[Q] WP 7.8 OEM Update for Lumia 710(RM 803)

Hi,
My device is Lumia 710 RM-803 Variant, I can't find link for [CAB]OEM Update for this variant, one which is listed(here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1306415) is of RM 809. Can anyone please help me out with this!

I came from Android and have some questions, unlocked it is the same than unbranded?
I bought and unlocked At&T Lumia 820, I still depends of AT&T updates?

I want to use it in my country (not in USA)

Could you unlock it?? Im in the same process as someone sold me a blacklisted IMEI phone

I have bought unlock code on eBay and it worked but I'm not sure that my phone was really blacklisted.
it takes up to 25 days from order and there is no 100% guarantee that it will work for you too, but it's worth to try
you can contact this seller
maybe they can help you. and I assume that you don't want to use it in USA

if the phone has bad IMEI at this point the unlock is impossible

[Q] Anybody know to make unlock patch/tool for Nokia lumia 820

Hi!
Does anybody knows how to make PATCH or TOOL so I can unlock the phone ?
I have 5 phones Nokia LUMIA 820 locked to AT&T and need to find unlocking solution for that... so that phone will accept sim cards from other carriers ...
I can pay for working solution
