volume up and volume down hardware keys or your phone’s trackball / optical track pad if it comes equipped with one.
5. Use the ‘backup and restore’ feature of recovery to backup your existing ROM installation, software and data. This step is known as performing a nandroid backup. ALWAYS perform a backup before flashing a custom ROM, UNLESS you can afford to lose everything that’s on your phone at the moment.
Note: ALWAYS choose to perform the following steps 6, 7 and 8 UNLESS the ROM you are attempting to flash is an updated version of the same ROM that you are currently using, and is compatible with the current installation’s data. It is usually mentioned with the update whether you can install it over a previous version without wiping its data or not.
6. Get back to the main recovery menu and use the option ‘wipe data/factory reset’. You will be prompted to confirm this action. Select “Yes – Delete all user data”.
7. From the main recovery menu, select ‘wipe cache partition’. You will be prompted to confirm this action. Select ‘Yes – Wipe Cache’.
8. From the main recovery menu, enter the ‘advanced’ menu. From this menu, select ‘Wipe Dalvik Cache’. You will be prompted to confirm this action. Select ‘Yes – Format/System’.
9. From the main recovery menu, enter the ‘Mounts and Storage’ menu. From this menu, select ‘Format/System’. You will be prompted to confirm this action. Select ‘Yes – Wipe Dalvik Cache’.
10. Go back to the main recovery menu by pressing the back button and select the ‘Install zip from SD card’ option.
11. Select ‘choose zip from sdcard’ to get a list of the files and folders on your SD card. Scroll to the ROM’s file that you copied there in step 3, and select it. You will be prompted to confirm this action. Select ‘Yes – Install file_name.zip’ where file_name.zip is the name of the zip file that you are trying to install.
12. Wait patiently while the ROM is flashed to your phone via recovery.
13. Once the installation is complete, head back to the main recovery menu if you aren’t there, and select ‘reboot system now’. Your phone will now boot into the newly installed ROM.
The Real Deal: Installing an App From a Zip File to your Phone
While most apps for Android devices are available at the app store for direct download and installation or as .apk files for direct installation, there are certain apps which are only available as zip files installable from recovery. Their installation procedure is the same as installing a custom ROM that we just featured above. However, there are a few minute differences.
• When installing an app from a zip file, you do NOT need to perform the ‘wipe data/factory reset’ or ‘wipe/system’ step so NEVER do that unless you know what you are doing, have a complete backup and want to start using your ROM as a fresh installation with the new app added.
• You might or might not need to wipe the cache and the dalvik cache for installing apps from zip file. This varies from app to app and the developers of such apps as well as many reviewers including us mention when featuring an app whether it requires a cache and dalvik cache wipe or not. However, it never hurts to wipe these caches anyway, and it does not effect the data on your device or its storage card.
There you go, this concludes the guide on how to flash a ROM or app from a zip file to your Android device using a custom recovery. To try out the skills that you just learned, search our site for custom ROMs for your phone and start flashing, always remembering to take backups first!
Important note: This guide is retrieved from the VeNum Complete Guide with only few additions and corrections by me, so All thanks should go to him!

Nandroid Backup - CWM
What is a Nandroid Backup?
It is a full backup of the partitions on your device’s NAND flash (NAND actually stands for NOT AND, which in simple terms means an electronic gate). Basically a backup of your phones hard drive if you will...
The Nandroid Backup is a snapshot of your device (it means everything on your phone – your apps, data, your current ROM and even the kernel is backed up) at the time you do the back up. If you restore the back up, it changes your phone BACK to that state. You will need custom recovery (CWM/TWRP). So make sure you have CWM or TWRP on your device.
The SD Card data is not backed up in the process. Although, the Nandroid Backup itself is created on your SD card. Make sure you have enough space on your SD card to make a COMPLETE copy of your phone.
It’s highly recommended that once you have done a backup, you manually copy it to your computer in case your sd card is wiped or corrupted.
Pre-requisites:
1. Rooted Device:
2. Custom Recovery (CWM or TWRP)
While the OS is running you cannot do a backup. The boot loader in the recovery enables you to take a backup of the OS while it’s not running.
How to Make a Nandroid Backup via CWM:
Backup via CWM:
1.Boot into Recovery pressing in the same time Volume Up + Home + Power buttons for our Galaxy S Advance phones
2. Select ‘Backup and Restore’ from the recovery.
Once you are in recovery, scroll down to the option ‘Backup and Recovery’ with volume Up/Down and select it (Power button for select).
3. Start the backup.
Once you are on the Nandroid screen, select ‘Backup’ to start the backup process. You have the option to ‘Restore’ backup on the same screen.
The backup process may take a while. Take a break for a coffee.
4. Transfer the backup to your computer (recommended).
Once you reboot, you can see the backup in the ‘clockworkmod/backup/…’ (or similar file) directory on your SD card.
Move, copy, or paste this folder on your PC safely.
Restore from a Nandroid Backup via CWM:
1. Boot your device into CWM and navigate to the Nandroid screen.
2. Choose ‘Restore’ and begin the process.
If you select ‘Advanced Restore’ option, you may select which part of the backup to restore – i. e. the boot, system, data or cache. Or choose the whole backup.
3. Reboot your device. Your system is now restored and is exactly the same as the time when the backup was taken.

Hey I have one suggestion. Instead of showing everything and giving the info a stretched out look, you should only show the headings and hide data using spoilers. That way people can read what they want to without too much scrolling!

[instructions]
PRO:
1) THE USER INTERFACE IS VERY FAST,AND IT LOOKS VERY GOOD,IT HAS NICE ANIMATIONS AND EVERYTHING RELATED TO THIS.
2)THE CAMERA IS IMPOROVED.YOU NEED TO REDUCE THE EXPOSURE A BIT IN ORDER TO GET FULL SMOOTHNESS BUT THAT'S IT.IT JUST HAS MORE DETAIL THAN 4.2.2.
3)NO BLOATWARES,NOTHING.YOU CHOOSE WHAT TO INSTALL,HOW TO PERSONALIZE YOUR PHONE.
4)ALL THE CM11 FEATURES AND CUSTOMIZATIONS.
5)IT'S JUST KITAT,YOU WILL SIMPLY LOVE IT.
CONS:
1) INTERNAL STORAGE DOESN'T FULLY WORK.WHAT DOES IT MEAN?
- IF YOU INSTALL AN APP,A GAME,ANYTHING FROM PLAYSTORE,YOU CAN'T MOVE IT TO INTERNAL STORAGE.THIS OPTIONS JUST ISN'T THERE.
-THE INTERNAL STORAGE ISN'T SHOWN IN SETTINGS->STORAGE
-YOU CAN ACCESS THE INTERNAL STORAGE WITH A FILES BROWSER(STOCK ONE FROM CM11 IS GOOD).
-IF YOU WANT A BIG GAME,YOU CAN PUT IT'S CACHE IN INTERNAL STORAGE(BY CONNECTING THE PHONE TO PC) AND THEN INSTALL THE APK.IT WILL WORK.THIS WON'T WORK IF YOU PUT THE GAME'S CACHE ON SD CARD.
-ABOUT 300 MB WILL BE TAKEN BY SYSTEM(I DON'T KNOW WHY,HOW,BUT THIS HAPPENED TO ME).ANYWAY,IT'S NOT AN ISSUE
2)BLUETOOTH DOESN'T WORK.THAT'S JUST IT,NO WORKAROUND AT THIS MOMENT.I RARELY USE BT SO THIS ISN'T AN ISSUE FOR ME.I USE INTERNET TO SHARE FILES(WHATSAPP/FB/ETC)
3)IN CAMERA,YOU CAN'T SAVE THE PHOTOS/VIDEOS ON SD-CARD.THE CAMERA WILL FC.HOWEVER,AFTER THE DCIM FOLDER GETS LARGER,YOU CAN MOVE THEM MANUALLY TO SD CARD BY CONNECTING YOUR PHONE TO THE PC.
[HOW TO INSTALL]
I WILL RECOMMEND A CLEAR INSTALL(FULL FORMAT) AND THIS IS HOW MY TUTORIAL WILL BE BUILD.
0)Reflash your firmware.I did it this way to make sure I get rid off all bugs(optional).
ALSO MAKE SURE YOUR BOOTLOADER IS UNLOCKED.
0.5)[edit] Format system before step 8 ! [you'll find this option in recovery]
1)Back-up contacts, apps, etc and save everything you need from sd card(optional ~ if you want to format it too) and from internal storage and format them.
2)Reboot your phone, connect it to pc and in internal storage create a folder named " 0 " (without quotes) and move all folders and files there(the one that Android automatically creates). This will be your new internal storage.Whatever is outside that folder (0) it won't be accessible after flashing CM11.
3)DOWNLOAD ALL THOSE FILES: https://www.mediafire.com/?tdqp9embzum4ecd,y25w433x4f562eq,llv22wd5200nc39,yhh4h41tdsdl58w
4)MOVE ALL OF THEM(EXCEPT CM11.RAR) IN THE " 0 " FOLDER.
5)EXTRACT CM11.RAR ON DESKTOP.YOU SHOULD GET 2 FILES ( SYSTEM.IMG AND BOOT.IMG )
6)DOWNLOAD AND INSTALL FLASHTOOL: http://www.flashtool.net/download.php
7)INSTALL FLASHTOOL DRIVERS.GO TO C:/FLASHTOOL/DRIVERS AND INSTALL THE DRIVER.DURING THE PROCESS,TICK WHEN ASKED: FLASHMODE DRIVERS / FASTBOOT MODE DRIVERS / COMMON DRIVERS FOR TAOSHAN PLATFORM AND PROCEED.IF YOU'RE ON WINDOWS 8 CHECK THIS OUT: http://theconfuzedsourcecode.wordpr...install-flashtool-drivers-on-windows-8-64bit/
8)TURN OFF YOUR PHONE,REMOVE BATTERY AND REINSERT IT.START FLASHTOOL ON PC,KEEP VOLUME UP PRESSED WHILE CONNECTING YOUR PHONE TO PC VIA USB.IF EVERYTHING IS GOOD THE PROGRAM SHOULD SAY "DEVICE CONNECTED IN FASTBOOT MODE" AND YOU CAN RELEASE THE VOLUME UP BUTTON.IF NOT,CHECK OUT THE DRIVERS AGAIN.
9)IN THE TOP LEFT CORNER YOU'LL SEE AN ICON (LIKE A THUNDER ~ FLASHTOOL ICON).CLICK IT AND SELECT FASTBOOT MODE.A NEW WINDOW WILL APPEAR
10) CLICK ON " SELECT SYSTEM TO FLASH" , GO TO SYSTEM.IMG AND SELCT IT( WHERE YOU EXTRACTED THE CM11 RAR FILE ~ IF YOU DID AS I SAID IT SHOULD BE ON DESKTOP) AND WAIT ABOUT 2-3 MINUTES.THE PROGRAM DOESN'T CLEARLY SAY WHEN IT'S FINISHED( IT WILL WRITE " CHECK THE LOGS BEFORE REBOOTING TO SYSTEM " ) . AFTER 2-3 MINUTES CLICK ON "SELECT KERNEL TO FLASH " AND SELECT BOOT.IMG.IT WILL TAKE 5 SECONDS OR SO.
11)AFTER THIS CLICK "REBOOT TO SYSTEM" AND WAIT FOR PHONE TO BOOT UP.YOU CAN DISCONNECT THE USB AND CLOSE FLASHTOOL.
12)OPTIMIZE THE PHONE A LITTLE.IF YOU WANT TO DISABLE SYNC BEFORE FLASHING GAPPS(I DID THIS BECAUSE I DON'T NEED SYNC ~ I RECOMMEND TO DISABLE SYNC AND MANUALLY SYNC ANYTHING YOU NEED LATER) GO TO SETTINGS-> INTERFACE - > QUICK SETTINGS PANEL -> TILES AND LAYOUT -> TAP THE " ADD + " BUTTON AND SELECT SYNC.THEN DISABLE IT FROM NOTIFICATION BAR (TAP IT).AFTER THIS REBOOT AND LEAVE THE PHONE ASIDE FOR A WHILE.
13)DOWNLOAD GAPPS.CHOSE WHATEVER YOU NEED.I CHOOSED MICRO MODULAR PACKAGE AS I DON'T USE GOOGLE SERVICES.I RECOMMEND YOU TO DO THE SAME IF YOU MORE FREE RAM.HERE'S THE LINK TO CHOOSE: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2397942
14)CONNECT YOUR PHONE TO PC ( FIRSTLY GO TO STORAGE -> TAP ON OPTIONS AND SELECT MTP MODE) AND MOVE PA_GAPPS ZIP TO INTERNAL STORAGE/0 (IN THE FOLDER WHERE graphical_glitches_fix / kitkat modules / UPDATE-SuperSU-v1.94 zips are ).
15)DISCONNECT YOUR PHONE FROM PC,PRESS POWER BUTTON AND REBOOT.WHEN THE LED LIGHTS UP AND SONY'S LOGO PRESS VOLUME DOWN.THIS WILL GET YOU IN RECOVERY.DO A FACTORY RESET AND REBOOT.
16)ENTER RECOVERY AGAIN -> GO TO INSTALL ZIP -> FIND THE " 0 " FOLDER (IT'S IN SDCARD FOLDER) AND SELECT graphical_glitches_fix AND FLASH IT.REBOOT.DO THIS FOR THE REST OF THE ZIPS IN THIS ORDER:KitKat modules by stenly , UPDATE-SuperSU-v1.94 , pa_gapps-modular-micro-4.4.2-20140412-signed .AFTER FLASHING THE LAST ZIP TAP WIPE CACHE/DALVIK CACHE AND REBOOT.
AGAIN,I RECOMMEND A REBOOT BETWEEN FLASHING ZIPS EVEN IF TWRP GIVES YOU TO OPTIONS TO SELECT UP TO 10 ZIPS TO FLASH THEM ALL AT A TIME.
17)AFTER THE PHONE BOOTS UP,PLAY A LITTLE WITH IT AND DO A FINAL SIMPLE REBOOT.
18)GO TO CAMERA AND TAKE A PHOTO.IT'S VERY IMPORTANT,THIS WILL GET INTERNAL STORAGE TO BE SEEN BY THE FILE MANAGER.AFTER THIS YOU CAN CHECK INTERNAL STORAGE(IT'S CALLED " 0 ") WITH THE FILE MANAGER.
19)IF YOU GET CAMERA FORCE CLOSE DO A REBOOT.I GOT FC FIRST TIME AND AFTER A REBOOT SINCE YESTERDAY I HAVEN'T EXPERIENCED ANY FC.DO NOT CHOOSE THE CAMERA TO SAVE PHOTOS ON SD CARD.IF YOU HOWEVER DO THIS,GO TO SETTINGS-> APPS -> ALL APPS AND WIPE CACHE FOR CAMERA APP.ALSO REMEMBER TO REDUCE EXPOSURE A LITTLE IF THE CAMERA ISN'T 100% SMOOTH.
20) CONNECT YOUR PHONE TO PC,MOVE BACK ALL YOUR FILES YOU'VE INITIALLY BACKED-UP AND THAT'S IT.IN ORDER TO RESTORE CONTACTS FROM SD CARD,FIND THE PIM00001.VCF FILE AND TAP ON IT.OPEN IT WITH CONTACTS AND IT'LL RESTORE ALL CONTACTS.FOR SOME REASONS,MY CONTACTS ARE SHOWING THE PHONE NUMER TWICE,I DON'T UNDERSTAND WHY BUT IT'S NOT A BIG DEAL AND I HAVEN'T THOUGHT ABOUT IT MUCH.
PERSONAL OPPINION: I'VE BEEN USING THIS CM11 FOR COUPLE OF HOURS( ~ 24 HOURS ) AND I DON'T HAVE ANY COMPLAIN.IT'S SMOOTH,EVERYTHING ELSE WORKS,IT'S FAST.

in your next version ( I hope so ),
After doing all the installation steps and after putting your touch in themes, camera modification and other stuff,
Can you just make a single flashable zip or even a nandroid backup of the whole rom then upload it
it will make it much easier for us, specially those who don't have an available pc right now like me

People always asking again and again on flashing ROMs, Recovery, GApps, Root etc. So, I have made detailed step by step guide for this. Hope now it will be clear to everyone for these processes:
BEFORE YOU DO ANYTHING FROM FOLLOWING, PLEASE MAKE ANANDROID BACKUP, BEST WITH TWRP!!!BECAUSE TWRP CAN MAKE BACKUP INCLUDING PRESIST AND MODEMST PARTITIONS!!![/CENTER]
GUIDE TO FLASH STOCK ROM:
NOTE:
1. Be sure to backup all important data (contacts, messages, call records, etc.) before proceeding
2. Ensure that Phone Battery is at least 40%.
3. Downloaded required STOCK ROM.
4. Phone with Stock Recovery.
STEPS:
1. Copy the downloaded zipped STOCK ROM to the root directory of External SD card or Internal SD card.
2. Power-off the phone.
3. Put the phone in the Recovery Mode and for this you need to press Vol+ and Power button at the same time for few secs and then release the Power Button.
4. In the Stock Recovery, perform wipe data/factory reset and wipe cache partition (In the menu, use +/- volume keys to scroll up/down & power button for confirmation).
5. Depending on which SD card you have copied the zipped STOCK ROM, choose "Apply update from /sdcard" or "Apply update from external /sdcard" accordingly.
6. Select the zipped STOCK ROM to flash.
7. Wait until you get the confirmation of successful flashing.

8. After completion, in the Fastboot menu, select "Boot recovery".
9. If the Custom Recovery was flashed succesfully, you will get CWM or TWRP recovery menu.
10. Perform wipe data/factory reset and wipe cache partition.
11. To flash the firmware: Select "Install ZIP" >> "choose zip from sdcard0 or sdcard1" depending on which SD card you have copied the ROM, external or internal >> Select Custom ROM >> Click Yes to flash selected ROM.
12. Wait until you get the confirmation of successful flashing.
13. Reboot the phone by selecting "reboot system now".

APPS taht can be remover (thanx navin_n)
If you have already Rooted your device then you can easily uninstall the system apps using "Root Uninstallers" available in Google Play.
However, for me , i prefer to use Root Explorer and delete the apps from system folder. The following apps are safe to delete but still i advise you to backup the files before deleting. If you use Root Explorer, make sure to change attribute of the system folder from Read Only (R/O) to Read Write (R/W) when deleting.
Be ware you make it on your own!! If there is also odex file, delete them too!!!
APPs that can be deleted:
folder --> /system/app
nubia_account.apk - only if you log in in nubia account (maybe you need this to use themes)
nubia_Calculator_v1.2.1.apk - calculator app (i dont like it so i installe another one and delete this)
nubia_Calendar_v1.0.apk - nubia calendar app
nubia_ClockWidget.apk - clock widget

Hi,
there ar ea lot of Chinese phones, this phone is ment to be sell china only.
There are many forums but in Chinese.
I wrote a little review on gizchina.cz (is in Czech language,so use google translator)
TIP
For new users i recommend do this:
-boot your phone and see vhich version of formware you have (latest at this time is 0.50).
-If you have 0.44, then go to dialer and dial ##36. You get to the menu where you can select which server will be used for updates (at this time is 0.50 only for few people for feedback). then go to ybout phone and tap serach for updates and you get the update.
-after update is installed, go to about phone and tap 5times "build number" line , go back and go to "more" and "developer option" and turn on usb debugging.
-launch my root.bat, select root your phone and th ephone will reboot to bootloader and will be rooted.
-now you can install custom recovery (from my bat.file) it is bilangual CWM 6.0.4.9 recovery. Everything works fine as i used it.
-now after root and cwm recovery installed, make backup of your 0.50 rom and then you can proceed to delete bloatware (a lot of bloatware).
for rotted phones with CWM recovery:
if you want to make update from ZTE OTA, you have to load original recovery, the one in my package is not functional with update to 0.50 and above, so you have to flash from CWM recovery this package, then reboot and get the proper stock recovery, which will be functional with the update 0.44-0.50 and later.

Thanks for the info! I'm currently updating to 0.5 and will let you know if I manage to root it too.
I`ve read the review and mine phone too has the squeaky back cover. It started squeaky after just few back panel removals. This is not a concern for me, but I wanted to ask you something else: How is you call quality? When I do calls the other side can hear me perfectly but the sound through my ear speaker is muffled and not very clear. Increasing the volume make it even worse. Do you experience such an issue?
-the back cover is really squeaky (i allready ordered another one)
-I am very happy vith the call quality. I had a nexus s whos volume vas up to 100%. Now i am about 60% and everything is loud and clear as i can hear
root and installing cwm is like a charm..i made it in the las 2 weeks (as i own the phone) about 10times
one Question: If you reboot the device do you also have the message "android is upgrading" every time no matter what you do or not do with the system?

- I tried updating to 0.5 both through FOTA and with direclty downloaded update from the chinese official site to the sd card, but I always get some error (forgot what it was), will try tomorrow once again.
- My apps are upgrade after each reboot too. I was hoping that 0.5 will fix this issue, but It seems this is not the case.
- I'm on the hunt for a new back cover too, but I will wait for the official blue ones Share your thoughts on the one you purchased after a few days of usage
My only problem with the phone I experience is the bad incoming sound quality during calls. I will have try another sim card.
ps: boy this phone is a beauty

Hi, can you please tell the name of chinese official site for our phone? thanks!
SITES IN cHINESE LANGUAGE
Hello,
so there are many sites. To see attachments you have to register to the sites, which is a little bit tricky due to instatnt need of translation in the registration process, but it can be done.
official with a lot of new information also from ZTE service:ztehn.com
the best for custom ROM and Recovery (development):anzhi.com
to see anzhi.com you need to add two adress in your windows hosts file see here
also some good information can be found here on myzte.cn
another tip
-If you get the "android is upgrading" on every boot, then you have to uninstall titanium backup, reboot, wait 3 minutes and let the system settle down, then install titanium again, reboot, and its done.
-if you want to restore WIFI access point and passwords form Titanium Backup, use backup from tar file, not from XML!!!
Waiting on a custom rom
Hello everyone,
I used the method I found at needrom.
It did the trick; the device was rooted, gapps installed, an multilangual.
But I didn't manage to install the latest update (50). I thought it was because the device was rooted, so I removed root, whitout succes, I am still not able to install the update.
Also I think the contact manager is buggy; newly added contacts dissapear after rebooting the device, it doesn't matter if I sync the device. I have to import my contacts from my SD card every time this happens.
So, I hope there comes a good custom rom for this device with this excellent hardware! I have Miui unofficiall on my Xiaomi Mi2s, it works like a charm. I hope soon this device appears on the list one of these days
update
-if you installed the ROm from needrom, i think you cannot upgrade to 0.50.
-on www.ztehn.com you can download the full 0.50 rom (only english and chinese language) this rom you can flash.
-contacts: If you are in contacts, press "more" and "advanced" and check the "default storage" it must be set to your google account. Then go back and check "display settings" and check which accounts are to show in contact list.
I had same problem and the problem was, that all new contact automaticly save to local storage and i have the local storage unchecked to display..so i havent seen my newly added contacts!!!
I have same issue
I have same isse. I dont hear anyone. But everyone hear me. i think that built in speaker doesnt work.

Like this MIUI ROM based on the latest Android 4.4.2? We love it too and we know you are looking forward to install it on your phone now. Now please read below for important tips on how to make sure your installation goes smooth and you do not end up with any problems.
Backup and some important tips
Done with USB Driver? Good. Now here we go for some work that you must do before installing this firmware. Please follow the important points that you need to take care of, as we don’t want anyone losing their personal data or apps:
Backup your all important data and apps because during any installation of a new custom ROM or Official Firmware , your device will be wiped and cleaned with new operating system. Make a backup for just in case, you never know when anything might go wrong.
Samsung user can also backup data by using Official Sumsang Kies. If you backup data manually, you will get more options for what to choose from. You can also move your data to other Android devices from different manufacturers, i.e moving Samsung Galaxy S5 backup data to Google Nexus 10. If you already have a custom recovery (ClockworkMod, TWRP etc.) installed on your phone, we strongly recommend a backup using that as it creates a complete image of your existing phone set up.
Few more important things that you must remember before installing any custom ROMs or Official Firmwares:
You might face some problems in connecting your Android device to the computer. How to fix? You need to enable USB debugging mode. See here: How to Enable USB Debugging — for Gingerbread, Ice Cream Sandwich and KitKat.
Make sure your Android device is charged up to 80-85% battery level. This might help you: How to Check Battery Percentage. Why? Because, if your phone goes off suddenly while installing a custom ROM, flashing an official firmware update or installing mods etc. — your phone might get bricked or go dead permanently. No one wants that, right?
Most of the tutorials and how-to guides on iDroid Horizon are for factory unlocked Android devices. We recommend NOT to try our guides if your device is locked to a carrier, unless we have specified the device model or carrier name.
All set and ready? Good. Now, let’s proceed with the tutorial below and update Galaxy Note 3 N900/N9000Q to MIUI ROM v5 (4.9.26) KitKat 4.4.2 custom firmware.

Step 5 - Now to get in the Recovery Mode. Switch ON the phone while pressing and holding Volume Up + Home + Power buttons together. You will get an exclamation mark now. Again, hold your Volume Up + Power buttons. You should now be in your Recovery Mode.

Step 9 - Then go back to the main recovery screen and select “install zip from SD card”.
Step 10 - Now select “choose zip from sdcard”. Using your volume keys, navigate to the MIUI ROM v5 file that you copied to your SD card and select it using the Power button. Confirm the installation on the next screen and the installation procedure should start now.
Step 11 - After the installation completes, go to “+++++Go Back+++++” and reboot the phone by selecting “reboot system now”
Note: Repeat the same step of installation as in step 10 with Google Apps after installing MIUI ROM v5.
Your Galaxy Note 3 will boot now and it might take about 5 minutes to boot on your first time. So, please wait.
