Broken software HTC Pico! Please help! - HTC Pico (Explorer)

Hello guys!
So, I have this HTC Pico with TWPR and Cyanogenmod 11 RC4 and I wanted to install stock Rom, but it didn't work (Bootloop). What should I do?

Change the recovery first!!

What recovery, and how to flash it? Because I tried flash stock recovery and CWM recovery with ADB Fastboot but it saying <waiting for device>.

why did you wipe data and dalvik after rom's installation?
follow these steps
full wipe from recovery
flash the rom
flash gapps
reboot
done
note:the initial boot takes a while

no it doesn't matter if you didn't root the stock one
cm10 comes already pre-rooted
do this
connect your device in fastboot mode to pc(in bootloader must say fastboot usb)
extract the boot.img from the rom.zip and place it in your adb and fastboot folder(i assume you have installed sdk tools)
open in that folder a cmd window and do fastboot flash boot boot.img
then do fastboot reboot

Dead(?) device

Hi,
I have some serious problem with my Desire S. My recovery is probably broken, TWRP logo pops up but that the phone just reboots. After deleting cache and flashing new recovery I´m unable to boot my device, stuck on CM logo. My hardware keys never worked for booting to botloader. Is there any other way to recover my device? I tried fastboot reboot and adb after powering on the device but nothing.

Can you post your boot info? Hboot?S-ON or S-OFF?
You can access fastboot? And write without errors?
Try 4ext recovery but first when you download check md5 for file.

Boot ur phone into fastboot and put the recovery.img inside ur fastboot folder on ur pc (make sure u rename ur recovery file "recovery.img) plug in ur phone and type this command.
fastboot boot recovery.img
See if that boot u into recovery then u can try flash a rom from there. I posted latest 4ext recovery in desire s general thread, look for that and try the above command using 4ext recovery

Unfortunately the recovery problem is not fixed. TWRP logo appears but that the phone reboots.
EDIT: I booted 4ext recovery in safe mode, wiped all and it fixed that. Thank you so much.

If you still have access to Bootloader you can fastboot whichever based recovery again (need adb setup on your comp) then see if that solves your problem
Adb setup ?

Android Debug Bridge, allows you to flash apps/recoveries/boot.img/system.img take logcats etc via the unlocked bootloader on your pico, there are many tutorials on xda/google themselves on how to download and setup adb either on windows/Linux/mac. It would be the only way to flash your recovery again as you probably used some app or terminal command via a bootable working rom to flash the other recovery that has "caused" this problem for you. If you get adb setup on your computer I will happily help you fastboot a recovery so that you can flash a new rom.
Só how I do in Linux?

If you can access the bootloader, all you need is the right drivers and a recovery to flash.
You can install these drivers manually after connecting the phone to a pc
Universal Naked Driver
Then follow the 3rd step from this guide
http://theunlockr.com/2012/06/14/how-to-root-and-install-custom-recovery-on-htc-explorer/
Hope that helps

Thank you for your reply to help me. I successfully installed 4 roms but when I reboot it hangs with the first vibration and a white screen with green htc lettres. Does 4ext recovery does the difference?

I have installed latest 4ext recovery via the windows tool KGS Utility v8.0 because flashing the zip via cwm is aborted.
So I put the phone in fastboot and use the tool to install 4ext recovery online. Than the tool wants to reboot and I get stuck but I left the usb in and put out the battery and again in. Than via vol down and power to recovery/fastboot and now i have ext4 recovery.
Tried to install a rom but it is the same again. I won`t reboot. Please help because this is for me to difficult to get right.

before flashing the rom enable smartflash from 4ext because you are on S-ON
or flash the boot.img of the rom via fastboot command
the command is fastboot flash boot boot.img
i suggest to flash viperS 5.3.0 rom because rumrunner S-OFF method will be easy(and successfull)

It did not unfortunally . Any suggestions?
solution
I fixed it myself and a little help from androidworld forum in the Netherlands.
I tried to fix it with this xda page: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1631861
But I came till end of step 4B. I then tried to flash with the command "fastboot flash boot boot.img" but get the message that boot.image was not recognised. The file boot.image was extracted from a ROM zip. Like the threat said put out from the tab kernel/stock the file boot.image.
Than I tried the same thing with a tool KGS Utility v8.0 earlier mentioned in my post, the same that give me the problems.
Startup the tool KGS Utility v8.0 and did step to flash a boot.image. Put the file boot.image in de tab C:\Program Files (x86)\KGS Utility\tools and run it. After flashing closed the tool KGS Utility v8.0 reboot the phone. It took a while but it reboot
Now I am on ViperS 5.2.1 with SebastianFM 1.0.4 kernel

Can you get into the fastboot menu (hold volume down and then power) or into the recovery (from the fastboot menu)? Also, have you unlocked the bootloader and/or flashed a rom?

Did you try flashing recovery from fastboot mode? If not, try following the instructions on the TWRP website (minus the "adb reboot bootloader" part, of course).

Did you try flashing the kernel? I can verify that the Optimus kernel and the TWRP from the Multirom thread work, so I'd recommend trying that combination.

The MultiROM TWRP itself doesn't install multirom, I just know it works, while some other recovery images don't. You will be able to flash a different recovery once you fix your problem.
I forgot that a kernel can't be readily flashed via fastboot... You should try downloading a stock firmware package and flashing at least boot and system.
