There is none.
I'm 99% these are copied straight from htcmania forums.

12. Using the work of others.
If you are developing something that is based on the work of another Member, you MUST first seek their permission and you must give credit to the member whose work you used. If a dispute occurs about who developed / created a piece of work, first try to settle the matter by private message and NOT in open forum. If this fails, you may then contact a Moderator and provide clear evidence that the work was created by you.
Convincing evidence will result in the copied work being removed. If there is no clear evidence that it was you who created the work, then in the spirit of sharing, all work will remain posted on the forums.
As an addition, developers have the right to hold exclusivity over their work for as long as it is deemed necessary by that developer. However, if the work is claimed as exclusive, it must remain as such. No selective sharing will be allowed (ie, allowing certain people to use it and not others). If the developer decides to start sharing the work with others, the work automatically becomes available for all to use, albeit with the relevant credit displayed.
When permission has already been given, unless there is a very valid reason, it cannot be revoked (same applies to major updates on the work). Under that same premise, permissions cannot be denied unless the work is exclusive or under extreme circumstances.
In plain English: If you want to keep your work exclusive, go for it. However, if you are going to share your work, do it fairly.
Reposted content, derivative or maintained works based on that of former or banned members may be removed at our discretion.
These rules apply to all software posted on XDA (including but not limited to ROMs, RUUs, apps, games, kernels, themes, icons, etc) unless that software comes with a license that waives these rules.

As we all know, a lot a people has been talking about the size race regarding the combination of an Android 4.1+ and Google Apps packages.
My attempt on this is to provide an up-to-date, lightweight package for original Google Apps, being a standard for our community, so all the Jelly Bean based roms can link to this thread.
NOTE FOR DEVELOPERS / PUBLISHERS
If you intend to mention this package in your ROM post, please do it as a link to this thread, for the sake of the information provided here and community dynamics.
[size=+1]Download[/size]
[highlight]Please DO NOT create mirrors for the link below. If you have problems downloading, report it through a post and someone may try to help.[/highlight]
Code:

[size=+1]Changelog[/size]
I may not provide changelogs, since all I am doing is re-packaging an already existent package, which changes are described at RootzWiki: http://wiki.rootzwiki.com/Google_Apps#20121011.
Anything about my own process on this will be listed below, at "Important Notes".
[size=+1]Important notes[/size]
Applications and libraries related to hardware we don't have or can't handle [yet?], such as voice input and front camera, were removed.
I DID NOT touch any of the internal files; they remain original and completely tested.
[size=+1]Bugs[/size]
Since all the contents of the package are original files from Google, I do not expect them to fail. If so, it's not up to me.
But I do expect problems regarding the packaging, although I have experienced none so far. Please report any problems you find with useful information. I will just ignore/report posts like "it doesn't work" or any generic message like this.

I did not provide a packaging changelog and I don't think it'd ever be useful, since changes are described at RootzWiki: http://wiki.rootzwiki.com/Google_Apps#20121011.
I will insert this link on the original post, thanks.
About the removed apps, it's just like I said in the first note in "Important Notes". If a lot of people ask me to list the exact files I did not include in my package, I will think about doing it or just suggest the user do run a diff on both packages' zipinfo. Since this is a development thread, users interacting here might be comfortable with such easy operation.

Anyway, I may be ending this project, since I'll have a huge lack of time and Rashed is also working on a lightweight version of gapps (which was updated today). This thread will be closed, if so.

I think this isn't developing, so it belongs to Apps, however that doesn't mean this thread is irrelevant or bad (actually I think stripping gapps to only the needed ones is a great idea)
If I was to flash JB GAPPS, these will be. Thanks!

Hi All!
Great thanks pawitp - i use some configs from [NIGHTLY][ROM][4.2.1] UnOfficial CyanogenMod 10.1 for Acer A700
Google Apps: http://goo.im/gapps

Install CWM recovery from http://4pda.ru/forum/index.php?showtopic=352149&st=1680#entry16645773 - it's specialy made for 701, or you can use http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1791165 for A700 (note that the old touch version will not work because of incorrect default.prop from CWM builder)
Do a Nandroid Backup!
Install the ROM using ClockworkMod Recovery

ChangeLog:
Some devices have a problem with waking up and entering flight mode - now is OK.
Include ntfs file system support - test please!
How is this build different than the A700's build? AFAIK, it should work on the A701, sans the 3G. If you successfully port the RIL, please submit the patch and required changes back to CyanogenMod. I would prefer that the A700 build is setup to work on both A700 and A701 and the RIL disabled/enabled at runtime accordingly.

Certainly works, but without 3G... Ported RIL,
Patch.... it is not ppp-widget! changes affect the frameworks and will not beautiful if it is in the firmware for the A700.
By the way, my firmware is suitable for A700, for those who want to use an external 3G modem from Huawei... and I can made it for other 3G modems

Changes in the framework, if done properly, will not adversely affect other devices, that is how CyanogenMod can compile for so many devices with only one source tree. It is certainly possible to enable or disable the RIL based on parameter from the boot loader.

Ok, then show the users inside XDA what you have changed to get it work.
Nice Info... But i can't live without 3g :crying:
Keep it on topic please
You all want to keep it on topic?
If the rom works on the 701, then great! We all could use some development in the 700 forums. So there's no need to chase away cooks and Devs.
If the OP doesn't want to share what he changed/added, well, not much we can say about that. It's his right. It's not like the rom is encrypted or anything.
Although it would be nice and in the spirit of XDA to share the knowledge
However, I would ask the OP, and anybody else posting ROM's, to provide screenshots. This I believe is required if I'm not mistaken.

If you can do it in 5 minutes, then great. It's even greater if you push the patch upstream so every other CM device can enjoy the USB modem support. Can it really hurt if you provide the changes you've made to get the A701 RIL working? Then I can decide if it's possible or not to integrate it into the same build as A700. If you choose not to provide your changes, I will respect your choice per the Apache License and not pursue any further, but please keep in mind that this ROM is possible due to open source code provided by AOSP and CM.
If you're using the CyanogenMod name, it should remain in the unmodified form as much as possible, and state the changes you've made. Otherwise, please come up with a name for your ROM (you can, and should, say it's "based on CyanogenMod"). Otherwise people will be thinking that they're using the official CyanogenMod build when they are, in fact, using CyanogenMod with your additions. If you choose to continue and distribute a mostly-unmodified CM build with only changes for hardware device support, you may continue using the name, but please emphasize that this is an unofficial build within your title and thread. (The only official builds are those downloaded from http://get.cm.) Please understand that we (CyanogenMod team) need to control how our name is used.

OK... So I have installed it on my A701 after doing a data wipe. Installed properly without any issues. It has detected my GSM sim and connected to the mobile network. WiFi also working normally.
Issues are in the actual interface. It seems that this JB is not designed for hi-res tablet like Iconia A701. As the top status bar is way to tiny in terms of height. Though it sort of works in landscape mode... In portrait mode top status bar is virtually impossible to use. Also it seems like it is a phone ROM As navigation soft keys at the bottom middle don't make sense on a 10 inch tablet. Pull down to status bar menus also are a bit inconvenient to use.
ROM smoothness is also below average but games like Temple Run 2 and minimotor racing run fine.
I am going to use it for few days and see if its a keeper or if I should revert back to 4.1.1 stock rooted ROM.
My thanks to the developer for all his hard work and effort.

Oh great! My device was not waking up after a long standby... I hope the new update will fix that issue. Will there be any improvement in the GUI and task bar operation in portrait mode?
Another thing that is on my wishlist is option to hide status bar and soft navigation keys by providing option in long press of power button (its already possible on Nexus 3 (GT-i9250) )
Once again thanks!

Hmmm... you have a point! I just started downloading from the second link on OP. I haven't actually installed the new update so can't say if its the same old ROM file or new ROM file with an old name!
[TYPE][ANDROID VERSION][NAME][OTHER INFO][DATE]
This ROM is a fully AOSP build of Android 4.4 KitKat. The source was downloaded and compiled by me.
It is exactly what Google will release in “a few weeks” for the 2012 Nexus 7 when they release KitKat
This ROM is based off of Baldwinguy77's work on 'Shiny' for Toro, and uses his vendor. I did all the bring up for Grouper(with a ton of help from Baldwinguy77) The difference is that some of the changes he has made to the system aren't here, this is AOSP with a few modifications to make it run, Hence the Unofficial Tag.
There will be changes coming to fix bugs and remove redundancies between AOSP and Google Proprietary files. Also, changes will be made to the system to include some other small features in time. This ROM will branch out from baldwinguy's initial work to something a little bit different.
Google Apps are included in this build.
Bugs:
Boot Animation
You tell me
I, nor Baldwinguy77 is responsible for anything that goes wrong during the installation.
Special Thanks goes to Baldwinguy77 for helping me out and supplying his vendor files, as well as answering all my questions in the past 72 hours. Please consider donating to him as most of the initial bringup was his work: Paypal Donate Link for Baldwinguy77
Also, please note that this does not contain root. You are responsible for adding root at the moment.
Feel free to let me know if anything goes wrong. This is my first public posting of a ROM I have built from source.
Also note that the first boot is extraordinarily long.

I will add those. I have an idea on GPS and should have it working be end of day. The keyboard issue seems proprietary, but I have ideas about it.

Please explain what you are talking about with regards to Art.
I include google apps for convenience, and several ROMs have done this same method. At the end of the day, I plan on providing what Google will eventually provide for the N7.
FWIW, the CM 11.0 source has dropped, and I've posted some quick stuff about it in the build thread.
My n7 is down for the moment (loose charger slot thing) but that doesn't mean y'all should have to wait
Good luck, we're all counting on you.
This ROM unrooted my N7 and is giving me constant acore.process issues. Think I'll go back to koko98's version, seems more stable.

ART is Google's runtime replacement for Dalvik - you can enable it under settings, but if you install 'normal' GAPPS, i.e., deodexed ones, it conflicts and they keep FC'ing
My understanding is that won't happen with odexed gapps; with them, we could try ART instead of dalvik.

Now that I understand and have researched it, I'm going to take this idea for right now:
I will not be distributing a seperate gapps package that is odexed. This ROM, anyways is deodexed out of the box and as such, probably breaks all compatibly with ART.
Android ships with dalvik, and for now, I will not be offering support for something which requires me to redo the rom and provides no benefit. In fact, it appears to break many apps on the app store right now.
If in time, ART is shown to be stable and has all the issues ironed out, I will begin odexed builds and provide odexed gapps.
Similarly to the Note 2 Framework where I created an FAQ, I will create one for the SF for Note 3.
What does "SF" mean?
SF means "Simplistic Framework", and in this FAQ it will be called this.
I flashed SF and get a bootloop even if it is a compatible ROM, why?
There seem to be 2 Main reasons for this.
1) Problems with other Mods
-> Sometimes it helps Flashing SF first.
I have Flashed this but I dont see an app to set anything.
The Zip you download is simply the framework which inserts the tweak base into the system.
you need either the limited Control app (free; in OP of SF Main Thread) or
the Simplistic Control app from either the Play Store or via Paypal (PayPal might need some time as seen on the top of the question list)
I installed the App from Play Store, but nothing I set works.
Same Situation like above. SF is a 2-Part System, meaning you need the ZIP from SF Starting Post AND the App.
#4 Can you make it work on x?

AOSP delivers the performance that we sought, but with those improvements come sacrifices. Other features shipped by LG aren't included in those lovely projects. So here we are, the X7 Team, and our kind and brave testers, to bring forth LG's bloat work to the world of Open-Source Softwares (not to open-source or reverse engineer it)

Thanks! But your account is overloaded by traffic :3
Well it's okay it doesn't matter as I already found the hard drive containing my CloudyG2 Backup recently and the backup was like years ago XD
Updating OP...
Well, if you want more up to date framework, here's the link: https://www.androidfilehost.com/?fid=24499762636001056
Just a little update here...
LG's framework seems to be properly named... their code's easy to track... LGCamera are disassembled... LGMemo are disassembled, LGMemo too... Maybe if I could just find "where" the hidden framework are ahahahhaha
So I will start porting the framework for running the most important!
STOCK LGCamera... (lemme re-emphasize ) "Stock" not ported LGCamera with all functions working
I already seen its possible since all codes are exposed... and native libraries are easy to modify too
Guys... we're seeing so much light here ahahahah
EDIT: BANG!!! Gotcha!!!
Code:
android.media.action.IMAGE_CAPTURE_OEM_MODE

i really hope so thats what keeping me from going aosp. :good:
That's what's keeping all of us from going to AOSP, but as far as I know, this is not possible.
It's just not all open source.

All our hopes are with you lol :fingers-crossed: keep us updated
If you are trying to port the camera and all the framework, you migh aswell have a look into the "advanced binaries 2.0.0" which XCAM uses that are ported from G Pro 2 LP 5.x.x. They seem to give overall better quality and you can get them as a .zip from the OT.
Keep us updated ^^

Dude, he's using a backup from CloudyG2 which already has an advanced camera driver.
Just a little clarification here... Even though a software is closed source, that doesn't mean you can't port it...
It is also open source... but in a hideous way Nothing can stop someone dedicated
And also that's why there are such a thing called "disassembly" and cross-referencing binaries ("diff" in short?)
Remember... someone already did port stock (Oxygen OS) camera binaries to CM for Oneplus One
I just realized that the framework used between Kitkat and Lollipop are so different... Ghash XD
But the function is pretty same, just refactored, and some are stripped out... Focusing now on just CloudyG2 3.3's framework...
Btw... does anyone here knows how to know the name of a library? XD
There is a library that LG Camera API uses which is named "hook_jni" in java interface but what *.so might it be looking? Who is "hook_jni"? Does anyone know?
Doing the lords work, sir!
For those who wants to be on the bleeding edge, you can have one now
But I can't ensure anything with this hyper alpha, stability, function, and safety... All of it is not assured... I haven't tried it also XD
Pm me if you want to try it
Wow u are amazing. Pls tell us if u try it

As of now... only for CM13 as it is already a good base to start with and it is already CAF which means their software is already surpassing the qualities of an OEM one, but as always... OEMs have something we don't have :3

Nope, I won't try it XD as I am pretty sure that it will cause havoc to CMSDK and to our precious SystemUI. I'll try it in a later stage
Those that already downloaded the alpha... I already tested it and it won't flash XD
And yeah I will let it now on the wilds (people demanded it so here it is now)... Its still the same software I just fixed updater error 6 (it was a syntax error, my bad)
[size=+2]Flash at your own risk, Haven't tested it yet, and is for CM13 only, MAKE NANDROID BACKUPS FIRST[/size]
LG Framework Fixed v0.01
EDIT: News here again, I tested it and then did another pass to the codes and my predictions are correct... I missed the permissions for executing the API inside so its like its worthless... but because LG seems to be exposing things too much, it seems that permissions are laid somewhere in /system/etc/permissions... @Startrek852 ???
Another news... It booted just fine testing for bugs but i think it booted fine because the whole framework is not allowed to execute ahahahha, will release again once this mess is fixed
