Compatible bluetooth mouse - Pixel C Accessories

I am planing to give Pixel C a try as a productive device. I use a lot of Excel and Microsoft Excel app should be sufficient for now but I would like to use a mouse. Tried Microsoft Arc Surface Edition mouse, it pairs fine but can't connect... Any working mouses out there?

It is super slim and has a dual pairing switch. its paired with my macbook pro and my tablet. I don't really use it with my mac anymore so i'm just keeping it with my PixelC.
I use a Horizon View desktop for work a lot of the time especially when traveling and the mouse makes that experience much better..

Apple Magic Mouse worked for me.

I have this one and it works pretty good.http://www.amazon.com/HP-x4000b-Blu...251&sr=1-1&keywords=hp+bluetooth+mouse+x4000b

I just bought Microsoft Designer Bluetooth and it works very weel.
But, even if you chnage the speed of pointer, it's not very smooth, like on Windows. Is there a way to improve smoothness ?

Hello. I have the same problem. The mouse can connect with Pixel C, but it is very lag.

I've got Microsoft sculpt comfort mouse, work 100% from first pairing with no messing. Scroll wheel and windows button opens google search.

[REQ] HD2 as PS3 media control

Hi guys!
As a lot of other people, I use my PS3 more as a media center / Blu-Ray player, then I'm actually playing on it. Every time I sit down to watch a movie from my media server or a BD-disk, I'm annoyed of how bad the PS3-remote looks. Especially when my beautiful HD2 is always laying next to it.
So:
I was hoping that some of you geniuses here might have the same impression as me, and see the value in a "HD2 PS3 media control"-app, which uses Bluetooth.
I would think that it only needs directional buttons for maneuvering in menus, a OK-button, the "Playstation"-button and the 4 actionbuttons; X, O, [] and /\.
With so many PS3-owners in the world, I'd guess that this application would be quite "sellable" for the developer as well
Cheers, Eirik.
Would like it =D!

I asked the dev already, Mobile Remote does not work with HD2 bluetooth stack.
I made a little "mock-up" of how this might look, and would enable us to control most of the PS3's functions with the HD2's brilliant touch screen.
Unfortunately I was neither allowed to post the picture, the link or even put the link to the picture in a code-box :-/
Anybody? ... anything?

I seen this website a while ago when I was looking for a Samsung SideSync alternative for my Note 2. It seems they have just upgraded it to work with Android 4.3. Was a bit of a pain to update the application on my PC, but seems to work great. Pretty sure its the same developers that make the Samsung SideSync app.
Yeah it is the same developers.. works great on note 3 and my windows 8 laptop.. I have connected in both usb and Wi-Fi modes I prefer in connection

Work Perfectly on Note 3 LTE, more smooth under USB 3.0~

How is it that we can't use such an app to use a mirrored full-screen version of the note's desktop on our monitor (instead of using an HDMI cable)?
Sorry, noob around...

Headphones that I use on my notebook have TRRS cable and mic works fine on notebook but not on my phone. If you can try it before buying its ok but buy something for 90$ and than see if it work or not is not smart move.
Just buy it, and return if it doesn't work
Most of headphones use different pins. And most of companies use Apple ""standard"" that is not compatible with other devices.
For example:

its only example with generic/nokia/apple connectors but you see why they may not work.

maybe you could ""expand" your amazing and valuable comment?
Because for your information loots of headphones made eg for iPhone have problem with using additional buttons(next/prev etc) or even mic(but that really rare).
And just because you have ONE model from hundreds available headphones in world it doesn't mean that its always work perfect.
Duuude, I have Kraken Pro Neon and Adaro Stereo. Both of them work totally awesome. And the mic works on KK and LP(I have tested on these) The Kraken is more for gaming, but the Adaro is for music. :good:

The keyboard just work fine and easy to setup.
The arc touch is also easy to setup on my ... LG G3, It won't work on Nexus 9.
The mouse point can't be shown and I find it is connected as a physical keyboard.
I am on pure nexus rom and fire-ice kernel , any possible to fix it?

Have you went to "Dev options>Show pointer location" to see if it is connected but not showing up?

Same problem with on my Shield K1 running android 6.0 and the shield 1.1 software.
Arc mouse shows as connected and paired via Bluetooth but is listed as a physical keyboard rather than a pointing device.
Anybody ever get this solved? I'm trying to use my Arc w/ a Nexus 9 - no pointer.
Bluetooth kernel issue
Same goes for my Apple trackpad
https://code.google.com/p/android/issues/detail?id=39665
This issue is a little more than 2 years old and has been addressed but hasn't been fixed so all left is to wait for Google to fix this.
The link I posted is for the Apple trackpad but addresses the Bluetooth issues in general regarding pointer devices hope this cleared things up.
Same issue
Same issue with Lenovo Yoga Flex and Samsung Galaxy s8, the arc touch mouse pairs but does not connect.
This may not be what anyone wants to hear, but it may just be incompatible hardware. I purchased the Arc Mouse SE a few years back and it has seen some things. I recently replaced it with the newer Arc Mouse (that has the touchpad). Decided to dedicate the SE to a Shield TV and was able to connect, but not get a response. Out of curiosity, I paired the newer mouse. It worked flawlessly. It seems the SE just isn't compatible with newer Android as a mouse.

[DESKTOP MODE] gathering info about that :)

Dear All,
I bought a oneplus7 not that long ago, and I wanted to play with the so called desktop mode. Idea is, back from work, to put the phone on a dock, being able to use my tv for browsing web with a wireless keyboard/mouse, maybe watch stupid yt video etc. Replacing my old laptop for very basic tasks.
The idea is to buy this 30euros dock station so I can have a convenient way to get internet on my tv :

So before buying any hardware stuff I wanted to know if some of them already played with this mode, does it worth giving a try or is it just too early ?
thx
Nico
So I got a Oneplus 7 and currently running Android 10. I enabled the Desktop Mode in Developers and have tried it out a little bit. For me the it isn't very usable. It is stuck in a certain resolution and I want to change it but haven't figured it out. A guy (who is busy right now until the end of the month) has been working on a launcher to use called Flow Desktop found in Google Play Store. It does have some promises and would love to see his app become more than just a concept right now.

You need the secondscreen app to change the resolution.
BTW it seems that if you want to use [email protected] there's no compatible hub yet.
So i bought a simple adapter and BT keyboard

I don't need 4k. 1080p would be nice. Do you have an app to recommend?
I've got no recommendation, Desktop Mode community is not really active for the moment. (Or a least it's just the beginning)
Here's a little something:

There is a comment about OP7Pro in the post:
"I just received my NexDock, and video works fine following above instructions. I can't figure out how to make keyboard/touchscreen work with my OP7T though. Keyboard/touchscreen work fine with a raspberry pi.
Any ideas?"
With no responses. Sad.
Anyone able and willing to create a modified version of the OnePlus Launcher with the following code implemented?
