[Completed] Lg g stylo lack of resources - XDA Assist

I recently purchased the LG Stylo LGLS770 from Boost Mobile and have already rooted it using king root. I've already installed a few root apps such as Titanium Backup, Greenify & Super SU. I removed some few bloatware applications through Titanium back up and that's pretty much it. Nothing else. However, I would like to be able to install a custom rom onto the Lg Stylo but I'm finding very minimal online support in regards to making a custom recovery for the Boost Mobile Version of the Lg Stylo and also minimal support in finding custom Roms available for the Lg G Stylo Boost Mobile.
I'm not very experienced with installing custom Roms and what not for this is my first time so I'm hoping I could give it my first shot on this phone, but there just simply seems to be no references for me.

Hi, Thanks for using XDA assist
It looks like there is no dedicated forum for your device, however
There is a general forum for android here http://forum.xda-developers.com/android/help where you can try to ask to get expert's help.

There are different way to root the LG G3.
Read here about it: How to Root the LG G3 – XDA Developer TV or here: How to root the LG G3.
Usually an offical update from LG will unroot your phone (if your phone was rooted before) ... at least they never come with root.
If you want to get feedbak from users who have already rooted their phones, aks in one of the rooting threads or just in the LG G3 > G3 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting > To root or not to root? thread.
If you have further questions, please ask in the LG G3 > G3 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting forum.

[Completed] Please help!!! LG G2 Verizon

Hello everyone new to the forums here. I bought an LG G2 for Verizon I rooted via Towelroot. Im a rookie at this stuff but it seemed easy enough and it worked well. I wanted to unroot it so i tried the SuperSU app and it didnt work. SO I used this method where you use the ES file explorer method to delete certain files like busybox . It was on stock rom never messed with custom roms just a few tweaks. Did what it said and restarted the phone now it is stuck at the LG logo when i turn it on and nothing else happens I can still power it on and off and go into download mode. Is there a way to fix this or am I screwed I desperately need my phone back thank you!
Hi,
You should follow this guide to get your phone back to stock, up and running:
> Verizon LG G2 > Verizon G2 General > VERIZON ONLY Revert to stock GUIDE [UPDATED]
Henceforth, please use the Verizon LG G2's Q and A thread to get help regarding your device:

Good Luck!
Thank you. Thread Closed!

[Completed] Need help with LG Optimus G Pro f240l (brick?)

Hello, I recently rooted and flashed cyanogenmod 11 on my more popular lg optimus g pro e980 and thought it would be just as easy with a friends lg optimus g pro f240l. I was so wrong. I successfully rooted it and attempted to flash a rom onto it. Since there were no cyanogenmod versions for it I saw on a forum that blisspop cm12 is available for it. I immediately went for it and seemingly successfully flashed it in recovery mode however when I rebooted it it just would not load. I had created a backup but it is nowhere to be found. I seriously need help here. I cannot find any tot or dll files for stock android for that specific phone. Is there any way at all to return the phone to default or at least just get into the actual phone and not recovery mode? The bliss pop just shows the boot animation repeating endlessly. I really need help and cannot afford another phone. Thank you.

[Completed] LG G3 security error message, please help.

I've already navigated through some threads but my situation is quite different. So i decided to root my lg g3 as my test device. I already own a galaxy s6 plus so my previous device is perfect for development. I have the lg g3 from Verizon wireless running on Android lollipop. I followed a thread here of how to root this variant specifically. I installed the specific drivers and the root itself. It was very easy and i was 100% rooted. However, after i installed the teamwin recovery with no problems at all. Phone was working fine until i made a full os backup before installing cyanogenmod. The problem is that right after i made my backup, i rebooted my phone and now its stuck in the lg security error. I know some people have the same problem, however, most of them got stuck on bootloader. My g3 was perfectly fine only until made my os backup. Any thoughts on what i might have done wrong? Thanks

I suggest you post your question with all relevant details in the friendly Q&A forum there at http://forum.xda-developers.com/verizon-lg-g3/help where the experts familiar with your device will be best able to guide you.

Boost/sprint/virginm are all the same LS770. You cannot unlock the bootloader. Only the tmobile/metropcs stylo variants have unlcked bootloader, so NO custom trwp, no roms, no cyanogen. Best you can hope for is flash back with LGup to Lollipop and root. But no roms or recovery, just root
I'm getting the tmobile g stylo (same os etc as boost ) on the 26th and WAS wondering if anyone found a way to add an equalizer besides power amp and rooting and installing a zip in recovery to the g stylo
